This place has nice management. The environment has a calm presence.This is the only place I will do my eyebrows ( I do waxing, threading is great too, but my preference is waxing). I like how they shape it and the ladies are gentle. It gets busy but management is ready and aware on how to speed up the process. I havent had a bad experience. It is a gem inside Ford City.

Dont go here horrible job on my lashes they fell off after a couple of days and than when I cane in to fix it they wanna charge me for it. Even though a lady over the phone said free if I could I give them negative stars.

My mom came to get her eyebrows waxed and they waxed half of her eyebrow off. I’m never coming here again.

Ive had my eyebrows threaded by both Jayshree and Anita! They do great work and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Wait times is less than 10 minutes. Very clean and friendly environment.

I did my eye lashes yesterday, but they put a lot of glue so they look so 👎.

Visited this Ford City location for a eyebrow waxing..... the technician accidentally dropped wax on my eyelashes.... now Im not a beauty technician but I believe the smart resolution would be to wipe it off with cloth and maybe some oil.... but that is not at all what happen.... the technician proceeded to use the wax paper and RIPPED off a piece of my eyelash.... not only did this hurt like hell but not I have a patch of eyelash missing!!!!!!! Very unacceptable!!!!!

When I heard, “ Ford City” I should have known then. I Don’t really think all persons working there are qualified for installing eyelashes. One of mines was fuller than the other, they were too close to the edge of my eye, leaving it irritated. And started falling off the next day . Annnnd we left a nice tip 😒

Bad eye brow tint it doesnt last days. Same happen to me and my mom we got our eyelash extension done and eyes were stuck together because of the glue. I had to be careful and slowly separate them to open my eyes which hurt because it ripped from my bottom lashes. And wow using hair glue from Sallys to attach them. To think it with be single, one by one eyelash being attached nope it the 3 set singles. I expected to have them done by them apply a white paper to cover my bottom lashes to it doesnt get stuck and to be applied one by one but nope and it was done very quick. Never again just pass by

I’ve always had great experience here I get my eye brows wax and tint. Also my upper lip and some face treatments.

I didnt like the person attitude while threading my eye brows. I asked for no arch..just a clean up..got the total opposite

The worst experience ever I always get my eyebrows done there a guy always does them but a new Indian lady does then I told her specificily thick and long but she did them just like she wanted to she should go back to beauty school!!

Freaking horrible!!! My lashes were glued to my eye lid and started falling off the next day!!!! I went to the Seva in Chicago Ridge Mall to get it fixed the lady just cut some lashes off and said I’m done I said no you’re not! Put more on. This is really sad!!!!!!!!!

The worst individual lashes didn’t last one week my first time ever getting them got my lashes done on a Sunday they started coming off that Tuesday went in to get them fixed she just added lashes which was pointless the glue was thick and tacky looking and they all slid off the next day and whatever she used to tint my eyebrows made my eyebrows itch never going back money wasted!!!!!!!!
