DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY. My landlord uses this company when vehicles are illegally parked in our spaces. After calling multiple times and waiting til 3am they never showed up to tow a car. Who ever was operating their phones at night finally said after constant calls their contract with the city takes priority over all over their other contracts. So even if your a PAYING customer with a CONTRACT, you’re out of luck. Go with literally anyone else who honors their contracts.

These people are scammers, my boyfriend and I were at Chase bank and had my car parked in the lot only to come out and my car be gone! We saw them at the drive up windows outside their truck and as soon as my boyfriend set the alarm on my car they jumped in the truck and sped off with my car within FOUR minutes of us being at the bank.Not only to mention the disrespectful lady at the service window when we went to get my car! They have the window covered so you can’t see who you are talking to and what they are doing with you credit cards and ID. She made my boyfriend resign his signature THREE TIMES because it “didn’t match his ID signature perfectly”

The driver came super fast knowing I was locked out of my car in a not so good neighborhood. He was very helpful and caring about the customer! 10/10

My car was towed and between the time of today 11am-4pm I called this towing service who has horrible customer service, whoever answers the phone need to learn how to speak to in a better customer service professional manner. Any I paid the fee and got my car and not even before I got home I heard a noise while I was on the express way, I pulled over to side to check to see if it was a tire issue and realized my under carriage paneling was detaching from the car, I’ve had no such problem until after I got my car from this towing company. Horrible

Had a car towed because it was on private property,when I paid to have it release the company towed it out of their storage yard and it was left in the alley to be vandalized.!!!!!!

Lady swiped my card and took my money only to tell me they only take cash payments. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager but only to find out she lied to cover herself. Manager was actually a guy.

Having your car towed is never a good thing but having your car towed illegally is much worse. Rokaitis excells at predatory towing to make themselves a quick buck. BEWARE!!!!!

I flew over to my parents apartment to help my 87 year old father off the floor since he fell. Took a while to get him up as and was debating if he should still go to the hospital and I look outside and my car is getting towed. I run out pleading how I was just there helping my 85 yr old father who fell my mother is 79 and was by the window explaining. He still took my car. He lied told me he could drop the car right back off if I called the tow truck company to explain the situation. Yep that was a lie. All They do is lie! Went to get my car out and paid $218.50! Bunch of bs! I will make sure no one ever uses this company. Through the businesses my husband owns he will make sure their name will go out and no one uses them ever.

This company has severely damage my vehicle. The person working behind the window threatened to shoot me. Ultimately I covered the damages. May god run them out of business

This place towed my car from behind my building for not showing a permit which I completely understand. However, their customer service and lack of professionalism is horrendous. My car was no longer drivable so we needed it towed to our mechanic. Since it was already in their possession we paid to get it towed again. The company said they would call us to let us know they were on their way however failed to call us. They proceeded to drop of the car to our mechanic. The problem with this was what if they dropped the car off to a stranger and they stole from my vehicle. Also, the woman that was taking calls and the first person you speak to was disrespectful and had terrible customer service skills. She hung up on us twice because she did not want to hear that they messed up. This place is a total joke. Do not give them your money. If I could give it zero starts I would.

They are really good at what they do, Predatory towing. I found this is not new. There is a song written about it by Steve Goodman named The Lincoln Park Pirates. Anyhow, the tow truck driver was very professional as I tried to plead my case. He was very understanding as I was visibly upset. Especially after jumping in my car and telling him hes not going anywhere with my car. He saved me from possibly getting arrested and reassured me that even the police would tell me the same thing, to get out of my car, I broke the rule. Even if it was for virtually 5 minutes to run in and get a cup of coffee. The lady behind the bulletproof glass back at the office was very calm and professional as she took my $216.00 for the tow bill. So be extra aware of warning signs saying your car will be towed. Especially in the city of Chicago. Theyre waiting and watching for.

My driver was awesome! He got there quick and got me home quickly when I was stranded at home depot. The woman who answered the phones was so nice as well! Would definitely recommend them!!!

I own two businesses in the city of Chicago and have an issue with people using my lots to park illegally. I recently switched to Rokaitis and have been very pleased with how quickly they respond. Management really seems to run a good operation. The previous tow company we used would not respond for hours.

This place is very much pathetic. They’ll find a way to make someone come out of pocket regardless of the situation. It’s disgusting.

Fuel pump died on me on i55. They came quick and repaired my car in a short time. Everyone associated with them from driver to mechanic were professional and great to deal with on that day when bad luck came up on me.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I own a couple of lots on the south side and I just finished going through a 5 year law suit because someone who didnt belong on my property tripped and fell. This was all due because I gave my business to unreliable towing companies in the past.If you are a property owner and want to avoid a law suit, take my advise. STOP searching for a tow company and give your business to Rokaitis. Trust me when I tell you, you are in great hands.

Super fast response, this last time they were there in 12 mins to tow an illegally parked vehicle (literally right in front of the sign) off our lot.

My car was towed from my residential parking lot after running in the house for 10 minutes. Therefore they rushed in towing my car like they were repossessing it or something. It’s like they were watching me go in the house and knew I was returning to my car immediately. I have a SUV and now my car is having mechanical issues in the rear area. The drivers are inexperienced for certain being they dragged my car for 10 miles burning out my tires as well. This is costing me lots of money to get repairs. This company should hire diligent drivers who can tow correctly. I purchased my car new and had no issues with axles until I retrieved my vehicle immediately after this horrible place towed it.

Called for a personal tow numerous amount of times and they always beat everyone else’s insanely high rates, came at a reasonable time, and were very professional. The new management makes it an even better place to deal with also. Highly recommend

Cancelled their contract for towing cars because they would not show up to remove the car. Their signs are all over the area so I guess they dont care. There are other towing companies nearby, not worth the headaches with this one.

I have dealt with other relocate companies in the past such as Lincoln and Luckys (which did a terrible job) for my 5 properties. I decided to give Rokaitis a try for one of my locations in which we have assigned parking for our tenants. Rokaitis did not charge me for parking permits, like the other companies I have done business with. Which saved me a few dollars.Coming from a property owner, Rokaitis is by far what I was looking for. I currently have a call lot and a patrol lot with them. I am switching over my other lots to Rokaitis because they have been on top of my lot and that I is exactly what I need to keep all my tenants happy.Thank you Rokaitis.

These people are the RUDEST people on the planet! They towed me from MY apartment complex because they didnt see my residence sticker. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude, unprofessional and had NO distinguishable customer service skills.

They towed my car initially but they were just doing their job. But when I went to go pick up my car they were extremely polite, extremely helpful and I got my car back in less then five minutes.

This place is pure GARBAGE!!! They stole money and brand new shoes from my car . Management is the worse and at there second remote location right off of 47th and Spaulding ( Next to Omar’s) . It’s convenient there is no cameras there and that’s where my car was at . My attorney will be contacting them . This place is run my people who are Trash and make a living stealing other people’s personal property.

How can people tow your car if its got 2 parking stickers visible unbelievable

This company partakes in illegal towing practices. They patrol lots and without the owner to authorize a tow go in and take cars that are there for less than an hour. They then refuse to give you your car back for a private property tow when you dispute it. This is a civil issue and they have no right to just tow cars when they feel without the owner present to authorize it.

Ferris by far is the worst supervisor/ employee, very rude and ignorant, called and asked to speak to another supervisor when he wasnt able to provide a solution to my problem his respose when i asked for his name :( tell them ferris got you ) followed by his laugh, and then he hung up on me, i defenitly will tell them how you got me will be going in today to speak to someone else hopefully a manager and not this arrogant supervisor again. So if management is seeing this, i will be there today with legal representation. Because ferris got me if i could give them 0 stars i would, they towed my vehicle illegally i live there and my license, state id, and vehicle are registered to the address where i was towed from. Will be hearing from my lawyer.

Had to call them sometimes over at lease 6 or more times to remove cars off my lot. Also towed cars that the shouldnt have towed. The tow truck driver felt so bad, he continued to have the car on the hook and was extremely apologetic until I arrived. They were hired to monitor my lot and didnt until they switched owners or management! I told the contract manger karen to change my contact to call in, over the phone and she didnt. When a rental car of mine was on my lot they towed it as if I still had the monitoring and when I went to get my car they charged me and didnt give me my money back. I was told by one of their drivers that a certain ethnic group got refunds all the time so he didnt see why I couldnt get mine!

Great place i own several properties and this company patrols my lots per my specific needs i have visitor parking but they still park in my Tennants spots so i can see alot of bad reviews but they are from the people that get towed for parking were they shouldnt i would highly recommend there services nothing but 5 stars

STAY AWAY!!! These people claim to have 24-hour management, however what they provide is 24-hour garbage service. When they tow cars, they leave people stranded & all they have to say is call us in the morning. I REPEAT, STAY AWAY!!! And make sure to avoid visiting your family or relatives if they live in properties showing their signs and notify your family/friends that they either move out or force their landlords to get rid of these guys before you can visit them.

Rokaitis stole things from my car, and when I told them about it the employees gave me attitude. Will file a police report because this is unacceptable.
