2014 5-Series went in with paint that looked OK and leather that was well worn thanks to taking the dog to work.One day later, the car, inside and out, looked like the day I picked it up. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job. My HHR came out even better than I expected. It was such a mess from a three day, cross country road trip with three cats, a lizard and my daughter, that I thought for sure they would charge me more than the quote once they saw it. They didnt and they even gave the outside a basic wash for no extra charge. They even got old coffee and ice cream stains out of the upholstery. I cant say enough great things about CDS.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience than what I got from CDS. Friendly and fast. I am a professional driver, so having a clean car is very important to me. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for future service.

Took my 2009 Sonata in to get the full detail. Leather was looking bad with some dirt i could not get out. Wanted to get the paint buffed also. The team at California Detail went above and beyond on my car. From fixing torn fabric on the door handle to not only cleaning my leather but also dying sections because it didnt look right in there eyes. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The whole crew there is top notch and has earned a lifelong customer anytime i need a car detailed. My car feels new again thanks to the crew at California Detail.

What Mark and his crew did to my 2010 Buick Lucerne is nothing short of amazing! It was more than I expected. The body was showing a little age for an 8 year old car kept outdoors and I didnt think it would turn out as nice as it did but boy did it! Its looks GREAT!The interior is immaculate! This more than anything impressed me most! Im a smoker and you couldnt tell it when I picked it up!Great job Mark and crew!!!!

Ok for a quick drive through rinse but I paid the $20 top package and got a really bad job... the top half of the car was fine but lower side is pretty dirty... not sure if you can see clearly but the bottom half around the car is pretty dirty still...

Positively flawless customer experience! The guys worked miracles to completely restore my 2006 Mazda 3 to near showroom condition. Their quality workmanship and meticulous attention to detail showed as my filthy interior looked new again. California Detail Services should be the only place in the Cincinnati area to take your vehicle to have it detailed.

Im not saying anything since I did buy the car as is after being told how excellent it was. I bought it a month ago and it has been in the shop ever since.

CDS does excellent work. Mark Ash goes the extra mile every time. I highly recommend them if you want your car to look brand new. My car had a few scratches and he made them disappear. Great value!

I was in the area and stopped in to this place to get my wifes 4 runner detailed for her birthday. No appointment, but the guys took it in anyway. I assumed I could have it in and out..but all good things take time. I sat and watched them go over EVERY inch if the vehicle..3 times!! They proudly took the time to hit every single detail, including making the headlights like new, and extracting dirt from the carpets which had built up years before we had even bought the car. It was pretty amazing to watch. I wouldnt doubt that these guys (20+ years experience) have the best detailing service around. Couldnt be more satisfied.

I bought a 2018 Camry XSE two months ago and took it through a local car wash. The car wash put a number of scratches (some very small/short and some very large/long) all over (Ill never go back and also highly recommend that if you have a black car, do not go through a car wash unless its touch-less). I did some fancy Google searching and called a number of detail places in Cincinnati. One never called back and the other did not provide me any confidence that they knew what they were doing and that they could - with confidence - get out the bigger scratches. When I brought the car to CDS, they communicated 1) experience (they work a lot with black cars with similar damage), 2) confidence (they confidently communicated to me they could remove the scratches), and; 3) urgency (between the time I dropped off the car and completed, it was approximately 24 hours). When I arrived today to pick up my car, I was impressed (see photo). I could not see the big scratches that were there. They explained the process they went through to get it to where it was today and provided recommendations going forward. Its hard to find places you trust, that do good work, and are reasonably priced. I recommend CDS! THANK YOU.
