My husband and I ordered a $300 gift card from this place on their website, planning to use them to detail our Honda Civic since we live in an apartment and it can be hard to clean out a car without a hose or a shop vac. We didnt get them immediately after purchase which we thought was odd but instead the website insisted that they send them to us via snail mail and we had no proof of purchase besides our account on their website until they arrived.When I went to use the gift card, I found out that they dont do details on weekends which is pretty rough for my husband and I. They said we needed to give them the car for a full day. We both work long hours at places far apart from one another so having one car on a random Thursday is not fun. My husband had something come up at work so we couldnt pick it up on the day we planned.Finally, I made sure I got off early on Friday so I came to pick up the car at 5pm (my husband was still at home because I didnt have enough time to pick him up) and I couldnt find the physical gift card.I brought them all of the digital documentation that I had of the purchase. I pulled up their website and my account on my phone, showing them the order # and exact date that we paid, how much, etc. and tried to work with the cashier (very respectfully, while talking with my husband to figure out if we could find the cards before they closed).Ultimately, the business refused to honor the cards and forced me to pay $300 again ($600 total for vacuuming out and cleaning a Honda Civic) or theyd keep my keys. It was humiliating at best.Of course we found the cards in a funny compartment of our car that my husband had stashed them in when cleaning it out for the detail but the business refused to refund the purchase or the cards.They did a fine job cleaning the car but I will never let them hold my money in the form of a gift card again.P.S. They also left a sopping wet towel in my passengers side on the floor.

The wash itself was not bad, the wait wasnt too long, but the works plus option clearly states they clean wheels and they did NOT clean my wheels, yes they cleaned and apied Tire Shine but they did not clean my rims they are still filthy. And staff basically begging for a tip is not a good look, all in all I would have been better off just hand washing myself or using a self bay at Mikes

Terrible place, rude staff. I paid $28 and $5 tips. When I asked the manager what is the difference between Full Service and The Works PLUS he told me that there is no difference. They take extra for nothing. They dont do an Interior service, they only charge money for it. Will never go there again and I would not recommend it to anyone.updatedReply to the owner. For under $20.00 this place will vacuum the interior of your car, send it through an automated car wash AND hand wash the inside and outside with a soft cloth. Unbelievable!! The dedicated individuals open and wipe clean all 4 doors the dash and the back hatch!! It glows once their finished! Sharonville Car Wash is worth a drive across town. No one cleans your car better.

Theyre good and fast. I recommend getting the card and load $50 to get 20% additional. When you go, use the online coupons for the works or the works plus. You can also request money for the tip to be charged to the card. 👌🏼

I used to like this location but after one visit, a part of my car was loosened during the cleaning process. As I drove home it came loose and flew off. I called back to let them know and they viewed cameras stating it was in tact when I left. While this is true, the piece was weaker during the service. I at least thought they’d say $5 off your next visit or something but nothing. I won’t be back.

I have used this car wash service for many years. Today when I was told my vehicle was done I opened the inside and was immediately stopped. The floor looked like it had not even been vacuumed, the dashboard and radio area had not been touched or cleaned. The inside look absolutely horrible. I walked around the outside after discovering the inside not being clean to find 10 and 12 pieces Not having been touched by anything. My truck looked as dirty taking it in as it did beforehand. Not impressed by the service or the management one bit. When I got the manager the manager came out and told me that dog hair doesnt come up by vacuums. That was literally 1 of about 6 different items that were wrong. I will not be back

We took the the 28$ car clean Works Plus wash and it included all the Full Service wash options and clear coat/paint sealant, underbody flush & rust inhibitor, wheel/rim cleaner, white wall brightener, air freshener, triple shine conditioner, tire dressing, Rain-X complete and Simoniz Hot Wax.Is it fast?? Yes,Is it Good?? Not at all.Are the staff ready for any questions? NoThey listed a lot of things that will be done but after doing all of that, the rims were not clean and so was one side of the car. When we asked about it, they just brushed it off saying, nothing can be done and it is what it is.

This is by far the best value Ive ever found! The people are always extremely nice and friendly and patient. I literally live out of my car and it is always a complete mess when I take it in . But for $19.75 they make it look like it just came off of a car lot! They do such a fantastic job I cannot recommend them highly enough. Best Christmas gifts ever are to give gift certificates. My family is always very excited to get free washes from this location because they know that they are the absolute best!

My wife called on phone, purchased a $200 gift card for a detail cleaning, in November of 2021, quoted $175 unless stain or pet,hair, got gift card thru the mail, $200 plus $40 bonus, arrived, quoted $450, did not want to spend $450 called Jeff was to return call, did not,went to business, 04/20/21 talked to Jeff, explained to him my wife was not told, total cost and no refund,policy. He very quickly said no refunds, use on the everyday car wash, I told him I lived in Hamilton, he said, I am running the car wash and must go, and he left. I am a first time customer, and will not be back, and I would not recommend buying a gift card from this business.

I never post bad reviews, but this is one that I feel has to be shared. So disappointed after my visit today. We have been going to Sharonville Car Wash for years and have always been pleased. Today, after getting my car cleaned, my family and I went out for lunch. Upon my husband exiting the car, he saw a huge scratch on my leather passenger seat that was definitely not there before. I called them immediately and they asked me to come back and speak to the manger. Upon talking to Jeff, I walked him to my car to show him the scratch and explained that there was no scratch there when we brought it in. He tells me they have nothing that would scratch my seats and continues to tell me over and over again that we just didn’t notice it until now. My husband brought up that the vacuum cleaner could have scratched it, but Jeff proceeded to say that it’s a plastic nozzle and wouldn’t scratch anything. Unfortunately this will be my last time using Sharonville Car wash. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Been driving past this place for years : always mused at how busy they were every time I drove by but never stopped by . So thought to giving them a try .Got the works car wash and got the $ 2 off per their online coupon.The Process: you drive up to the back of of the building and you are greeted by the crew, they ask what you want including the and you get off and either wait outside ( I preferred this in the waning days of covid ) or inside the store. 3-4 people work on your car simultaneously and they did a really good job !!! They hand wipe down the windows and tires and everything was spotless. The crew works together like a well oiled machine ; no talk just purposeful movements .The Manager : Jeff greeted me since I was standing outside alone and made sure I was taken care of . Very respectful professional guy who takes pride in what he does ! walking around constantly in the facility ( not sitting at a desk and ordering around) . I always like hands on owners who are there for their staff and customers alike. I did not feel he upsold anything . Gave me a quote for an auto detailing that seemed fair for the top notch service I knew I would get based on my observations while in the facility.The Tips: The manager did mention to me that the workers will appreciate any tips but never pressured me. Having read some negative reviews on this topic and to test out the Managers Integrity, I handed him a ten dollar bill and asked him to give it to the crew working on my car. He thanked me and said it was a really nice tip. He immediately proceeded and handed the monies to the team lead who was working on my car . ( Yes he did not pocket it for his own use : showed integrity and honesty towards his staff this will certainly make me come back in the future). The crew works hard ; I dont see any reason not to tip them . I feel the dollar amount is not important ; a tip shows your appreciation for the service so anything is fine based on your budget .Overall I was not only totally satisfied but impressed with their service line. No wonder they are always packed . They do sell gift cards for 20 % bonus all year round, not just the holidays : if you buy a 100 dollars card you get 120 dollars on the card that can be used for tips and service.For the few reviews I saw about unhappy customers: my take on cars is that they are modes of transportation. I am not picky about minor scratches /marks /few wet spots : thats not a deal breaker for me.will surely return : not sure why I ignored this gem for over ten years

I have used Sharonville Car Wash many times before and always had a good experience. Not this time. Dripping wet car mats were slapped on my passenger seat and then on the floor (without drying them!!). Not sure what was wiped inside, but definetly not a good job at all. I do keep my car pretty clean, so there was not much to clean...

Used to go all of the time. Last visit so so. Todays visit horrible. Could have done a better job in my driveway. Car did not come out completely clean body and wheels. Went back and talked to a worker who said he would check if we could get a redo. A manager type came out and vetoed that. Said he did the wheels. All he did was spray the wheel rims. Did not do any of the buffing. Interesting they pay more attention to detail and cleaning newer or sports cars. Tip driven Im sure. No apology or remedy offered. Will not be back and DO NOT recommend.

My new favorite car wash in Cincinnati. One of my friends referred me to this location since I was looking for a car wash that did interior cleanings. Got their standard package the works which did a full exterior and interior cleaning. For $16 my car was in pristine condition driving it off the car wash lot and Im definitely going to go back to this location for future washes. This location is usually booming on the weekends but the staff is really good about turning around the vehicles in a timely manner.

Ive had a great service with these guys in the past but today was horrible the inside of my car was still completely uncleaned, the seats were not even touched, it looked like the vacuu ming was just partially done, and also one thing that Im disappointed about is that the service was aggressive. I used to come to sharonville car wash a lot in the past and I havent gotten through since I havent been living close to the area anymore and I decided to go back and check it out. I was severely disappointed today it is not what it used to be like and I hope they improve on their follow through with their work and also their customer service to not be as rude and aggressive as I had today.

After at least 20 great experiences at Sharonville Car Wash, I had a bad experience today. I am a regular user of their gift card and coupons.I pulled up with my sister on this busy Saturday, side-by-side on their two-lane line, and waited about 45 minutes for everything. No big deal, busy Saturday. Even though we pulled up side-by-side, my car ended up 8 cars ahead of hers, so they asked me to move my car to the next lot while we waited for her car to be finished. I did. Then I noticed the front end still had salt and dirt on it.I pulled around the busy lot and quickly pulled into a spot someone had just pulled out from. It was very busy and you couldnt take a left back into the two-lane lines. I was asked what the problem was and told them my front end was still dirty. The owner came out and wiped it ONCE with his towel. I was going inside to ask for another wash when the owner GOT IN MY FACE and yelled at me to get off his lot. I was respectful this entire time. My sister, who was immediately triggered by this obviously violent behavior by a male yelling at a female in this fashion, yelled back at the owner, which is wrong, so I apologized to everyone there.I moved my car again to the next lot and went inside to ask for a refund of whatever was left on the gift card. I dont feel comfortable coming back to this place if hes the owner. The owner told me there are no refunds on gift cards. He then said if I had any common sense, I wouldnt be in this mess, referring to how I pulled into his lot the second time, and walked away. So, it was my fault that my car wasnt clean, I understood. My sisters car was not wiped down, no windows cleaned. I paid for both washes, works plus. We left, one car clean, one dirty, no refunds or apologies, and a gift card with money on it that I dont feel comfortable using.This event was witnessed by 20-30 people. One of the regulars pulled me aside and said to come back on another day to speak with someone else. A few people said they would never be back after this. Customers were apologizing to me, but not the owner or any workers. The cashier was apologetic, as hes seen me in there many times.I called back later and left my name and number. I hope they make this right.

For less than these chain washes, (one of which scratched my truck pretty bad, did less, and charged more) you get a full service interior/exterior wash. I have been to this car wash many times. But in my last visit when I get my car vacuum was not done and car mats are missing. When I complained at the desk, the car again taken for vacuum again. But didnt get the mats. They told me that they will check the cc TV and let me know and if not found they will provide me mats. More than 10 days passed and I called multiple times, but not getting any response.
