Had a great manicure and pedicure with my partner a couple of weeks ago when we took a little staycation and wanted to relax. Everyone wore masks and was really pleasant. It was a bit busy and they seemed to have one less worker than usual, but they handled it really well.

I am a nail technician myself, but sometimes I want to treat myself and my friend pedicure and manicure, not wanting to do it myself. Happened to stopped in for the service at KT nails and spa. I really like the atmosphere and the service they provided very clean, and sanitation(per state regulations). We didn’t have appointments which we understand the waiting list can be long. We decided go ahead and wait, the quality outcomes of their services were exceptional. I will be back when Im in town!Thank you for your care KT nails & Spa.

WARNING: Please read before booking an appointment with them or receiving their services. To start off, the service was good. They are friendly; however, with a manicure, they do not cut your cuticles (this is the first place I’ve gone to that doesn’t do that.) in addition, I requested to have gel used for my fake nails. I went on vacation two days later and my nails were coming off within LESS THAN A WEEK. On top of that, I received their pedicure service and the nail polish was chipping off by the next day. This tells me that the quality is just not there. They have officially lost my business.

I had a great experience at KT. Everyone in the shop was very professional and friendly. My nails tech did a great job on my no-chip fill in and pedicure. He was super fast without rushing ( I was in and out in just under 90 min). Most importantly, he got the shape down just right. I would definitely recommend.

I really wanted to like this place because I live right around the corner so it’s very convenient to walk here and the staff are friendly. However, I got a no chip polish change, a polish change because I am a nail technician myself, so I can do all the prepping. I’m very picky on who preps my nails since most salons use just the drill to prep.... anyway, not sure how the technician could mess up a polish change. But it was just horrible. The polish was not close to the cuticle at all and this is just 4 days after the service. A decent no chip should last at least a week and a half. There was a way to post the picture of my nails

Called to book appointments for me and my sister. One acrylic full set with design and one regular mani. Person on the phone confirmed they could take us at 5:15pm. Perfect! …. We got there, paid for parking, and walked kn. When greeted they told us they were running a “bit” behind. To which we agreed was fine. 1 hour and 40 minutes later finally we were up… (paid for parking again btw). To which then the man told my sister, unapologetically, there was “no time for the design”. Are you kidding me? There’s no time? We’ve been waiting almost two hours. We were not late, you were.We decided to walk out. It is very unprofessional, if they knew they could not take more clients today they should have simply said no. We could have looked elsewhere. Just wasted our time. I was hopeful and looking forward to liking this place as a friend recommended it and spoke highly about them.

Love My nail Paris is the best

I been coming to this place since they open ! O4 years now . I never had any problems. On till recently. I got a pedi . And they gave me a toe infection. My whole toe nail dry upAnd I had to cut it off. And had greenshi liquid coming out . I no longer have a toe nail. I’m just so upset 😭 never going back .

Not the fanciest spot — they share powder jars between clients, and they don’t use disposable tools — but for the price it makes sense. Love my dipped natural nails, they look great until the day I get them redone, unlike gel. Super nice friendly sweet staff.

This is the only nail salon where Ive been happy with my nails. I have gotten full sets, manis, and pedis here. Not once have I been disappointed or disliked my nails. Went in yesterday to get a full set with my best friend and we were taken care of immediately which was amazing. All workers are amazing and I will continue going for weeks to come!

This was my first time here, I got recommended by a friend who came here and I must say, I love this place. I love the way they treat you as soon as you walk in. The pricing isnt bad at all and the service itself was amazing. I think I found the one place I will forever go to. The owner is great too. Everyone was friendly. And I fell in love with the final look of my nails. I recommend this place 100%.

I waited for 15 mins because they were really busy, my nail tech took me in, very detail about the shape. My nails came out great & pretty. It was worth the wait. I will be coming back. Keep up the good work guys.

I go there because it is close and the service is good. The dust and random nail parts is part of the KT Nails experience.

The reason I gave 2 stars is because the first time I went to get the dip, my nails looked great. I went back to get the dip, and not even a week later my nails were cracking and chipping. Not to mention the clear top polish wore off...this is not normal! I have been getting the dip for almost 3 years now, this has never happened. They usually last me at least 3 weeks, which is why you pay so much for the dip. Really disappointed, and wish I wouldn’t have spent my money here. The staff is really sweet though.

It was my first time here today. The moment i step into the shop i am overwhelmed by the presence of being welcomed. I actually came unprepared, i did not know what kind of designs i wanted. Thank God they have design sample sets. The samples were so impressive and gorgeous. This place is like a hidden gem in the area, the employees here are so kind. When i got my pedicure done, (i wanted to get my nails done first before getting my pedicure because some of my nails were broke and sore) i was in a hurry but my toe nails were not dried, i couldn’t put on my boots and i had to walk home so the owner offered to give me a brand new pair of sandals. I love this place and i will come back and i highly recommend to my friends, family, and whoever is reading this.

Paris is my go to. She’s never disappointed me, she’s always taking her time and is very precise. The process with her maybe takes longer compared to others but it’s always worth the time.

This shop is very welcoming. The staff is very friendly, and they know how to communicate with their customers efficiently. They don’t rush or The shop is also very clean and sanitary, which is relieving, especially due to Covid concerns. Never once, have I ever been disappointed in my results. The pricing is very affordable. This place has the best designs within the area! Unfortunately, not that many people within the chicagoland area know this place, but I highly recommend!!

My first time at this nail salon and they did an amazing job on my manicure. Jae was very professional and he knows how to speak to his customer’s. I most definitely will be there more often for a Manicure & pedicure. I would definitely recommend to a family & friends.

Personally, I am someone who gives a lot of constructive criticism in my reviews, but this salon has given me nothing to critique, which is a good thing. The environment in the salon is very positive and sanitary. The staff is very friendly and they have great communication skills when it comes to clients and customers. I’ve never experienced an awkward situation with any of the staff whilst doing my nails. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable.

Went to get non chip manicure and regular pedicure. Price was $55, so it’s not too bad but definitely didn’t worth it for me. Water was Very cold as for both services, tools that were used were old and dirty. Asked for one shape of nails and got completely different one, because lady doesn’t speak any English she didn’t say anything back when I told her that shape wasn’t the right one. ( she pointed out to the square shape, but still did round one that I really much dislike). No apology, took my money and that’s it. Not coming back, service sucked

They have quality service here! I tend to be very picky when it comes to customer service and such. The staff is friendly and the shop is organized and sanitary. If there are any complications, the staff should be very cooperative. I recommend this place for your next appointment!

Ive been going to K T Nails and Spa for about a year now, and I LOVE it. And had a positive experience. The employees are all friendly and helpful. They made my nails look so beautiful. No bleeding, even polish coating, no polish on the skin. Truly could not be happier! ! ! All in all, this place is amazing and totally worth every penny.

I walked in after mass and was surprised by so many greetings. This salon is by far the friendliest. My nail tech was SO thorough and meticulous I thought she was getting me ready for my wedding day. I loved this place. They charge you $26 for no-chip manicure. My nails were last for 2.5 weeks. I will definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone!

I was here couple days ago, it was packed by the time i came in. Paris did my dipping powder and i loved them. I’ve had it done at other places before but with Paris my nails are in perfect shape ( i have almond shape ). She was taking her time and did not rush through out the whole service. I will be back. Great place, great technician.

This nail salon is awesome. So many color options for regular polish, dip powder or regular get. Nails always look perfect after!!! Dip or gel lasts at least 3 weeks. Everyone at the salon is so sweet and makes you feel welcomed. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Best place Ive ever been to. I have honestly never been super happy with any manicure Ive ever had, but yesterday I went somewhere else and had the worst manicure I had ever had. Today I went to K T Nails and Spa after reading reviews and asked if they could fix my manicure. I had acrylics on and they were unable to redo them completely as to not damage my nails, but they spent the time and care to grind them down to make them look more natural and helped reshape them. Jack spent time to meticulously make my nails perfect and actually checked with me to make sure they were to my liking. I also had a pedicure which was good. The actual place itself is clean and nice. The people working there seem like they actually enjoy being there (as much as anyone can enjoy being at work) and not just like they cant wait for the day to be over. I cant say a bad thing about this place and Ive had plenty bad to say about several other places. This is definitely going to be the only place I will ever go again and I will be recommending it to anyone I know. Keep up the great work and great service, and thank you!

I love this place! Been going here for years have seen 3 different owners manage the salon and Im pleased to say that the recent new owners have changed the place and service a lot, for the better. In my 7+ years of coming here never have I seen any rodents, bugs, rats or anything in that matter. The salon is very sanitary & the staff is nice and very attentive. We had a girls date here 7 of us getting nails and pedis and they provided fruit and a snack bag for us totally unexpected. What I loved the most was that they took their time with all of us!

I love everything about this salon. I specifically go to see Orvis, but all of the technicians make nails look flawless! I always get dipping powder but their gel manicures are awesome too. I tried one of their volcano pedicures a few weeks ago and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. The prices are unbeatable, and they have customer parking in the back which I think is a major bonus. To top it off they always decorate the salon for the holidays etc. they also offer a customer loyalty card which I, personally, think is great because if you’re like me, you spend a decent amount of money on your nails so to save a few $$ after visits is a really nice incentive.

We found this place via Yelp and we couldnt agree more with all the 5 star ratings! My daughter has a concert to go to tomorrow and wanted artistic nails that represented a song by the band. Pheonix surpassed expectation.. His work is better than the picture she brought in. Neither of us could be happier about finding this place!

Wanted stiletto nails but didnt want them too long. I was informed that I would get an almond shape since supposedly you cant do short stiletto nails. However I ended up with a ballerina shape. I still liked the nails but what if I gotten a shaped I didnt like. It would of been nice to be I informed of the change. Also there was bubbles in my nails after the Polish dried. My middle finger on my right hand was crooked as well.

I only come here for my dip nails. No where else period.

My nail tech Phoenix was fabulous. The service here is top notch. They do an amazing job on your nails with lots of attention to detail and making sure you walk away looking great. Highly recommend and a great value for no-chip mani that was a lot more $$ at salons nearby.

While getting my nails done here (dip mani), they did not ask what shape I wanted or if I wanted them cut down. They just dipped right over the nail shape I already had and one nail is significantly shorter than the others. Poor attention to detail.

Sometime I do different promotion.We do a different designs, many colors for u like: glow in the dark, halogram ( halo-graphics ), chrome, ombré nails, marble nails, ..etc...We do a perfect nails for your perfect shape and color.When I take over this business from last year. I have a lot of customers love my salon for the service, price, good products ( coz I use high quality products ), good quality. This place was empty, awkward and dated. They kept trying to upsale me and ultimatly, my pedicure chipped in a few days.

Ive been going here for a year now. They use poor quality polish that chips, despite the no chip up charge price constantly changing. The one time I ask them to fix my no chip nails that chipped in 6 days, they made a big deal abo T and embarrassed me, as if I was trying to hustle a free manicure. Lol k bye.
