Vehicle was damaged while going through. Hood was scratches and windshield was cracked by metal antenna wrapped up in revolving brush. No one from owners have contacted me to pay for repairsUPDATE someone from the corporate office contacted me and authorized repairs to my truck. So while I probably wont use the automated carwash here or anywhere I feel I need to change my rating to 4 stars due to the positive help I received from the attendants on duty and my interaction with the corporate office.

Paid $11 for my car to be dirtier than it was before. Not to mention their car wash left a big scratch on my vehicle. Do not go there. Youve been warned!

Quick, cheap, and effective

Told the attendant that vaccum #2 did not work. He was polite and thanked me for telling him: however, the inside of my car is still dirty. Yes, I know its just a dollar, but it would have been nice if he gave me that dollar off on my wash. The $11 wash did not clean my car. My windshield, mirrors, and rims were still dirty after the wash.

Overall it is good. The unlimited wash deal is good. The dryer does not do a great job. The car is still pretty wet at exit.

Great service! I had a lot of tree sap and berry junk on my car after it sitting for a week while I was out of town! The guy said he didn’t think it would all come off, but then really pre treated the car before I went into the car wash! It looks great! Service above and beyond!!!
