They were able to squeeze me in day of for a simple no-chip gel manicure - was in and out in 45 minutes. My person took her time and was friendly. They also accept Venmo which is convenient! Would recommend and come back again.UPDATE: it’s been 5 weeks and they haven’t chipped. They’ve grown out of course, but that’s a given

Called in to check if they accept walk-ins and they had availability at a later time of the day. They were pretty busy due to the Easter holiday.Upon arriving, was greeted by the front-desk guy with all enthusiasm. He seemed so energetic and accommodating! They had each client sign a consent form and were asked to wash their hands before service. Each table had an acrylic shield to serve as barrier from staff and other clients. I felt safe going in there.Despite a number of clients coming in to have their nails done, staff still took time to make sure they work on your nails properly. The one who did my nails was good and patient (sorry wasn’t able to get his name). He’s efficient and didn’t make you feel in a rush.I hope the no-chip gel holds on for weeks! 😅First time customer here and I’m impressed with the quality of work, will definitely be back :)

Ive been coming here for several years. Its the only place I come back to regularly and they always take really good care of me. Theyre efficient but still very detailed and are even honest enough to tell you when to give your nails nails break. My nails usually last around 3 weeks and I always get complimented on them.Everyone who works here is always so nice and friendly. I tell everyone about them because theyre so great.

Ive tried a few places around Chicago and Zenails is in a league of their own! Everyone is very friendly and professional, and the quality is fantastic. They also have a huge selection of colors, and really care about their customers.

Qui & the whole staff always makes every customer feel important. They are so welcoming & Qui is truly an expert in his field. I saw a couple of people come in specifically asking for him because hes a master at something with powder. I didnt really hear too much of their convo but it says a lot about the place. What amazes me the most is that they dont have an official website & they still have a big following. Book as early as you can because they get super busy.

I WISH THEY WERE IN NYC! I live in Brooklyn but was in Chicago visiting friends. I needed my nails done so, naturally, I did my Google’s, came across this fine salon, and decided to head here because of the amazing reviews — I must say that they went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in I knew it would be a great experience. Qi started me off and was delightful. Then one of the incredible ladies coloured my nails and I am loving them! Sadly, I can’t remember her name but she was so lovely and the conversation we had was amusing and funny! I will definitely come back here every time I’m in Chicago. I’ve been to many salons in NY but I haven’t come across one quite like this.

Recently came here because the reviews are really great. When it comes to nails, I’m really particular. I USED to go to Asia nails in wicker park and was a really loyal customer. But once my nail guy was no longer working there I decided to use google to hopefully find my next nail person. This is hands down one of the BEST nail shops I have ever been to. They are so kind. So welcoming. Very precise. Will continue going back. I never thought my nails could look this good. Will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. And I have my beautiful nails as proof that this place is worth it.

I can not emphasize enough how sweet this staff was!!! We came with a party of 6 for my sisters wedding and they were all so accommodating. I had Kenny, who did a wonderful job on my pedicure. They did an amazing job job on my nails! The sanitized well between customers. The price was great! My technician was friendly and made sure I was completely happy with my nails! I accidentally messed up my polish before leaving, and he fixed it for me, no problem and was happy to do it. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and everyone was attentive to make sure customers are happy!

I have yet to find a place that does a better job than Zenails. The staff is so kind, accomidating, and truly cares about you and their nails are beautiful and long lasting. I love this place. For 10 years in Chicago I have tried countless nail salons and none of them delivered the price/quality ration as good as Zenails. Super friendly, relaxed and do their job very well. They are not 100% accurate with their time and appointments schedules, but I dont care. I have to admit that in my home country (Russia) the quality of manicure services is still much better, but for USA standards Zenails are great and I keep coming to them for more than a year, even though I live 100 miles away now.

Wonderful experience. I dont generally like getting my nails done because of past experiences with technicians being a bit too aggressive and causing skin tearing or streaking the polish, but this business was amazing. Its truly a steal considering the skill behind it. Im legitimately disappointed Im only visiting the area do I cant become a regular.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 4 years now and I will never go anywhere else. Between the their amazing staff (especially Qui) and their top notch quality in their work this place is my favorite nail salon in the city.

I love this place. Im very particular about my nails and the type of salons I visit. Zenaiks is super clean, the customer service is wonderful, the prices are really good and the quality is phenomenal. My no chip will last a minimum of 3 weeks and they stand behind their work too. It is a very busy place for all these reasons so be sure to make your appointment ahead of time.

Absolutely love! I have gotten Acrylics and gel polish and my nails always last such a long time. Even after a month my nails still have no chips. Its amazing! They only have one guy who does acrylic so make sure to call ahead and make an appointment! If I am unsure on color he will suggest a color combo to make sure I am happy. They staff is always very friendly and do their best to make you happy. They have never disappointed me thus far! Highly recommend!

The best nail place in Lincoln Park!! They do the BEST JOB, seriously the best manicure I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a gel mani chip before and they last me 3-4 weeks. Best nail place ever! I walked in for a gel mani and pedi at 5:30, and they got me in right away. My nail tech was super nice and recommended I switched brands of gel nail polish to something that would last longer. She then did two different colors on my nails to get the perfect color! She was so sweet and did not feel rushed at all, even when it extended past closing

Wi and Ann are the best! I have been going there for several months now and they know me by name as well as my favorite colors. They always fit me in their schedule and I can call in if I wont be there before they close. They always accommodate and make me feel comfortable during my experience there. My nails always look amazing and they last about three weeks every time. I even moved recently and still make the trip to see them because they are such great people. I highly recommend going in to see them and seeing what theyre all about!

I went there for the first time two weeks ago for a gel manicure. Everyone was incredibly nice, even though I took forever to pick out a color (very indecisive!) and kept changing my mind lol. I’ve never had such a fantastic manicure in my life. Two weeks later, not one single chip or peel! Still so shiny and bright, whereas other manicures have lost their luster or been chipped on the ends definitely within one week. It’s in perfect condition minus where my nails have grown out. Their process makes them very thick, strong, and durable. I couldn’t be happier! I’ll gladly make them my biweekly place to go if every time is this fantastic.

My roommate and I have been going here for about a year now. Wii, the owner, is absolutely incredible. He is super accommodating, patient, and is always willing to help us make decisions with our nails. The shellac manicures last 3 weeks without chipping, and they’ll fix it for you if they chip before 3 weeks is over (mine never have). I highly recommend this nail salon as I have tried others and none have come close to Zenails.

Absolutely terrible customer service. If you make an appointment here dont expect them to honor it. I used to love this place but they wouldnt take me for an appt after running 10 min late. They also spent several mins with another customer before they even spoke to me. They didnt even offer to squeeze me in for another 5 hours. Youd think theyd value loyal customers that live right across the street. Perhaps you should collect customer phone numbers and check in with your appointments before giving away their spots to other walk ins. Thankfully I was able to get a spot at Pearls Nails as they were much more accommodating and did just as good a job!

The only place Ill get my nails done! They do a great job and make sure your nails look perfect before you walk out the door. For my job, Im constantly in front of clients so I always have my nails done. My no chips always last 3+ week (usually I get bored with the color and have them taken off before they actually chip). One time I stubbed my toe a day after a pedicure and they fixed the paint job for free- such great service plus its much more affordable than most other salons. The owner makes it a point to talk to all his customers, remember their names, and make you feel very welcome. Plus, you can BYOB so why not stop by with a friend and enjoy some champagne with your pedicure

I was a little surprised when I went for a walk-in mens manicure and was told to come back in 3 hours. Nonetheless, I did and was quite impressed with how gentle and thorough my tech was!!
