Just had my first wax with Beatrice and would highly recommend! I’ve been waxing for a long time and this was the fastest and least painful wax I’ve ever had. In and out in 15 minutes.

Lindsay was fantastic- fast and thorough- she made one of my least favorite things easy. Sharon at the front desk is so nice and efficient! I love this location! I’ll need back.

Update: they were able to squeeze me in at a later time today.This location is disappointing. They lost my appointment today, which I had booked over a month in advance in person and the only thing they could offer as an explanation is that someone maybe forgot to click save. They didn’t try to make it right or squeeze me in at all. I have purchased their packages, bought their products and have been on time and there for every one of my appointments and always tip 20+% and this is how I’m treated, and now I’m leaving the country tomorrow and have no idea what I’m going to do. Guess I will make an appointment somewhere else as I will not give business to a location that can’t even correctly schedule appointments or accommodate a customer when they were the ones who made a mistake.

I had a Brazilian Bikini Wax appt with Gina. She was absolutely amazing and very thorough. She made the appointment go by fast as we talked about our favorite TV shows. Were both Marvel fans so this appointment was so much fun. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

I had the BEST experience here! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jenny, who was so helpful in getting me all set up for my first appointment and very friendly. Then I had a wax with Lynzee who I will be exclusively booking with from now on. She talked me through the process, educated me on prep and post care. And she was QUICK! I was in and out within 15mins. I even purchased their after care products and have been using them since and love them.Jenny and Lynzee are the best!

First time at a European Wax Center, it was a fabulous time! I was treated by Erica at the reception desk and she was an absolute doll. She had so much energy and good vibes that it made the beginning of the experience great. Erica was engaging and giving me all the information about European Wax Center to inform me on all the features and benefits. I had an eyebrow appointment with Madeline and she was just as lovely. I just moved to Chicago and needed a good place to get my eyebrows done and was recommend to her, I will totally keep going to see Madeline to get them done because they look amazing. Overall great customer service and amazing staff.

I have been to my fair share of European Wax Centers and I can honestly say this is one of the best I have ever been to. Each time Ive gone, the front desk staff is professional, kind, welcoming and never pushy which I appreciate. Andrea is my waxer and I cannot say enough good things about her!!! She is sooo sweet and friendly and her waxes are quick but extremely thorough. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I can’t imagine getting my Brazilian from anyone else- RAVEN is the best. She made me feel so comfortable initially; but most importantly, she is phenomenal at the job. I have been going here for the past year and I can speak to her consistency as well. This place is super fast- you’ll be in and out thanks to TONI at the front desk who warmly greets me, checks me in, and checks me out super fast. I never have to wait. This place is great. Plus, I have extremely sensitive skin and their wax formula is the only one that works for me. Highly recommend.

Jasmine has been the best waxer Ive ever experienced with the chain of Euro wax center. Shes sympathetic towards the pain and knows how to counteract for maximal comfort and the fastest, pain-free wax ive ever had .

Maddie is very awesome. So likeable with her personality and she is very accommodating to personal preferences to the service. Request Maddie, but book early because she is very popular!

Terrible customer service. I have been in other European Wax Centers. And this one is super desappointing. The employees are like answer machines. They dont have any personal treatment with customers. They will not adjust to the customer needs, which is very important for professionals with tight schedules like me.

Visiting this European Wax Center is not only the best experience ever but also way out of my radius. I drive 40 minutes to visit this particular Wax Center not only for the the warm hospitality given by Erika but also the superior results that I get from Raven. You two are the best!!!

I’ve been coming here for almost three years, and Andrea is an absolute waxing goddess! She’s quick and does a thorough, clean job. She treats all her clients with respect, makes sure they’re comfortable, and goes out of her way to make sure they’re satisfied with her work. She makes you feel more like a friend than a client. If you’re not lucky enough to catch Andrea, Maddie is great to see and she’ll do an excellent job as well! Lizette at the front always greets me with a big smile and always does her best to make sure I’m well taken care of and we’re figuring something out that works well for both mine and my waxer’s schedules. Best EWC I’ve been to hands down!

Desk staff is always incredibly kind and accommodating. Maddie is the best provider I have ever seen. She is so nice and always makes sure I am comfortable.

KB rescued me after someone else jacked up my eyebrows. She is really good at walking the line on mens eyebrows. I get cleaned up with a little shaping but dont ever look overdone. She is also so much fun that I dont even mind getting my hair pulled out.

Having never had gotten a Brazilian, my wax specialist Oyuki was ever so understanding and professional. She explained and walked me through the whole thing. She even took the time to talk to me about post wax care, and explained to me the importance of exfoliating. I appreciate the fact that both in the waiting room and where the services are provided where are very clean. Loved my experience! highly recommend.

My experience was as pleasant as it could be, but 4 days later I’m having so many infected bumps. I have waxed plenty of times before and this is the first time this has happened. I called panicking and seeking advice after this studio mangled my skin and the front desk receptionist I spoke with was rude and very unhelpful. I am not sure the area was properly cleaned before. Do your research and make sure they’re cleaning you well!!

The only place I go to for my waxing needs! The front desk staff are always friendly. The waiting area and service rooms are always tidy and clean. I highly recommend Jackie and Katy!

Sooo I have been to other EWC locations (never a bad experience) but THIS ONE.. was by far the BEST and most professional service I received. I was soooo nervous going in. I was an avid waxer before and fell off due to life just being crazy - we have all been there.. I was welcomed back with a smile and ZERO guilt!Lizette greeted me, and she instantly felt like a friend. Andrea was phenomenal with my Brazilian.. quick, very thorough, professional and fun. I was super uneasy about waxing in general, but then a friend recommended EWC (specifically this location!) and I got started with Maddy a year ago. Safe to say my body will never be the same. As someone who has suffered from self confidence issues my whole life involving body hair (was wearing shorts while swimming for a solid decade, whats up) switching over to waxing as opposed to shaving has changed my hair forever. I used to joke before that my leg hair would be halfway grown back by the time I finished shaving. Now I dont have to worry about my hair at all because after my third or fourth leg, under arms, and Brazilian wax I noticed my hair was CONSIDERABLY thinner. I could go for longer stretches between waxes because my hair was so thin! I did not realise how many hours of my life I spent shaving and I know it sounds dramatic but I truly feel like I have more ME time now that Im not taking forty-five minute showers to shave every single hair off me twice a week. They stress skins health and my self confidence versus conforming to societal beauty standards like I thought waxing places would do. They even sold a product whose proceeds directly benefited destroying the pink tax! I am a young college graduate who is very picky where I spend my money, but Im so glad I now dedicate time for myself with this great business every month.Special shoutout to Maddy who ALWAYS makes me feel comfortable and is one of the most personable people Ive ever had the joy of interacting with and Lizette at the front desk who checks in with me after every appointment, recommends the best products, and got me hooked up with Wax Pass (thank you, wallet!)

Absolutely love EWC! Ive been to numerous locations in multiple states and always have good service. If youre coming to this Southport location, I definitely recommend KB or Andrea - both are amazingly good and quick!

The power of a quality wax has the potential to instill confidence and empowerment, especially for the bikini area. Southport European Wax Center staff did not leave me feeling empowered.This was not my first time waxing with EWC, but was my first time at this location. I did some research and booked with Andrea, as she had great reviews. My first visit at a different location included the Brazilian, which I learned I was DEFINITELY NOT a fan of after I got the service...not into feeling like a Barbie doll. The experience was unpleasant to say the least.This time around I booked a full bikini, belly strip, and full butt. Sounds a lot like a Brazilian, but it’s not. In fact, I did a lot of research to ensure I was getting the proper wax. If you log on to the EWC site and look under the description of a bikini full it says:“BIKINI FULLis the next step and allows you to take off as much or as little hair as you like from the front. If you want to leave a small “strip”, triangle, square, or nothing at all, it’s up to you.”It wasn’t up to me. Twice I had to correct them on the service I was getting when both the receptionist (Lizette I believe) and Andrea had asked to confirm I was getting a Brazilian. I corrected them both and waited to hear Andrea ask for how much hair I wanted removed...which was a huge mistake.The issue here is the amount of disrespect I felt—when someone asks you to spread ‘em butterfly style that’s a whole lot of trust they just asked for, regardless of if you’re paying for the service. When I expressed that what was performed was not what I wanted, I was told “this is the way we’re trained”...which contradicts the website. I gave feedback on how the check-in portion of things is a great opportunity for customers to specify what they’d like—on paper. I was very calm with Andrea, who had a great attitude the entire time. When I expressed my concerns to the receptionist, I was told “I’ll make sure I tell Andrea”. At this point I was uncomfortable, humiliated, and upset that it seemed like my concerns with what I received were non-existent. No apology was received from the receptionist.My hard earned dollars got me a service that will leave me feeling uncomfortable in my own skin for the next 2 weeks.Shame on you Southport. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Ive had my brows done at another EWC location in addition to other salons and have had previously great experiences, but today Andrea left me with bright red eyelids with blisters where the wax was placed. She did bring it to my attention before the session was over but still blamed it completely on me your skin must pull up easily? you must not have exfoliated. She didnt apologize. Itll go away in an hour, wear sunscreen Needless to say, when asked how my experience went at the front desk and I showed them the damage and told them it was a poor experience, they gave me a serum sample and still charged me full price, reassuring me it would get better in a hour. I came back 2 hrs later to show them that indeed it was worsening with visible blisters on my lids (not even where hair was, literally on the eyelids), and suggested maybe they should decrease the temp of the wax, not place the wax so far down onto eyelids, etc, but still didnt receive an apology or acknowledgement of any wrongdoing. Would not recommend the waxing expertise of at least Andrea or customer service process of this location

They are lucky to get even one star out of me and over priced place with rude workers at the front desk . I had an appointment i scheduled two weeks ahead of time . So I went up to the desk to check in a girl rudely told me umm can you hang on they proceeded to talk about their personal business. I waited a good 5 minutes hearing them making snide remarks finally they checked me in had the nerve to tell me i was late so I would have to wait. Well if they werent having a personal discussion I would have been checked in on time and when I had said that and I didnt even say it in a rude way . The one lady rolled her eyes at me and said she was sorry but I have to wait. They didnt even look busy that day . I got so upset I left never again !!

I went here a couple months ago and the place was a mess. There was garbage and trash all over the floor and table in the room. Not exactly what you want to see in this type of environment.
