This is the best car wash Ive ever been to. The wash is good, and priced at what I would call a premium, but its the extras that set this place apart. After your wash, you can enjoy their detail bays, stocked with clean microfiber towels and various high quality surface and glass cleaners. Each bay has several high powered vacuums, with claw and crevice attachments that are effective and well maintained. They have surfaces to clip your mats to at a comfortable height and angle so you can really get em clean. Everything is well lit and well thought out. And all this is FREE. Ill gladly pay $20 for this kind of service and support, although theyre base wash is only $10, which is an insane deal for what you get.

Normally a car wash wouldnt be on my radar to review but this place was great. I am new to the area and went to Mikes Car Wash the first time and it was $10 for the basic and did NOT include vacuums (you had to pay extra for that). So I tried Carriage House Car Wash next and they were cheaper, had FREE vacuums AND included clean rags (not cheap paper towels) with different sprays to use while cleaning your car. This was the first place I had seen that provided before. I was very impressed. And very useful for me was the stand with a mat clip to put your floor mat on to easily vacuum it. They have a clean facility and their website is user-friendly which is important when trying to find stuff like memberships or coupon books. Definitely the only car wash I will use from now on!!

I love they have towels so can dry car and clean dash. Free vacuum to use. I hate car washes that you only have so many minutes to use vacuum, you keep putting money in and feel you are at a race.place is clean, does a good job.

Updating back to my original opinion from when they opened under new management - this is a a highly automated, conveyor style wash open 24 hrs. Nice job getting your car clean for the price and the staff is super nice. They have quite a few bays for DIY interior vacuum and microfiber rags free to use. This is probably the best carwash Ive ever gone through. The provided towels and spray bottles for spot drying and cleaning, and being open 24 hours sets this carwash apart from any other automatic wash in the area. I prefer to wash my vehicle at home, when I cant I will drive out of my way to go to Carriage House. I hope they open more locations.

We are pretty sure that we got your top wash at the event but the paint does not seem as shiny as it usually does when we go there. The BEST car wash in Cincinnati. My truck came out looking spotless and shiny after their best wash. Staff was generally friendly and very helpful during my first visit. I initially had trouble getting my truck straightened up to enter, but the operator helped me back up and come through safely. By far the best part of carriage house: the FREE vacuums, interior cleaning solutions, and microfiber cloths provided in spots after you exit the car wash. The mat holders are super useful for easy suction by the claw vacuum, and the crevice tool gets everywhere I need it in the cabin. I spent over an hour here just to utilize all their tools, and likely could have spent another hour detailing the interior. Overall, an almost flawless experience at my new favorite car wash.

I am SO impressed with this place. I took advantage of the free vacuuming/detailing area that was in the shaded area “inside of the building” which was super nice! I was not only happy because I didn’t have to sit in the hot sun, but they had everything you needed! High powered vacuums - both for larger surfaces and the creases/smaller places to get underneath/in between seats. I am so picky when it comes to vacuums and Mikes Car Wash does not have the vacuums I need for pet hair, dirt, etc from owning two big dogs! So, this place really met my needs! They also have mat holders to vacuum your mats, cloths to detail, etc!Honestly, I spent 2hrs detailing every inch of my car yesterday and it currently looks like I don’t even own two dogs! I’m so happy with the results! I gotta head back for a car wash soon - hopefully it’s as amazing as what I experienced yesterday!

Good car wash just a little far from where I live

Would not recommend taking any Mercedes with the fin antenna as clearly they have had issues in the past and sure enough ours was ripped off and then beat the rear of the car luckfully didn’t shatter the back window with the metal plate cause then our child in the back seat could have been seriously injured. Photos of owners response will be posted. But hey the free vacuums are always great and only giving a two because I’m sure there detail departments are great and vacuums but DO NOT TAKE anything through with a fin antenna.

Carriage House on Wooster Pike is the only real alternative to the large car wash chain that has taken over the region I live in. Even better, its AUTOMATED. I can wash my car at 4 am if I want, which I actually just did. Sure, there are plenty of automatic car washes, but not of this quality. No line, no hassle to buy a wash book every time, just a quality car wash whenever I want it.

Upon pickup, the van was sitting out in the hot afternoon sun with the A/C running on full, with the defrost setting on – blowing cold air onto a hot piece of glass. A 16” crack that wasn’t there when I dropped off was now present. When I brought this to the attention of the tech on duty, he just kept saying “There was no way anything hit it, or fell on it.” He then admitted that having the A/C set on defrost probably caused it. No kidding.After questioning their responsibility, he told me there was nothing they could do and to “Call my insurance company.” I have called and left 2 messages for the owner, or a manager to call me about the windshield. After 2 weeks, no response. Great way to do business. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you’re thinking about going, do yourself a favor, and go!! My friend went here last week, and had nothing but good things to say about her experience, so I had to give it a try for myself. I did some research, and read that I would get a free wash if I downloaded the app and registered my car. When I pulled up to the kiosk, I didn’t even have to scan the barcode. The kiosk recognized my license plate and opened right up for me. The staff were nice, and made it a point to say hello. I will be a returning customer even if it is a bit of a drive from Batavia. Totally worth it. Thanks for a free wash and a great experience!

JEEP Owners this place rocks! Most car washes dont do a very good job on Jeeps. Carriage House did a great job cleaning my Jeep. Zach was very friendly and steam cleaned my floor matts. Highly recommend Carriage House Car Wash!!

The quality of the wash was great and its nice to be able to remain in the car during the wash. I chose the middle level wash (was $12 with the lowest level at $9 and the highest at $16). The vacuums are self-service (unless you choose the extra $30 detailing package), and they worked pretty well. You get two vacuum tokens with any wash and the tokens give 6 minutes of vacuum time, with the option of adding time with quarters. Was enough to vacuum moderately dirty driver and passenger sides, and a quick go over the backseat floors. Will definitely be back to try the other levels of wash to see if its worth paying for the higher level.

Just a shout out to Carriage House Car Wash employees (Darryl and Patrick) who came to my rescue yesterday when my car battery died while vacuuming my car. Their kindness in the midst of my stressful morning really made a difference. Thanks for going the extra mile, gentlemen!

The previous review of five stars and great service, which is still below, is from the previous ownership. I tried your service once and havent returned since. Its not with the money.Fast service and they do a great job. Great customer service.

Took my car there for their Express Detail. Absolute rip off. The express detail is nothing more than an interior cleaning. Most full service car washes will provide you this service for around $12-$16, which includes an exterior wash. Froggys charges $30 for this service since they claim it is a detail. However nothing they provided is even remotely close to an interior detail, as said before it is simply a basic interior cleaning. And this $30 service does NOT include any exterior wash of the car.I asked to speak to the owner/manager about this. When I presented him pretty much exactly what I just wrote above, he simply informed me I was wrong and he was right. No other type of compromise of any sort or any compensation for me being a dissatisfied customer. I would have been happy had he given me possibly a voucher for free future wash or two, but no not even that. Simply put: That is the service we provide and you paid for. Sorry youre not happy with itAgain if you simply need a basic interior cleaning, you can go to any other full service car wash in the city and get it for half the price and it will include exterior wash as well.

Loved this car wash, prices are a little high, but you do get free vacuum service plus they will provide you with towels to help you clean the interior of your car.

This place is working on the cheap with no one controlling how fast cars move into the car wash. I went through the car wash last week and a huge truck bashed into me during the wash. Manager saw it on video and claims it’s never happened before. Be cautious about using this place. They’re definitely off my list!
