They do a great job with nails. But that’s all they provide. The customer service is so POOR. They are not personable AT ALL. They don’t try to talk to you, ask you how your day went, none of that. They don’t make you feel welcome either. They talk to each other the whole time. When you ask a question or say something, they start talking to each other which makes it obvious that they are talking about you. They also don’t do designs. I asked if she had any pictures of designs she has done and she immediately said no before I could even finish my sentence. I don’t feel comfortable or welcome when I come here. I only come for basic fill ins and pedicures

Pedicures always last. Its hard to mess those up. But I forgot to check the length of my toenails. She didnt clip my nails on my right foot at all. I didnt notice until after she polished them. The nails on my left foot are shorter. I got a regular manicure and the polish didnt last 4 days. It peeled on my shortest nails first and they never touch anything.

Not relaxing at all, super rushed, rough and not even a hand/arm massage. I have never felt so rushed through a manicure in my life. Literally took like 20 min. Nails turned out ok when painted but werent filed evenly either.

I like the no chip there. They are very fast and usually it’s not crowded. The only thing I don’t like is that they didn’t give me a massage on my hands at the end. That’s why I’m giving them 4 stars

The staff were walking around and talking loudly without masks on throughout my appointment. The person who was doing my nails wore her mask the entire duration of the service, and did a good job on my no chip manicure and pedicure, however I will not be going back due to the rest of the staff not wearing masks and the facility being unclean.

I have visited this salon numerous times out of sheer convenience. However, I do not recommend. I had poor service today: my nail tech burned my nail beds while trying to take off my no chip polish, my manicure was rushed (at best), and she did not buff my nails upon finishing. Cherry on top: before finishing, she said can you pay me now? which I confirmed the fact that she was rushing/ trying to get out the door. My pedicure was mediocre seeing that my tech failed to remove the previous polish in its entirety, barely cut my toe nails down (after asking for a complete cutdown) and half-heartedly scrubbed my feet. Needless to say, convenience should not precede quality service. 2/10 would NOT recommend.

Pedicure was okay, but no chip was horrible. After three coats of polish (one too many!) my nails are bumby and different shapes as well as spots are see through.

I asked for straight square nails, which I thought would be simple. The technician used tips without measuring to see if theyd fit, resulting in oversized nails. She didnt file them to fit my fingers so I had to go home and correct her mistakes. Fourth picture was after I filed myself. Theres also noticeable chipping on the side, which usually results in quick breaks. She was very careless with my manicure. Wont be returning.

Took me despite it being near close on a Saturday and still took their time to do an amazing job on my dip manicure and pedicure. This is my new go-to spot.

They were extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL towards customers. I will never go there again.

Ive only been here once so far but definitely going again. The service was great and everyone is so nice and friendly but best of all, the quality of work is outstanding. Ive been to many nail salons and this is one of the best out there. My pedicure lasted me for 4 weeks and still looked decent by the end of the month despite of all the gardening and walking barefoot Ive been doing. Quality polish and quality results at an affordable price and quick enough to get it done during lunch break!

Would give zero stars if I could due to declining service and rudeness. I have been going here for about a year with my husband. Service was just okay lately. I suppose clean, efficient, and consistent nail salons seem to be difficult to come by. On our last visit the nail tech argued with me about what shape I wanted my nails. I am sorry but I do not pay you to argue with me. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Amy (or her sister Helen) are my faves. The salon is clean and pleasant. I never have much of a wait but I always call ahead. My no chip manicure never chips. I just love Allure

They were fast and my nails look great. Only complaint is no cuticle oil or massage after but could be because I told them I had to leave quickly

Allure gave me my best gel manicure yet. They gave me recommendations on how I should continue to treat my nails, spent a lot of time on each finger and wouldnt let me leave until it was perfect. I stumbled upon Allure and Im glad I did. Ill definitely be going back

Went into the salon to get a fill in. The normal young lady wasnt there but I proceeded to pick a color. I didnt see a color in the back so I went to the front where there are a few more colors. I asked if the young lady who does my nails, was in the back and an older man and woman told me no she was gone for the day. I decided not to get my nails done because the young lady wasnt there. I left and the older woman walked outside behind me and accused me of stealing nail polish. I told her several times I didnt take anything and she persistently kept saying that I did until I emptied out my pockets to show her. This shop is very unprofessional, pricey, with a small selection of colors! I would not recommend this place.

Bad service. Horrible. I was greeted politely but after that everything was down hill. The man who did my nails didnt even bother to make sure he cut the nails the same length. I thought well maybe when he files them they will be. He didnt even pay attention he filed away at my nails. Then he started applying the acrylics which was so uneven. I thought he wont leave them like this. Wrong again he then painted my nails haphazardly as well. The 3 other people in the salon where given flawless jobs and their nails were repeatedly put under the UV light while mine where put in front of a fan. Even though I asked for a no chip. And then he just got up and said thank you. Didnt tell me how long I should sit there or when they would be dry. As I walked outside I noticed two of my nails were already chipped. Terrible service. So I recommend if you like to gamble and have good luck. Maybe someone who actually knows how to do your nails will do yours. Worst $30 of my life.

The only place Ill go for my nails anymore! Great service, always friendly! I have been going here every two weeks for the last year for my no-chip and pedicure and have never once had a complaint!

They do a great job with pedicures, no chips, and gel nails.

The nails break very easily; broke the very next day, very rough, and the nails were slanted on my fingers. however, the design was great.

Terrible service. Was charged $38 for an acrylic fill in when the sign says $20. I asked why I was being charged $38 and was told I shouldve asked the price in the beginning!! What?!!!?! Then I was told I have a lot of other nail salons I can go to and ask the price there... I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE! TAKE MY ADVICE AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT

Pricey but they get the job done well... worth every penny

I asked for the nail tech to make my nail match shape and size (because I’m very picky w my nails ) . he try to tell me he can’t cause i need a fill in .... which wasn’t true because i just got a fill in from another shop, only days ago (he just wanted to keep adding extra to my bill that i didn’t need ) . I came in to repair one acrylic nail on my toe and he argues w me, how he can’t make them match . I wonder why did they match when he finally listen to me and cut it shorter and squar it out like i asked in The 1st place ! Then he continued his services as if he’s aggravated . This place is to pricey for the mediocra services . My nail shop in the “hood” is way better ! Everyone else seemed satisfied but my experience wasn’t the best here today....I’m back a hour later .... I️ came here with 3 friends .... one was here b4 me and my other friend arrived . And she’s stikk getting her nails done . It’s been a hour and a half . For a freaking full set!!! I’ve never seen this in my life .Literally a hour and 25 mins after my friend and i mani and pedi nail set was finished .

Popped in for a pedicure and decided not to bother with the mani. Used a microplane cheese grater on feet and asked them to stop because it felt so rough. One week later and I came to my preferred place to have the polish redone bc it was so spotty and cuticles still looked so bad.

My sisters and my nails broke days after getting them done here. Came back to fix them, and they broke again. Guys are kinda rude and didnt care when I told them.. Will not go back.
