Cannot say enough amazing things about this place. I’ve had both their wax and facial services and both are wonderful. They are always so accommodating to my schedule and have fit me in last minute on a number of occasions. The facial was soothing and relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. The wax was as painless as possible. Overall a very professional, cleanly, and comfortable environment. I unfortunately moved out of the state and have not been able to find as high quality a place since! Highly recommend!!

Viktoria is the best, she is so nice professional and encouraging. I bought a Groupon and became a regular customer. I then made my sister a regular too.

The spa was very clean and serene really a nice place, the service for waxing was quick, pain free as possible i was very satisfied . Reason I’m giving 2 stars because of how my phone call was managed the Division and Western Ave was closed due to a street part/ carnival on my appointment date. So I was around the area already but I have to reroute I called to inform the spa on the closure of the main streets but I will be coming in few mins before my appointment time. I was literally around the hospital side street but the lady was rude and wasn’t friendly nor accommodating about the situation. Funny that they were not even aware of the street closure, this plus another phone call to book my appointment it was poor customer service call experience.. This wasn’t something I expected is it because I got a coupon for a service and they have to be rude on a call. Not par to my expectations!

The best Brazilian Waxes take 15 mins or less, the woman who did mine only took 13 minutes and it was flawless! She used a combination of soft wax and hard wax (for sensitive areas) which was perfect! Thank you so much

I guess they dont like melanated people but like green though.
