The pedicure was fine, though it bothered me that they don’t use liners for the foot tub, until I got home and a part of my toe nail broke off. It seemed like she cut my nail too short with clippers and not all the way so she then painted over it.When I made my appointment, I asked specifically for nail art hoping that I’d get someone who’s good at it considering I’d seen other photos on google from them that came out great. If you’re not good at nail art, please be honest. I’d rather get a plain color than a design done poorly. I was so disappointed with how my nails came out. They chipped the same night (though they’re no chip) and there’s what looks like dirt in the paint on one nail. Also, the polish is in my cuticles. This might be one of the most disappointing mani/pedis I’ve ever gotten.After less than a week, my nails have only chipped more. Worst nail salon in Chicago.

I went to this place because my normal nail tech was booked all week and I am going out of town for Labor Day. Me and my boyfriend had a 4:30 appointment, and said that it was a no chip mani pedi for him, and a regular pedi and no chip mani fill in for me. I made sure to ask if they could take both of us at the same time and they said yes. They did not start my pedi until a little after 5. The nail tech did not finish until like 7:15, and I didn’t even get what I wanted because it was taking so long, i said just white polish because I’ve been here almost 3 hours. She was not apologetic. During my manicure she burned me with the drill and also cut me. She left the edges sloppy and did not lotion and massage my hands after. Very unhappy with how long a simple service took and the fact that burned and cut me, and didn’t even seem to care .

1st time at this 💅salon. I received the deluxe pedi by Sam (she was amazing) & gel fill-in. Very short wait time, great service & prices. They even service lil kids at great prices.

I would give this place 4 stars because my nail tech was amazing. He took his time and made sure every part of my experience was great. Very attentive to detail! My first time here was seriously awesome. Unfortunately, I ran out of there so fast I was unable to catch his name.The reason I take away one star is due to KCs lack of professionalism. She appeared knowledgeable and friendly. However, she made my partners manicure experience uncomfortable by pushing her personal phone number on him requesting he text her immediately. She also provided a service (a scrub?) he was unaware was not part of the package. Therefore paying more than he anticipated.All in all great experience, however would consider going back only by appointment with specific techs.

Ive been going to Asia Nail for over two years and I cant say that I have ever been disappointed or unsatisfied regardless of what kind of a manicure or pedicure I desired. The highlights for me are that they have pink and white, ombre, a variety of gel colors, design, and of course - the quality of the work itself. If you want long lasting nails and stability each and every time you get a mani/pedi done, Asia Nails is the place for you. Also I would like to thank Bob for his outstanding work, for the great conversation upon every visit, and for being the amazing person that he is.

This place gave me a nail infection! The sides of my nails were all painful and blistering. I had to go to a dermatologist who confirmed that I got the infection from a salon that did not clean their tools properly. Asia nail salon was the only place Id been too for months. I had to apply an antibacterial cream on my fingers for two weeks. My hands are still healing. I will never return to Asia Nails.

Sam does great shaping and fill work! The fill grows out very smoothly and the coffin was extra skinny ;)

They squeezed me in for a last minute Happy Pedicure (Foot soak, cuticle care, hangnail removal, callus care, seasonal scrub, special refreshing mask, hot or cool towel wrap, 15 minute massage, and polish) which was great. The Happy Pedicure is priced at $35. However, during the pedicure, the woman asked if I wanted additional things done and I said “whatever is included in the package”... however, I was charged $50 for “extras” and I didn’t even get a full foot massage. And the next day I had big ripples in my no-chip polish (pictures to prove it). Overcharged and underperforming.

Ive been seeing Julie for the past year and couldnt be happier. I like to get different designs and Julie id always patient with me and works with my crazy ideas to give me a design I love.Julie, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and will gladly have a conversation with you if you are open to it, I hate sitting in silence, so I appreciate it. My nails have been lasting long and looking fabulous thanks to Julie and the rest of the Asia Nails staff.

I’ve been coming to this nail shop since 2013 for a monthly no chip and a pedicure. Kelly is my tech but her sister Julie (the owner) is my second. They do take their time with you so I would always recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. If you do a walk-in you can end up with a 30 + min wait on busy days. So definitely schedule an appointment with either of them or with Bob if you’re doing a full set.

PLEASE DON’T go here. I wait an hour just to remove my nails and the lady didn’t sanitized the area. People without mask, and she put her son to learn how to remove nails with mine nails and they cut my skin. Very unprofessional, very dirty place.

Very disappointed that they allow friends of customers to hangout with with their mask on their chin. When I politely asked that person they became hostile and the staff just told me to sit and wait. I shared that I didnt feel safe and went elsewhere

I’ve been going here since 2006-2009Stopped for a while and returned back after their remodeling; I went twice one for my birthday and the a day before my huge event, There is this “nail tech” who makes you pick top colors and gives her opinion on which ones looks better on the skin: I get it seems nice but man she handles my hands roughly and files then too rough eventually cutting the area around it.It is not the same as it was before; at the end she completely forgot that I had to pay for the nails stood at the front and eventually told another nail tech that I was waiting to cash out and her comment to that was “oh you could of left and not paid ahaha”Well yea obviously for the plenty of cuts I had on my fingers yes I should of left without paying but I get along with the owner and he has always been nice; his name is Bob and I would recommend doing your nails with him. I know better now.

KIEN was great at removing ingrown toenails and hangnails with excellent massage. Flawless nail polish application. $35 mani pedi. Superficial negatives: Oddball staff. Cluttered.

Went into this place because it was close to my house, the nail tech was really nice and seemed knowledgeable about how to keep growing my nails out. Well she filed my nails so much that they became super thin, and within days 4 nails broke and 2 more are starting to follow suit. Unless you’re keeping your nails very short or have acrylic, I’d say go somewhere else that knows how to treat natural nails that are growing out. I’m giving 2 stars because the tech was nice, she just ruined my nails.

Came with a friend to get our nails done without an appointment and we were able to get seated next to each other within 5 minutes. I got a SNS manicure for the first time and Im super impressed with how long lasting it is. Its currently been 6 weeks, and while my nails have grown out, the polish has NOT chipped at all!Service was amazing as well! I was offered a drink upon sitting down, and the nail tech doing was nails was so friendly. She also took time after the manicure to massage my arms and shoulders. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and thought my nails turned out really well.Theres a free rewards program you can join, and they currently have $2 off if you check in on Yelp. Ill definitely be back again to do my nails soon!

Surprised that this place gets such good reviews. I think the main positive is how cute it looks on the inside. Otherwise, it was probably the worst manicure Ive gotten in Chicago. Bad quality service, rushed, the technician didnt take the time to wipe paint off my skin, and the polish was chipping less than 24 hrs later. Plus the air conditioning wasnt working very well either.

Kind, excellent service! I called at 7pm for an acrylic fill and they got me in at 7:15p even though they were supposed to close at 8! They were also more affordable than other places I’ve gone but did a better job! They’ve got themselves a new regular. Plus the shop is so so cute.

These folks have been open since the pandemic has started! On and off theyve been open but I live close by and have been past their shop and have seen them open. Shame on you Asia nails.

I had gone here a couple times and found the value very worth while, but the past couple times the customer service was lacking. I would arrive, someone would ask what service I was looking for, and then I would just be left waiting. No indication of timing, and then someone else would ask what service I was looking for and I would wait again. While the cost is reasonable I don’t think I will return due to poor customer service.

Well. Lets start by saying it was the worst no chip EVER! I use to come here about 10 years ago to get acrylic nails. I havent been back until last weekend. I came in with my mom and sisters for two NC Manicures and one regular manicure. Both me and my sisters no chip was TERRIBLE. It wasnt until I was in good light that I could see that the clear on top wasnt even painted on the WHOLE NAIL, there was bumps of dry clear, and then the nails chipped in 2 days. I even told the guy one nail was messed up and he said it would get better when he put the clear on top as it dried, And it did not. For some reason they were rushing to get through us when there wasnt even anyone in the shop until right before we left. Im not sure why they rushed so much. Either way, Im so disappointed because because I wasted money on my nails for them to only look good for 2 days. NEVER AGAIN.

Great price for the service. $40 for refill and 3 colors, one of which was used to make designs. Technician did a really good job but he was kind of a grouchy old fart and expects you to be a mind reader. Get past that and youll be fine.

This is MY FAVORITE for nail! The effort they have put in making it as nice as possible is really paying off. The quality is perfect for me but Im not a nail freak. My favorite person there is LUCKY.

This place is pretty sub-par, but its the best in the area (aka walking distance from my house). Multiple times have made an appointment and had to wait >25 minutes. Whats the point of calling ahead? They are friendly though! Just get better at scheduling.

Was getting my feet done and I have a skin issue and the minute I put my pants up they started talking in their language and looking at my skin. I got the Happy Pedicure and he burned me twice, didn’t even buff my skin right and I had to remind him to rub my feet; he was very rough on my skin. He only put lotion on my legs, there was no foot rub. Another thing to mention, their every unorganized in the sense of who’s next in line and the wax station they don’t apply the wax with a clean wooden stick. I’ve seen hair in the wax. This will be my last time coming to this place. People just go to a place that is actually licensed and understands the art in the nail Industry.

I waited for over 30 minutes with the vague explanation that I would be helped soon. My cuticles were filed and I was cut. the bleeding from my cuticles didnt stop so I decided not to continue with the service to have my nails painted... several of my cuticles are sore from the filing. Tools and stations were very dirty.

This is the only nail salon I go to. The service is great and my nails always look the way I want them to. I particular about how my nails should be when I get an acrylic full set. I like them to look slender and thin, not chunky. This is the only place I’ve been to that gets it right

Worst no chip of my life. The guy had the shakes and it showed - polish all over my cuticles and off the sides so in no time it’ll get hooked on something and peel right off. What a waste of $35.

The guy that did my nails did a horrible job. I went in for a fill and you can clearly see my nail thru the fill had a broken nail he put a new one that didnt match my other nails. Nail polish was almost gone and put it on my nails you could clearly see thru because there wasnt enough polish. Never will go back.

I went in for a no chip manicure and pedicure. I simply wanted the color black to match a dress for a wedding. Upon completion of my no chip, I kept looking at my nails because something was off. Sure enough, when I went outside, my no chip was clearly navy blue and my toes black. I went back inside and long story short, they didnt fix my nails. They argued that the color was black, they made me wait, and said if I wanted a refund, they would have to take off the navy blue color . The owners wife took it off horribly and told me I was only getting $35 back when I paid $64. Overall, I was not happy with my servic and they suck at color matching.

I went to get a full set and a pedicure. I was so excited because I really want to get my nails done. I had this regular salon that I usually go to but they weren’t available at my time so I had to find another place.This is when I found Asia Nails.It’s close to my house and not farther away from my usual salon.I was welcomed with warm greetings.The wait time was decent but what bothered me was the fact I was taken after a lady whom walked in ten minutes after me!I came in ten minutes early for my appointment and I was not taken in on time. (Deducting points already)When I was finally attended to begin my pedicure, the running water was extremely hot. The man was not being gentle and he was making fun of my toes. I’m alreasy insecure about them but he made me feel even more insecure.I bared with him and ignored him. When it came to my full se is where everything crumbles.He cut me with the drill multiple times and when he applied alcohol, I wanted to scream. It was so painful.The job overall was done not to my satisfaction. I wish I could have walked out without paying because for how much I was charged, it not worth it at ALLL!My fingers hurt so bad and all I want to do is take these extensions off! If I caught his name who did my nails, I would warn you to not get any services from him. I would not recommend this place for any service. I went in for a simple nochip removal, and the technician left chunks of red nail polish and base coat on my nails. I was shocked when he told me he was done. Since he had already taken 2 smoking breaks while my nails were soaking, and then returned each time without washing his hands, I thought it was better to just go somewhere else than to ask him to complete the job. GROSS.

Pretty bad nail job!The man who did my job has no patience, he finished the whole thing in half hour. His hands were shaking so much when he was trying to pain my nails. I got the manicure yesterday and the shellac polish is already chipping. I dont recommend this nail spa.

Went in to get my 11yo daughter a manicure simply asked Jerry what the difference was from an adult mani and a kiddie mani, Jerry then proceeded to talk to Bob in there language then bob looked at me and asked my daughters age when I said 11yo Bob then called me a liar said that he could tell by looking at her that she was way older. I told him her birthday and that she was in the 6th grade and he continued to call me a liar. I said I was leaving and I got no apology just a yes go. Picture of my daughter included.
