Id give these people negative 100 stars. They stole my car n have it hostage . I was waiting for a tow truck from my roadside assistance from my insurance. This truck pulled up n pretended to be from my insurance n lied n told me he was taking my car to star auto where I requested. I went to star auto to meet him there n he never showed. I came to their location and found my car locked inside! It was totally dishonest n deceptive practice. Im going n the process of trying to get my car back now. I guess they think they can scam your insurance to pay all this money to get your car back. How can you honestly work at a company who would do something so evil n deceptive n take advantage of someone who was just I. A accident. The driver basically lied about working for my insurance n never brought my car to the real location. It also says their open 24 hours n their not. I also argued with the woman over the phone about my car that was basically stolen. Where is your dignity.

A keep it mover driver explained to me that he was going to drop my car off at my house and call me. He have never been to my house. And towed my car to the shop and now the receptionist yelled, very unprofessional and refused to help me. Saying I have to pay. It is a scam. Be careful. They lie.

These people are crooks my daughter had an accident three blocks away from this company she came back 1 day later and they told her it was $1500 to get her car and nothing she can do about it the reciept she sighed didnt even have a price on it they should be shut down the business looks illegal anyway maybe a news channel and the Better Business Bureau should notified .
