Shayla @inspiredshayla is an amazing artist! I can come to her with a couple images and adjectives and she always brings it to life! Both her parents are great nail techs as well, but if you want art ask for Shayla. The whole family is fun and kind and the place has a clean good atmosphere. I’ve been going here for years and still make the trip after moving to a new neighborhood. I love Shayla and Asian nails WP!

Okay…ignore how grown out the nails are in the picture below, but they are over a month old at this point and that still look pretty dang amazing. Shayla was phenomenal. She was so quick, captured my vision perfectly, and is so sweet! Definitely a great value and quality. Would recommend to everyone if I could!!!!

The best thing I did when I moved to Chicago was stumbling into Asia nails and working with Shayla. I’ve now been seeing her for years. She’s always been so open minded to my ideas and collaborative with me. I trust her advice and I know she has my best interests in mind. She takes her time with shaping my nails, always gentle, and put a lot of care into her final product. If you value your time, DO NOT COME HERE.— I had been going to this salon regularly, at least twice a month so I can say I considered myself a client. This was the second time that they had me waiting for a longer period of time than usual. Regardless of you having an appointment you always always have to wait at least 10 minutes before they start. These people do not understand what an appointment means. The first time I had to wait for an extended period I did it for 30 minutes and this time they had me waiting for 45 minutes!!!! You’re supposed to go to a nail salon for it to be a relaxing time, not for you to sit and stress out waiting for 45 minutes like your time means nothing. The first time this happened I asked the manager to please give me a call or heads up if my appointment was delayed and I did the same today when scheduling this appointment but of course they didn’t do so and when I showed up today on time he apologized and said it would take 15 to 20 minutes for the other person to be done but I guess they also don’t know how to measure time? - 45 min passed and I had to leave without anything done. - Also really POOR costumer service skills, I called them out when leaving, and I actually think I did it too nicely, and they wouldn’t even do anything to retain a client. All The nail tech said was “sorry I’m busy” with a dismissive tone. Hope this is helpful!!!

I have been going to Shayla for about a year now and it’s definitely the highlight of each month (or so) where she genuinely takes her time with absolutely transforming my nails! I come for a gel-x set (ask about it!! It’s SO much better than acrylics, in my opinion), with occasional design as extra $$, and I have NEVER left disappointed. Even if I ask for a little change in design last minute, Shayla does everything she can to make me happy, since she truly cares about her clients and about all clients who come to Asia Nails. This salon is a true gem! If you’re ever confused about pricing, just ask the front desk! They’ll be more than happy to explain how much everything costs and what will be charged as extra. Everything is extremely reasonable!

The best thing I ever did was find this nail salon! Not only is it a family business, but they treat all of their customers like family ❤️ I’ve never had a bad manicure or pedicure from here and recommend it to all of my friends! Prices are great and they can do anything from a simple mani to amazing nail art - and everything in between. Run don’t walk to this place!

Asia Nails basically changed my life! I have never gotten so many compliments on my nails. Every time I go see Shayla, I am blown away. Not only do we have great chats, but her manicures are flawless and her ability to create such incredible nail art design is like no other.

I went in to make my appointment & I showed the gentleman pictures of exactly what I wanted on toes & nails to make sure they could do it which was a pink and yellow ombré on both. I told him I wanted gel x or dip which ever way it could be done but no acrylic and no chip on toes just a polish change. Just incase someone could not understand what I was saying I had the notes on my phone typed out attached to the pics. He told me no problem they could do it and I made my appointment for 10am the next day. When I arrived for appointment and I showed the lady doing my nails what I wanted she looked kind of confused but said ok. She began with acrylic which I should of stopped her it’s my own fault I did not. She did not push my cuticles back. After applying tips I questioned her twice if my cuticles were going to be done and she told me yes for extra charge. I said ok do it. She proceeded to do my full set once finished came back to cuticles which makes them look already grown out. When it came time to paint my nails nothing about it looked like the pics as I requested. They were unable to do ombré so I told her just do a French manicure with the two colors. They did look nice if only I wanted acrylic and if only they didn’t look already grown out. Then she told me her next appointment is here and I would have to wait or come back. What are u serious I was your first appointment of the day. She tried telling me I came in for polish on nails and feet and not a full set so basically I put her behind. I showed her my pics and the notes I came in with when I made my appointment I most certainly said full set and toe polish change. I even showed her how I said no acrylic. So I had to wait another 30 mins to get my polish changed. At this point someone else came over asking if I made my appointment online. I explained to him No I made it in person. They made me feel they didn’t want to finish my service. It’s not my fault someone screwed up and it was not me!!!! Two and a half hours later I left. Not happy I could not get what I asked for after being told they could do it. I left two stars because my toes look good. The only time the lady spoke to me was to tell me I didn’t book my appointment correctly. They need better communication between staff in this salon. I never felt so unwelcome overall it was a bad experience.

Came here out of the blue and had a great experience. I was seated right away for a no chip manicure which was great since I was a walk-in. The nail artist doing my nails was friendly and personable and I had a great chat with her while she did my nails. It seemed to be pretty busy when I came in but my nails didnt take that long. I loved how she asked me if I wanted an extra coat at the end instead of leaving it too thin like Ive experienced in the past. My nails were shaped well and the polish applied expertly. Its been about a week and my nails have grown out a lot but it still looks great.It was also cheaper than my usual nail place and I love that they have a check in deal so Ill definitely be coming in again!

I’ve went to different nail shops and for the same things I would’ve been charged $75 but I was overcharged $90. It was for mani and pedi. Nails weren’t all that extravagant.they weren’t long but medium sized.My sister went and they overcharged her as well.We told them that and came up with “oh we don’t do those designs” so we charged it; it was a simple one.Our friend also went said they overcharged her for no acrylic nails just paint and pedi.

Love Asia Nails! Family owned business, great people. English isn’t their 1st language, but they try very hard to communicate with clients very well. Two weeks ago i one of the best no chip gel manis i’ve ever had. Katy did it and she was kind and extremely careful. but what is this? thick and blobby coats that went way out of the nail line. the gentleman who works with tips and gel fills seemed rushed and slapdash with his work.

Tina always does my nails so pretty and perfect. They are all very nice, cordial, and professional. Every nail artist in the shop is efficient and timely. Ive been going there about 6 yrs now and I dont have any complaints.

No wonder there is no wait time- the place looks like it’s never been cleaned. The guy that did my nails tried to half as* it completely but I complained and demanded that he did what I’m paying him to do. He was visually upset and couldn’t wait to be done with me. He asked if I liked my nails- told him that in fact no I did not. I should’ve listened to my instincts and leave the second I saw this guys dirty nails but I was stupid and pressed on time. Oh well $45 down the drain.

The absolute best nail salon in the Triangle. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Not only are they true professionals, they make sure each customer leaves feeling special. If youre ever in the Wake Forest area, go check them out. I promise youll be satisfied!!!

This place is hit or miss, it depends on the technician you get. Never had a problem with a woman technician. If they rush through it, that usually means my nails will not last long. But I have gotten acrylic and gel here that have lasted well over three weeks without chips! (When they dont rush the process).Also a bit annoying are that the sample nail colors dont match the bottle. I have brought this to their attention and they admit that the sample nail swatches are old. That is misleading if the main purpose of going to a nail salon is to get a specific color.....

Great color selection. You can tell that they care about presentation. The colors are label beautifully, clean, and clear! They have a very good amount of colors to select from and sometimes I’m very overwhelmed! But I enjoy my experience every time. I won’t go anywhere else. My loyalty will forever be with them!!!!!!!!! Plus if you want a color that they do not carry. Mention it, and they will literally go out of your way to get it!! They will go out of their way for the clients.

After reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. It is so hard to find a good nail salon. Their attention to detail was off the charts. They were courteous, skilled, and friendly. After reading reviews for nail salons in the area, I decided to try Asia Nails. This is now my regular salon. My first time in, I got a gel manicure with Katie. It was perfect and never chipped. Katie is excellent - Shes friendly and has great attention to detail. Other regulars came in and seemed to have very pleasant interactions/conversations while getting services done. I went back a few weeks later and got my first dip manicure (again with Katie). Once again, perfect manicure. I recommend this salon!

After looking around for a while for a decent salon that offers pedicures for a reasonable price, I finally found Asia Nails and I was very pleased with the service. I had to push back my appointment but the staff was very flexible and willing to fit me in that same day. I had a basic pedicure, which included a massage with hot stones and a hot towel wrap. Everything is priced fairly and the service is great! I will be coming back!

I have gone to this salon so much the last 6 months. Im never disappointed! I always love my nails so much if its a simple 1 tone color or a hand painted design! My favorite salon by far and will always recommend. The atmosphere there is amazing, you get someone who jokes and talks with customers and good music. The salon is just such a great place. 😍😍

Friday early evening and my regular salon was booked so I found this place on my way home and decided to give them a call before I went because again its Friday and in a popular neighborhood. Told the lady Iwould be there in ten minutes and asked if they would be able to accommodate me for a full set. Was told yes so I walked over. Almost 40 minutes later they started.

Younger man painted my nails sloppy/clipped uneven and the woman (Tina) had to re paint my feet over/ reshape toe nails.I will go back to this nail spot. However, I will only have the women or the older gentleman take care of me. THE YOUNGER MAN HERE DOESNT PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND GIVES HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! On another note: Katie did a great job on my eyebrows.Bottom line they solved the issue and I will not turn my head because of one lazy worker.

I always get gel manicures here and they always last a little over two weeks and don’t chip at all. All the nail techs are great and do nail shapings well and they have a large selection of colors to choose from.

He staff is so friendly and it is one of the cleanest salons I have ever been in. They also have GREAT prices. Last time I went they had a basic manicure and spa pedicure package for around $40. You cant beat that!

I’ve been going here for about three years. My nails are naturally long and they take good care of them. Steven, Shayla and Tina are my fav techs there. This is also an appointment salon meaning you almost have to have an appointment if you want to get in after 3 pm because they are central with the CTA traffic.

The same lady does my eyebrows and I am pleased every time. The staff knows that when I walk in Im getting my eyebrows done. Great service

The older gentleman there really needs to work on his people skills :( The younger girl there who did my pedicure was okay though. No-chip Mani/Pedi was decent at best for $80.

Bad experience. I gotten acrylics and they charged SO much for necessary add-ons. $7 extra to file/shape my nail into coffin? really? The staff (esp the older gentlemen) was rude, and they were very sloppy with all the work. Not to mention the wait and how dirty the place is...dont go here and waste your money.

Nice place but dont go an hour before closing because they will not provide service...being a working mother of 3 you try your best to get out and pamper yourself when u can get an inkling of time and to finally get out to get to them in what I considered enough time I was turned away...little things matter to mothers like getting your nails done and to get turned away so fast with no blink of a eye and after coming here for so long it just really hurt...asked for a no chip and pedi she said no.. im like lol oh wow well can I get either a pedi or a no chip she said no...iwalked past one of the owners on my way in and i said hello and everything he didnt stop me before going in but when I got in his wife turned me around...it just hurt...for the past 6 years Ive loved this place I didnt even mind the owner nonchalant -meanlike attitude because I knew or thought inside he probably had a really kind heart, i loved their daughter and the wife before today was I considered pleasantly nice but after today they dont have to worry about my service...

I asked and paid for pink gel nails, and received something else because my nails turned yellow. Pink gel never turns your nails yellow.I also had the worst pedicure, they told me I need to go home and put lotion on. But what they did, they made my skin super rough, with skin sticking up. I never had this happen before. They really tried fixing it but they couldnt. I am not sure how difficult this is, but they said I do not have any skin there (it is like baby skin) and I just need lotion.I asked the owner to return my money for the pedicure because I had to get it redone elsewhere, she just refused. And this was before I learned that they scammed me on gel nails, and now I have to wait months until my yellow nails grow out, or get a complete full set done.The owner is very unprofessional in that way, knows nothing about customer service and has her daughter (which looks like child labor) do your pedicure.
