I am new to the area and I was not sure if any nail salon would be open on Monday. They we open. Julie took great care of me in a very comfortable environment! I will go back again. Julie was very friendly and great personality. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my visit here I scheduled a regular Medi/pedi which was 45$ but I ended up paying 65$ plus tip because she did no chip instead but overall I love how my nails looked and the service was great so it wasn’t a huge deal to me lol just remind them of what you want before getting said service. Definitely will be coming back 💖

My wife got her nails done at this place and she was very much pleased with the service. The place was very clean and the customer service was amazing. Her nails look really amazing after the service. Thumbs Up

The young lady that arched my daughter and I,eyebrows,to me had little to no experience on arching eyebrows,they had a small stool instead of a chair with a back and their prices online were way different than what they charged me,they gave me a refund after I showed them what was there and they did their own research as tho the price would magically change.

Bio Pinky Nails is the best place to get your Pedi and manicure. I have been visiting this place for quite some time and i was always satisfied with their service. The staff has been very welcoming and the service has been always excellent. I strongly recommend this place.

I am so excited to find such an excellent nail salon in west loop. I live in the neighborhood and always go to this place to get my Nails and my Pedi done. The service is fabulous. And their back massage is very very relaxing.

I live right around the corner from this salon and have been coming here for the past 3 years. Wonderful service each time and patient staff. So happy I found a nail salon that I can consistently rely on.

There were no signs indicating that they didnt have artificial nails, acrylic, or gel (for full sets). It was my second time and her first time. I usually just get my toes and she wanted her toes done but she had a fake nail on her big toe. the tech saw that it was a fake nail but she continued to do her feet. when it was time for polish my cousin asked if she was going to shave or shape or fix the false nail and the tech that knew English said they didnt have any thing that could help. My cousin said she didnt want to continue service so the tech walked her to the waiting area. My cousin left before me, so when I was finish my tech walked me to the cash register and asked if I would $10 for my cousins feet. I told her no she didnt finish getting the service. the lady started yelling at me demanding my cousins cell # and kept increasing the volume. She even said we tricked her for free services so I started to yelling back, then she told me to claim down.BUT,, that was all after I paid for my service and tipped her $5

Every time I come here I leave out so pleased! I tried the chair massage and it was an amazing and relaxing 10 minutes.

Great place for a pedicure. I see other reviewers complain about it not being “relaxing” but this isn’t the four seasons. I come here because they do a great job! Hard to find a place to do men’s pedicure well.

Please read all these and Yelp reviews before you decide on this nightmare of a place. Cutting skin is a common thing and then the customer service is a whole other subject. I though getting nails and pedicure was a relaxing treat. Not here!

Pinky is my go-to for manis and pedis. They have a great selection of nail colors and the services are always great. Banmunkh gives an awesome pedicure and is super precise with manicures--my nails always look great! Prices are totally reasonable as well.

This place is rude! I walked in at 7:25 pm when they close at 8 pm. As I was getting my no chip manicure, I noticed all the employees in a hurry to leave as they were all cleaning. Oko was taking care of me and ask me to wash my hands, not knowing that they had mopped by the hand washing area. As Im walking back towards my chair to finish the manicure, I slipped and fell. Not only did they not have a sign that there was wet floor, but they didnt help me up and still had the audacity to charge me. Worst in business in the WL for not accommodating me after the accident, definitely not worth it.

I love the massage one receives when you are waiting for your nails to dry.

They rushed through my nails and my no chip manicure has chipped and cracked. Its sad, because Ive been going here for years, but this is the last bad mani/pedi Im paying for

Wicker Park nail salon with convenience of parking lot. Good color selection and clean, relaxing atmosphere. Staff is professional and curteous.

This is a nice spot for a mani/pedi and they are open late. I select this when I am running late for all the other salons. Not because its bad, but only because its a typical mani/pedi for a bit more in terms of cost. So if I can get the same service elsewhere for cheaper, I will.

I went today there to do pedicure/manicure. There is an Chinese woman that does not speak english, she hurt and cut my nails very badly for the second time. My cuticles still hurt 4 hours later. Will not go there again.

I will NEVER go to this nail salon again. Pedicure was okay not the best, not the worst. 2 days later after wearing heels all day some of the polish rubbed off 3 of my toes. When I went back to have them fix it, they wanted to charge me. And treated me like I was a crook for wanting them to fix their bad pedi.

Worst manicure Ive ever gotten. Nail polish is not smooth, a bunch of uneven areas and some bubbles and when I said something about it he just said well put top coat and it didnt help. He messed up one nail and tried to say it was ok and didnt want to fix it. Had a bunch of dead skin he didnt clean up.

Worst nail salon Ive been to in the city, Ive tried it twice and will not be going back, instead will drive to the Pinky Nails on Des Plaines, very unprofessional and rude!

Service was very poor. You also can smell the sewer back up. That was a waste of $40
