I sometimes wonder why I pay so much for a car wash that doesnt get my car that clean

Great prices on wash. I we t in with a very dirty car and man oh man my little car came out super clean. What I saw as I drove through was cute. Definitely plan on heading back.

I came in for a basic car wash and the associate Tony talked me into getting an ultimate and WOW! Best decision i’ve ever made! I now come back every week for an ultimate car wash! Tony is an amazing worker! He smiled and even drew the cutest little face on my window for my kid, he loved it! This boy definitely deserves a raise!

Mikes carwash was just what my car needed.Their prices are very reasonable and your car comes out shining like new.

Very busy but the line goes fast. I had a free car wash (ultimate package) that I forgot was in my glove compartment for years! Mikes Car wash still honored it because it did not have an expiration date on it. The car wash drive-thru process was quick and easy. Great service, especially when it is too cold to wash your car!

It is worth the cost to get the top of the line wash they offer.!!!

Love this car wash, but when they want alternate lanes and people are 8 cars deep in one lane so you go to the empty lane but the worker goes through all 8 cars before you. What is the point? Alternate lanes mean you go from one to the other. Not take all in one lane before coming to mine when I followed the rules. Thankfully the lines moved fast.

In and out fast. Wheels never really got cleaned. But the rest of the car looked nice. I had to clean the tires myself.

Need to offer inside of car services. Short wait.

Ive never been to a Mikes car wash so I didnt know you couldnt get the interior cleaned, so Im giving them 4 stars. The outside wash looked good though.

Always courteous employees. Very nice wash. Wish they dried the door jambs, though. Even if the line is long, wait is still short.

We have two of these within two miles of our house and my wife loves going there at least once a week, keeps the car really clean and their wax leaves water beading for at least a couple weeks. Very satisfied!

Get there early before 9 am and get a car wash for 7 bucks

This is the basic drive-thru carwash. The greeter was really pleasant and friendly. (They have to stand in the cold with a vest and bow-tie on Mikes need to be paying well.) The price was great, but you have to vacuum yourself. ⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful and patient young woman taking the car wash order. Car was clean only thing is the other car wash places have free vacuumes. So I give only 3 stars and stripes.

Friendly and fast, good wash. Only drawback, they tend to run you through faster when they are very busy, so the wash/dry quality does suffer a little at peak times.

I wish these mikes carwash centers transited the cars thru just a little bit slower or had more blowers. I ALWAYS wind up having to get out and wiping the car down to get rid of the hard water spots. ultimate is nowhere near ultimate when it comes to cleaning the wheels on your car. you might as well get ready for an extra 45 minutes at home rubbing on your wheels. theyre NEVER CLEAN even if you ask them you spray them extra for you before entering

Its nice for a drive thru car wash

Very nice experience and great outcome. I usually use the non brush car washes due to bad experiences involving fine scratches in paint due to the wire spinning brushes but I was very pleased to find out that the wire Brussels were replaced with all cloth and I had no scratches and absolutely no dirt left on my GTP. The wheel cleaner and wheel blackener applied by a black microfiber roller while driving through the dry bay works great and a lot of product is applied and even applied it to my whole wheel even got onto my tread leading to me spinning my tires a bit when leaving the car wash but I’d rather have that happen than have half black half brown tires. My only problem is that I wish that the belt moved slower allowing more wash and dry time

Love the car wash but quality varies between locations. Some older locations like next to Costco in Springdale have less equipment thus the wash isnt as thorough. Reports of newer locations such as on Glenway Ave in Western Hills do not have self serve washes where you can clean your floor mats. Prepare to do these at home in your bath tub perhaps?

Went to the glenway location today, was busy, and the attendants spent a good 5 minutes on some guy’s wheels, spraying them with some chemicals, then the hoses, seemed way extreme and the guy only got a basic wash, I got the ultimate and only got a small spritz prior to entering. Stop giving extra services when you are busy!

The auto wash there can be very Ruff on your car the last time I went it nearly ripped off my whole passenger mirror and parts of it were actually left inside the wash and I have to get it repaired.

Made my old 98 Buick look like a new car again! I was amazed at how nice my car looked when I pulled out of the wash bay. And all I bought was the basic $9 wash. Most car washes do not get it all the way cean. But Mikes made my car look like it was given a detailed hand wash on the outside! Trust me, its worth a few extra dollars to go here.

The staff is always very friendly but everytime I get a car wash from here I still come out with dirt and spots all over my car it has happened the last 2 times now!

Needs bathroom for public use. Also vending machine takes money. But they gave me the item anyway, which was appreciated.

Mikes car wash is good. For some reason my car never gets clean. It looks nice after the was but its not clean. Sharonville car wash is great. For the same price they clean the outside and inside of my Lexus.

Had some issues a long time ago and they took care of it very well and Ive been a customer ever since and get excellent service and a clean vehicle

Great staff / team at this location. The property and equipment is usually clean and functioning as intended. My one and only gripe; this seems to be the only Mikes in the area where most attendants don’t pre-spray the back of your vehicle 🤦‍♂️.(Might just be a me problem) but due to my cars design, it just gathers dirt and post wash looks pretty shabby unless I towel dry.Good thing I’ve got unlimited washes 😎.Other than that; so glad mikes is finally in town! Best wash chain in the states!

The only thing I have a problem with the car wash is the was dont really clean my wheels and I have to clean them when I get home cause they are still dirty after I get it wash

My car was filthy from sitting outside for 6 weeks under a tree. I went to get it washed and they told my if it didnt get clean the first time thru to come around again. Of course it didnt get all the way clean and they washed it again for free. I would highly recommend using Mikes Car Wash. The employees are also very friendly.

Mikes drive thru car wash is very very good I do wish though that they offered at cleaning inside and out and vacuuming, I go to Kentucky to get that service; however Mikes is very, very Good

Great car washes. Just when extremely busy your car doesnt seem to get as clean as non-busy times. Maybe because all the soap used when busy. However, overall great car washes.

Best place for a car wash

The staff is friendly but they dont really pay attention to what you tell them. Last 2 times I had to go through twice because it was still dirty. Keep your receipt. If youre unhappy with a wash, theyll put you through again at no extra charge. If its going to cost you $20, it should be spotless, right? The white towels they give you before you enter are awesome for EVERYTHING and ANYTHING car cleaning related.

Always happy with the results. A bit pricey and can get really busy from time to time. I think you can get a discounted wash if you buy at the Kroger gas pump up the road whole filling up.

Great staff, but for the price they could do a better job, youd think they could get shine on all 4 tires instead of one or two. Or at least dry the whole car..
