This is my second time here. They are truly amazing. They are efficient and very clean. They do not do a sloppy job like many other places. I can’t say anything bad about this salon. I truly recommend them.

I love my nails!!!! I went in with my sibling today & made an appointment for the same day. My sibling got a no-chip full set with a design on two nails. They look INCREDIBLE! And I got a simple no chip mani & pedi+massage. The staff is really kind and they take COVID safety seriously.I got my mani pedi done by Amy, she was SO SWEET! And she paid so much attention to detail. My nails are short and she did a wonderful job. My sibling got their full set with Yang and he was really nice and I’ve never seen such a nice set of acrylics. The shaping was done so well and the painting was beautiful. They were both really nice people.We will be coming back & I’m gonna bring my friends!!! They prefer cash only & tips in cash too.They’re also a business that has been here for a long time (ever since I was a little girl) so I’m glad they’re still here.

I could tell the lady was rushing them and that’s why they came out poorly. After only 1 day of having them all nails are chipped. Nail polish is very cheap. Do better.

Bad experience they charged me 63 for a short set acrylic and they couldn’t even do the nails how I wanted them I specifically asked before doing the color and she said she could do them last minute she did the design she wanted and charged me more.

I have been coming to CNN nails for over a year now I have always been early for my appointments. They recently change their requirements for some odd reason they require you to have cash ONLY. I was seven minutes late due to the normal ATM I use being out of service I had to go to another bank to get cash due to their new rules. When I arrived at 10:07am. There was someone already in the chair I asked if I would have to wait he said no after I washed my hands the younger male told me next time don’t be late ! I found that to be extremely rude since I had never been late out of all my times coming to CNN nails I am a paying customer the way I was spoken to shows I’m not an appreciate customer!CNN nails for the most part does a great job on creating your design. However the pricing are not consistent. I understand that every design is different however both times I got my nails done I had designs on all nails my full set was cheaper than my fill in and the design for my full set was way more detailed.The owner hasn’t been there lately when I’m there but when the owner was there the business (pricing was fair) and customer service was MUCH better. EXTREMELY disappointing.

I have a concern. I have been coming here for six years. I always do no chip manicure and regular pedicure. The prices are different first $62 $67 $72. $67 $62 $72. So I’m confuse on the prices. It should be a set price. So every tech have different price. Or is it on the appearance on the customers how the look to be charged. Or the prices changed on different days. Does anyone have the same concern?

Novel incoming.Let me start by saying there are MANY nail technicians. Between 5 and 10 on shift depending on the day/volume of business.I gave up on getting my nails done a few years ago because every place I went to, it didn’t seem like anyone took pride in their work. Techs at most places will rush through manicures/nail sets just to get onto the next client. SO, the first time I came to CNN nails, I was seated with the girl at the second desk from the sink — back right, & along the wall. She did an incredibly great job. I told her that I appreciated the pride she took in her work. They were so busy that day that I ended up patiently waiting for an hour, & once I was finally seated, she took her time to make sure nail shapes were on point & symmetrical to every other nail. Granted, every other time I’ve ever gotten my nails done anywhere else, I’ve just wanted to rip them off because I was almost embarrassed by the work. It was nice to see someone genuinely trying to do good.I’ve been back to CNN nails 4 times now, & I’ve only gotten placed with the girl I like one other time (you are seated based on tech availability). That particular time wasn’t for a full set, so she worked with what was given to her. They still looked good, but I wasn’t super impressed. Still happy though. Once again, I told her I really appreciated her taking her time. The other times I was there & was placed with other technicians, I didn’t leave happy.TODAY I went in with full intentions of getting a fresh full set & requesting this girl (wish I knew her name) for the first time. Technician requests require a 20% gratuity (tip) of whatever your grand total is. & let me just say, I tipped her 40% because I was so blown away at these beautiful nails she gave me. Honestly, these could probably pass for my real nails. They are all identical in shape, & they’re not too bulky if you know what I mean (slim & easy to work with). She is SO precise, & that is very important to me. Sometimes nails sit too high up off of the nail bed making them look fake & strange, & it will make the rest of the nail look too fat. Not these babies! 😁I am so happy I’ve found someone I can go to who does what they’re suppose to!!!!! Getting your nails done isn’t cheap by any means, but I’m still willing to fork over the money AND fat tips to someone whose going to leave me more than pleased every single time I leave.

Came @ 1:30 and was told to make an appointment. I made one for 3:30 the same day. My nails weren’t started until 4:20. They don’t honor appointment times here. You will waste your day coming here. They do great nails though

My nails came out perfect! I love them. Well worth the price. Just a heads up, though, cash tip is preferred. I didnt know and was spoken to a little too harshly about it.

I am extremely disappointed at the service and quality of this salon recently. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and have recommended countless individuals to come here due to working retail and getting compliments for the nails previously done. However, the last few months have been disappointing to say the least. I tried to be patient and understanding due to the pandemic but I’m not going to continue to waste my money for the horrible service I have been receiving. Every time I’ve gone in recently, I’ve been tossed around with several nail techs and had to wait close to 30 mins with aluminum foil on my hands and feet soaking in acetone while my skin is burning. Today has been the worst of all after making an appointment at 4pm for both pedicure and manicure and barely having my hands done at 5:20pm. After waiting with the aluminum and acetone on my feet for a long time, I had no more time or patience left and asked them to just remove the polish off my feet. Being a loyal customer I thought they would have apologized, but instead I was left with an attitude from the owner and overcharged for the other services. Will not be recommending to my customers ever again and will not be returning to this establishment ever again to waste my time and money.

I actually gave you 4 stars because I am very happy with Coco and you treated us nice. I will not tolerate someone disrespecting my daughter. I understand as the manager you have to side with your workers but Young was very rude to my daughter. We been going there for years and never caused a problem so why would we now. You should of asked my daughter what happen not just believe young. That’s all we wanted! With that being said you need to talk with your staff about customer service because this is not good customer service!

Best nail salon on the south side! When you want perfect nails, this is the place to go! The owners recently expanded their salon to make more room and honestly it’s the best thing! Make sure to call and make an appointment because they are always super busy! The owners are so good about making sure you leave happy! My nails are always #flawless! Also, very clean, they have an employee dedicated to cleaning and disinfecting- mmm, talk about how they care for the well being of their clients! #nextlevel

Il got charge 115 dollars gor just regular tips basic color an plain pedicure whit no massage or oil or nothing. Not good at all over charge never caming back an sad but at 47 an kedzie for 100 got eyed brows an tips whit cristals an detaling an love the pedicure. Whit details on the toes an. It was to much for something the il paid65 before

First of all the nail tech got the nail shape and color I wanted WRONG. But the worst part is that for some reason the nail application burnt my nails really bad! They have a spray on stand by because they know it happens but that has NEVER happened in any other nail tech I have been to. About 4 days later my nails started to burn again and now one of them is starting to fall off. It’s extremely painful, I will never be coming back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worst nail salon ever! If I can give them 0 stars I would! When I 1st walked then nobody greeted me I was standing there for a good 3 minutes Until I finally asked if they were going to great me or not so I can leave. Like 3 different girls worked on my nails. But the one who really messed up my nails was the one who put down the acrylic on my nails. They are the thickest nails Ive ever seen! By far the worst! I wanted to try out a new naik salon since its closer to home. I regret even thinking about changing nail salons. ! And on top of everything they charged me $60 !! For an overlay! Super disappointed! Absolutely the worst salon EVER!!!!! They have no respect for your time.. after making an appointment with them they tell you it’s going to be a 15 minute wait and you wait an hour in 30 minutes.. they do such a terrible job on your nails, thick and crooked nails.. when you ask them to correct it they’re confrontational and defensive.. And they overcharge like crazy compared to other salons.. The guy at the front which I’m assuming is the owner is rude and bullies you into leaving a tip.... save your money as time go somewhere else

They are very unprofessional I made an appointment the day before for 6 pm they told me okay no problem I come to my appointment and they had me waiting 40 mins after my schedule time. When I go to the owner to ask when are they going to take me because I had an appointment he kept telling me 5-10 mins. Never again

First time coming in to this salon for a pedicure. I got there 30 minutes before closing and they greeted me kindly besides being there prior to closing. Asked me to wash my hands and took my temperature with wrist. Always nice to feel safe when they ask for these things due to pandemic. My technician was kind and quick! I was there for about 30 minutes (no chip pedi) they did a great job and were friendly.

This is the ONLY nail salon I will ever go to! No mistakes ever made, they always take the picture I show them and make it their own, and they do not chip and diamonds do not fall off! Ever since I came here I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go and I will always tell them CNN on archer and Pulaski is the best!

Always love the way they do nails!

I just went there today spent 122$ for my friend and I and.. they left our nails thick and crooked! We went back and it seemed they noticed they did bad and stayed quiet. One lady assuming the owner said it was because of our nails but the employees seemed to want to fix them she did not let them. They’re asking Only one of us returns tomorrow’s to “fix” their mistake. DISAPPOINTED will never go again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely not a clean place. The service is horrible and just like the other reviews I cannot deal the man demanding tips. Tipping is optional. So he should not be demanding a tip. Second off they wouldn’t be worrying about tips of the techs were paid better. Lastly their prices are outrageous. I got to certified nail tech who does a better job and has better pricing. People be aware.

To be honest this is going to be my go to place for now on. The booking appointment was very fast and everyone in here was super nice. I recommend this place the only one bad thing is the parking either than that it’s a good place to get a pedi and medi.

I was leaving the country for three weeks and decided to go with gel pedicure so it would last on my trip. $40 for the pedicure alone. I kept telling myself it would be worth it. However, FOUR days later the polish completely chipped off and I wasnt able to wear open toed shoes (which is all I had packed). Pluss the manager at the front is really rude to the customers and his employees.

I am a very particular person with how I like my nails designed and I thank my friend for recommending I try this salon because I’ve been around to many different nail salons but none of them have ever come close to how amazing this place was. I always love going in there with different designs and choices of color and they always seem to nail it 100% every time I go!! They are always open to anything I throw at them and depending on what I want done they sometimes offer me the choice to choose something different or something better then what I originally wanted. If you don’t get what you want by the time you leave then yes expect your set of nails to be cheap but this place is worth the amount you pay for your designs! ♥️♥️

I have been to the best nail shop. Although there are many customers, the boss always arranges technicians to serve them in the order. The boss requires the employees to meet the needs of the guests according to the highest standards. I love the shop, I will go back soon.

I tell the guy at the entrance I want a pedicure and manicure. Women finishes my manicure so I then ask “my pedicure is next? She responded “no it’s too late” why wasn’t I told from the beginning? Then it’s time for me to pay and the man says $5.00 tip? I was in shock! Not at the amount, the fact that he’s telling me what I’m tipping??! Since when do people tell you what we have to tip!? Then he has the nerve to argue with me that I never told him I wanted a pedicure! Mr! I pointed at my feet! Your gonna argue with me about what I said! Also! Please Take your mask off when you speak to your customers! It’s just rude and have no idea what they asked me! I understand you have to wear them when you work but not when I Just sat down trying to tell you what I want. Customer service sucks here! I will never come back!

I’m usually a house guest and see anybody because they’re all great! The techs are personable and experienced! Over the time I’ve been here I loved meeting Kiki who does a wonderful no chip manicure and Gina who is amazing at pedicures! Try their deluxe pedicure they have different scents and they’re soooo relaxing!!
