As I was driving down 55th street near Western Ave when one of your tow trucks was following behind way to close more like right on my back bumper of my vehicle in a 20 mph school speed zone which by the way had a speed camera. After passing the school zone I went back to normal speed limit and he was still riding my tail all the way to all to 55th & california. At that intersection I got in to the turn lane to go south on california ave & the tow truck was next to me so I decided to pick up my phone & take a picture of the truck & he saw what I was doing & started yelling profanities @ me. There was no reason be riding on my bumper like that or yelling profanities. If I ever need a tow truck Im definitely not calling your company.

Horrible!!! Dispatcher told me it would be 3 hours before a tow truck could come to assist me. Mind you the business is listed less than 4 blocks from my home. I was 6 blocks from home. I dont believe this is real business if so it is the most unreliable rescue organization ever!!!!

Tri Chi is by far a very honest reputable towing service I have ever used. My auto alternator belt broke and I had limited time to get the vehicle off the expressway. I contacted triple AAA who were inundated with service calls. They used ChiTri Towing who contacted me and said what time the auto would be picked up. They also advised since it was cold that I could make my way home and they will pick up the car. We did just that. The car was picked up but the BMW dealership was closed and they took it to their secured lot. This was Saturday. On Monday morning the car was towed to the dealership service center early in the morning. There were no extra storage charges and thei service was fantastic. There was a nice lady coordinating my problem who went beyond helping. I highly recommend this towing company, they are fantastic.

Unfortunately needed towing service BUT fortunately was recommended Chi-City Towing! Miguel answered my call and showed up soon enough to take my car to the mechanic. It was super quick and Miguel is great about making sure your car gets where it needs to go! Will definitely be recommending and using them if I ever need it!

This by far has been the worse experience dealing with a tow company. My daughters accident was less than 15 min away from. autonomy shop. Gave the driver name address and cross street, which was in south suburbs. The driver takes the car up north. Then never answered the phone after several calls. I find out they decided not to bring car to the shop till next day. The car is now at the shop, but the driver has the keys and has to turn around to take back to shop.

Told me price over phone and changed price wen they got there

I didnt use it but the tow truck drivier gave me the middle finger for looking at him and he jumped out to ask do i have a problem so so so unprofessional of this driver . I didnt say anything of course

I was located in countryside side today. I had made a mistake and locked my keys inside my car. I called for a unlock service and they gave me an reasonable price and told me a wait time of 20 mins. The driver showed up in 13 mins I was shocked how fast they got to my location. The drivers name was Miguel he was professional and knew what he was doing had my vehicle unlocked within a minute or two of him being on location. I’m very pleased with the service I received today definitely will use them again. And I highly recommend.

I lost my brakes on the way to work on 8/29/2018. I called them they said 20-30 minutes. I called after 1 hour nobody picked up. Called again 30min later, nobody picked up again. I wasted 1.5-2 hours waiting for them. They never even returned my call. This was Wednesday morning. I could have called a better tow company instead of waiting for nothing. Dont waste your time people.

We used Chi-citys towing services twice and they were very fast and friendly. The good thing about them is that they are bilingual which is a big plus because the first time we used their service my wife was by herself and English is not her first language. I would definitely use them again if i ever need them and will also recommend them to family and friend.

Very fast service I was broke down on I355 & I80 other towing companies said it would be a 120 minute eta. When I called chi city they said 45 minutes and the driver was there in 25 minutes. The driver was friendly and concerned about my safety on the side of the road. When it came to my vehicle he was very knowledgeable bout how to load my vehicle safely with out damaging anything. When we started driving again the driver was very considerate asked if I was ok or if I needed anything before we get to the destination. I asked if it wouldnt be a bother to stop a at restroom. The driver then took me to the nearest gas station without any questions or attitudes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone very professional, and affordable.
