I’m a trucker and made a rookie move around a corner and got stuck in the snow. Luckily their shop was only a couple miles away. The first driver came by with a flatbed just to check out the situation and relay info to Roberto who was coming with a big wrecker. The guy with the flatbed wasn’t too experienced with commercial vehicles so he politely said that he would wait which I was fine with. He didn’t want to damage anything on the tractor. No big deal. Long story short Roberto showed up and after some teamwork he was able to get me out. Job well done.

And they do not hire Hispanics or other races

Great company that know what they are doing. My insurance company even told me they were happy with my choice of company I called.

DO NOT hire/deal with this company, completely unprofessional service techs who keep you waiting for 3+ hours without even so much as a phone call, just excuses.While driving into the city to have an emergency dental procedure my company van broke down in Chicago today but, thankfully, we have Enterprise fleet maintenance. After speaking to them at 10:45 am I was told this company, laughingly called A Excellence Service, would be out within 90 minutes to tow me back home to the suburbs. After numerous phone calls and checking back with Enterprise I was told one excuse after another: he will be there soon, now the tech experienced technical difficulties, then that he was 20 minutes away, and finally that he was around the corner. I NEVER saw a single tow truck drive by me, while I watched the roads behind me and in front of me, and sat in my van in the cold bleeding from a recently puller tooth for hours. They couldnt even call and give me an update. This company is completely incompetent, unprofessional, not to mention the exact opposite of their company name. After calling the company I was told that the manager would be made aware and that they were sorry... Yeah, that helps. Enterprise needs to drop this company and find one a lot more professional, like you would expect when you call a tow truck company.Of course I ended up cancelling the call for this joke of a company and instead they sent out OHare Towing and Repairs. They arrived within 45 minutes, then a courteous and professional tech had me hooked up and on my way home.

Was told they would be to location in 90 minutes. That was 3 hours ago lol. Now they are experiencing technical difficulties with the boom of truck. No calls to me or my repair rep. Pretty bad when have to keep calling them to see where tow truck is. If possible dont use

On a Sunday night when other towing companies I called were closed or telling me a stranded motorist at 55th and Pulaski that they wouldnt come to tow me until the morning even though its only 40 degrees out this company answered the phone, the lady taking my call was very courteous and the tow truck driver arrived faster than Ive ever experienced. He was also very courteous, friendly and professional. The driver also called to let me know that my car was dropped off at the repair shop. I will highly recommend this company to everyone. Tonight they were truly life savers.

Called them to pick up my car that I left over night on 54th and Lorel and they come faster than I expected! Very reliable and excellent customer service! The receptionist was very nice and fast! Tow truck guy ( I think he’s name was Jose) was also very nice and helpful! Thank you so much!

Their drivers are shady and rude. Careful if you deal with this company.

Crooks! Without going into detail, they tried to turn an easy situation into something complicated. And the only reason for it was to fill their bank account!
