I was so impressed by Ellen(my nail tech) and the rest of the staff here during my first visit! But wanted to update my review after I had my fill for a couple weeks to see how they hold up!.The pink was my original full set of acrylics!, I went and got my full after two weeks and booked with the same nail tech, and now it’s been almost two weeks after my fill and my nails and still in incredible condition!.Ellen is incredibly sweet and payed close attention to detail and did an incredible job reshaping my nails, both times I got my nails done with her she went back and triple checked her work!!(This was very refreshing because I am used to other nail salons getting me in and out as quick as possible)I was able to get in to see her next day with an appointment!, and she helped me find the perfect polish from a reference photo I brought.My acrylics from here hold up really really well even though Im always working with my hands, and doing dishes/cleaning ect..Ill be coming back every two weeks for my fill!. Very clean establishment and all the staff are super friendly!

My nails are gorgeous, they were super reasonably priced, I was in & out within an hour with Acrylics, and my nail tech was top notch. I accidentally hit my nails on the lamp as they dried and he insisted on fixing them. I am very happy and will be coming back!

**DISCLAIMER*** The picture with the dark green polish against the white wall was taken nearly 2 weeks after I got them done, which explains why my nails are grown out. They always hold up really well.****I come here every two weeks or so to get my no-chip manicure. I am always so happy with my nails and get tons of compliments, I always recommend Nu Image. I never ask for a specific nail tech because theyre all great and Ive had nothing but great experiences.There have been times when I have to wait a little bit to get seated when they are busy, however its justified because everyone is very precise and they put a lot of care into your nails. I have tried other nail places but I am always more impressed and happy with my nails when I come to Nu Image. The prices are reasonable.The quality here is great, clean environment, and kind staff. Cant wait for my next manicure.

The nail tech I had made my acrylic very thick and damaged Some of my nail beds. I had to cut off my cuticle because the nail technician that goes by B attached it too close to my cuticle.

This was my first time at Nu Image Nails after having a disheartening experience at Jennys Nails on Lawrence. ⭐ I never knew I could be so happy with my nails 💕 Kim did a BEAUTIFUL job, such a kind spirit with amazing attention to detail. The entire staff was also warm and very welcoming. The salon was immaculate and had adopted several safety measures against Covid-19, i.e. temperature checks, mandatory masks, social distancing, glass dividers, etc. Im so THRILLED to have found my new favorite salon. Trust me, you wont be disappointed.

I’ve been going here for about 5/6 years now. Sydney is my girl. Her work is absolutely flawless. Her work is consistent and the fact that I can go 4 weeks with no chips or cracks on my pedicures or nails blows my mind. I have seen many of the other girls there as well and you can tell they have been trained well because they all align with Sydney’s work of art. Always a pleasure getting pampered by the ladies here ❤️❤️

Kim did an absolutely fantastic job with my nails! The dip wasn’t too thick and she was super meticulous throughout the whole process.

I rarely ever leave any reviews but I am so upset by the service at this place. I got the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The tech skipped so many steps and rushed through the steps he did actually take. He made the skin around my nails look even worse, he cut me a little when he was cutting my nails, and there’s parts of my nails that don’t even have the top coat on them. So upset that I spent my hard earned money in this place

I use to love this place but the last 4 times have been bad. They rush my nails and they come out all bubbly and bulky. I have to tell them to fix at least one nail every time, they seem to get bothered so I just rather avoid going over all.

I wanted to get acrylics for the first time and I love them! I’m literally obsessed. Everyone is super friendly and talented.They also did such a good job with social distance practices and keeping everyone safe and healthy.

Wasn’t really happy with their work. And they really didn’t take time to listen to what I had to say. They just wanted to get the point across that they were right and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I did get some of my money back.

I love the way my nails turn out every time but I’ve made appointments a number of times sort of now knowing that I’ll need to wait 20-40 mins until they get started. I’m trying to be mindful of the salon making up for a year of lost business and also how nice the staff is. But today I made an appt for my mom and she waited for 55 minutes before they got started. It was too late in the day to find another salon and it was the day before a trip so we just waited. I will likely give it another try to see if it improves, but just be mindful you may wait a bit for your service even with an appt.

I LOVE Nu Image! They are very clean, Sydney, the owner doesn’t play around with hygiene. They are amazing with nail art, tips, all things fancy fabulous nails. I attached a picture of my newer (6days old) full set. Make an appointment, it gets busy.

I really like this shop. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, not a whole lot of talking, which is great! They get you in a chair fairly quickly. My experience with Kim has exceeded my expectations. Shes very thorough and detailed oriented. She takes s her time as if she working on her own hands and feet. She asked what I wanted and gave me exactly that and some. I highly recommend Nu Image.Also, they dont have a tip line for credit cards, but Kim had her zelle and venmo info handy. I didnt mind this method because I was ensured that Kim would get the tip that she so deserved.

Ive been here 3 times now for a no-chip manicure, each time with a different technician, and each time they did an outstanding job. Just had to share how impressed I am with this salon. Also my manicures hold up for weeks and still look great. Highly recommend.

I got a dip polish manicure from Helen and she was extremely thorough; she did a great job! I’m very impressed at how smooth and shiny they are, and they’re nice and short like I wanted them. Wouldn’t change a thing about my service! Only general criticism would be color choices - they had probably 60+ dip color choices so the basics were there but no glitters or anything too unusual. They also require cash for tipping so make sure you come prepared!! I’m visiting from out of town but will definitely come back when I’m in the area. Thank you!

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been doing nails for years . I must say the nails were pretty ok. But at what cost? I don’t think I’m willing to deal with the rude, aggressive, rushed, inconsiderate, unwelcoming, lack of acknowledgement as a customer /human (especially the woman who answers the phone ) this establishment had to offer .It’s safe to say I will NOT be returning here .ugh

I decided to walk in Because of the great reviews online for my second ever try at fake nails. I decided to see if they could mimic a photo I found online. The tech was extremelyHelpful and answered all my questions (Im very indecisive) I was warned that the marble is hard to create but I am 100% thrilled with how they turned out. I will definitely be back to visit, despite the 30 Minute commute.

I used to live around the corner from this place and I miss it SO much. I get acrylics which can be a long process and the technicians are very talented and will take their time on perfecting your nails! Plus the prices are some of the best I’ve seen as other salons hike theirs due to this trend. My nails always last a very long time and there is a vast color selection.

I’ve been going to this salon for about a year now and absolute love it. I always get acrylics with no chip and have only had 2 nails break in the last year. I’m a bartender and constantly have my hands in water doing dishes and my nails still hold up!I moved to the opposite side of the city and still make the trip all the way up north every 2-3 weeks because I can’t find another salon that has such good quality for such a great price.

Needed to get my nails done for a wedding I was a part of but was wary because of my bad past experiences with dip. Thankfully, I got Nancy to do mine and they came out amazing! She was super sweet and paid a lot of attention to detail. This is my new favorite nail salon 😊

I rarely do reviews but I have to for this salon. My tech, B, did a fantastic job! He really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped suggest what would look best. So many other salons are dirty and the techs are very rough and end up cutting me because they rush and hurry people in and out. Not here, the salon is neat and tidy and he was so gentle and took his time to perfect the glitter ombre design I wanted. I will def come back again!

Amazing ... been going for over a year and I have to say in the beginning it was hit or miss but once I found Nancy I won’t go with anyone but her!!!! She’s GREAT.... Amazing and ALWAYS gets it right! My Dips last up to a month and NEVER chip or crack!! I would give this place more than 5 stars if it would let me but I do highly recommend making appointments if you don’t want to wait a good amount of time because they are almost always busy.

I read the reviews and was surprised to find such a highly rated nail salon within blocks of my house! I came here for my first ever gel manicure and toe polish change and I was in great hands - literally. My nails were beautiful! The nail techs are true artists and I appreciate their help finding the classic pearl color. Ive returned for one gel fill in so far and that nail tech was a fabulous artist as well! I call ahead to gauge how busy the shop is, though I cannot manage to plan ahead enough to make an appointment. Ive gone in the middle of the weekday when its slower and also the prime Friday evening and received great service and QUALITY nails. Ill continue to go here because the quality is worth the price.

This is the 1st time I came here. And i honestly love it. They have such a good variety of colors the staff is so polite and the atmosphere is so amazing. I came in with a crazy idea for a design and I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone about this place.

I LOVE it here. Im such a nail novice and they helped me through what my best options where. I am also a florist and REALLY mess up my nice gel nails within 2 weeks and they always come through and help. They will take the time and focus and not rush you like Ive experienced elsewhere. I love the neutral tones, but I see other people getting kick ass designs and even Chrome. Dont hesitate just go !

I pass at least three other nail salons on the way to this place because every time I’ve come here I’ve left happy. Every tech that’s helped me has made sure I was happy every step of the way from shape to polish color, my fake nails are never too bulky or thick, they’re quick without making you feel rushed, and I’ve never had an issue with the gel lifting before I was ready for a fill. Highly recommend!

Great spot, the techs are friendly and do a great job. The prices are very reasonable and parking is readily available. I highly recommend it, only issue is that they aren’t open several days of the week so you need to plan around that.

Great salon and theyre almost always able to take walk ins. FYI their IG isnt the companys its run by one of the nail techs and you cant book appointments online you have to call.

I went to Nu Image for my bridal party. There was like 7 of us. I felt like this place is a very clean and sterile. When I got my pedicure I felt so relaxed. I made a reservation... Sydney ended up doing my nails.A new full acrylic set I decided to go with a warm pink ombre style topped with clear no chip.Absolutely beautiful...!!!They have parking, very convenient and so friendly and helpful.They take their work very seriously and are very attentive to the customer.Ill definitely be a regular, from this point on.

I have mixed reviews on this place... sometimes I go in here not wanting to go in here because three times I have gone in here wanting a certain design and they do accommodate to what you want but... sometimes they try to push you away from getting it by saying things like its not a summer color I wouldnt get this design if you do glitter it will fall off dont get big rhinestones because they dont fit the nail right .... well how about I get what Im asking for.. if you open a nail shop.. you must do your best to do what customer wants... especially if you are taking my money. I like coming here because some staff are friendly there. Owners are very nice but soney the owner is the one of the people who steer you away from getting what you ask for. He did my nails only twice and both times I felt he did not want to do my nails because I wanted rhinestones. And when the other workers did my nails I felt the same way.. I also dont like that the last two times I got my nails done they didnt massage my hands or put cuticle oil.. maybe because I asked for rhinestones.....I like designs with different rhinestones and stones.. He never wants to do what I ask for and always put the stones that are small and the same ones. they upgraded the place and it is beautiful! Very clean place. I wish waxing room could be a bit more clean honestly. Im not sure how to approach next time because I dont want to go to a new place but I might have to just to get what I ask for.

Sidney did my nails. I asked for green olive color. She put on my nails black!I asked for cuffin style and they dont look the same from the other side.. either too wide or too closed. Dont like it. I thought it was gonna be a good place to go to but no. And they charged me 30. Oh! But they charge before doing your nails. In case you change your mind and not pay for their bad service!

I absolutely have found a knowledgeable nail tech in Sunny. From the door they were helpful professional and clean. It was a slow afternoon but I could tell that their nail tech were busy by the amount of regular customers that were calling to book appointments. I went in with a terrible set of overlays from a highly rated salon and the staff did their best to suggest a solution before having Sunny take a look and he decided to step in. He took his time looking at what had been done before touching my nails and then proceeded to sculpt, not just slap on some tips but actually sculpt the nails I needed. He didnt just try and sell me a service, he listens and suggests solutions. I actually cant wait to come back for a fill and try their pedicure. The prices are more than fair!They have Kiara products, magnetic nail polish, all the chrome and mermaid colors, DND, and WAVE!

I get consistently great fill-ins here. I wish they did more fun nail art but I’ll take what I can get.

Not the BEST experience. My gel color came out streaky on some parts, and then bulky in others. The color once out of the bottle was a LOT pinker than what I wanted, and when I immediately asked if I could choose a new color, I got attitude from my technician even though I asked politely. Needless to say not the best experience. But my boyfriend got a pedicure and his turned out LOVELY. Maybe my tech was having an off day?

Great nail shop in the neighborhood. The techs do a beautiful job on no-chip and gel manicures. Lots of colors and designs to choose from. They also provide waxing and eyelash services if thats your thing! Free parking = bonus.

Had a 2pm appointment on New Years Eve made with Helen. Got there at 1:55 was told she sick which is fine. asked if they had someone that worked like Helen and apparently that was not a good thing. So they refused to see me. Bad customer service if you ask me. Lost a good Paying customers.

Looked at the reviews and was a 5 star rating so i went in for a pedicure so that they could scrub off the dead skin around my feet they skipped that important step and only used a brush to scrub ur toes and massaged my feet. When i left the polished smeared off. This is the worst place to get pedicure total rip off the only thing great about it was that the workers were nice. Dont waste ur money!!!!!
