I really like Smiley Nail. Ive been here several times over the years and Ive always gotten the pedicure or spa pedicure. My experiences have always been very clean, I felt safe, and the staff have always been friendly.When they set you up at the nail dryer, they will give you a quick shoulder and back massage for a few minutes -- that is always a nice touch! (No pun intended.)They also have a punch card to earn points towards a free manicure or pedicure, AND you can come in and get a free manicure or pedicure on your birthday!

Staff was not friendly at all. The services were just okay. I would never recommend or return to this salon again. For over $100 spent, any simple hello or thank you for coming would have been appreciated.

A great place to relax whether your in their special spa chairs getting a pedi or getting a mani. Tons of polish to chose from.. A super gem of a place to go to relax.Still my go to nail salon!Crystal,Mark and many others give great manicures! All staff are friendly. Walk ins are welcome if you just stop in. Love the massaging chairs while you get a pedicure. Covid safe masks worn by all! Dividers at manicure stations. Gift certificates available.The owners are present and remember your name. Loyalty points earned towards free mani/pedi.

Many of the nail techs here do a very thorough job with no-chip. Reinforce the tips that help it withstand 2 weeks+ in Covid rhey are following protocol. Feels safe. Nice selection of colors.

I love Smileys! The staff is always friendly and will try to accommodate you even if you forgot to make an appointment. I havent had a bad experience yet with anyone. My nails are always perfect!

Never again! I was treated so rudely at this place my very first time there. You always hear about the girls speaking their own language and feeling like they are talking about you...and this is exactly what happened. My girl and another said something in their language, both looked directly at me and started snickering. I let it go. The water was scalding hot, she scrubbed my feet so hard they were really red and two areas were bleeding. It felt as she was angry with me. I was the only one that did not receive a shoulder rub as my girl completely disappeared after she put me under the dryer. It was the most unpleasant, awful, and humiliating pedicure experience I have ever had. I will never come here again and you need to train these young girls some respect and treat everyone the same no matter their looks or age.

Love this nail salon. It is my absolute favorite, as they are extremely clean, friendly, and always have the newest nail colors and polishes (including Essie). Not mention, you get a complimentary neck and shoulder massage with any service. Best nail salon in the area!

I walked in after work one day and was turned away because I didn’t have an apt (understandable during covid times) So I made an appointment for a full set and a pedicure. I waited a 4 days and came in for my appointment 6/2 at 4:30pm. When I arrived I was asked to wait although I was early. While waiting they asked what my name was and what I wanted. I told them a full set and a pedicure and a worker replied “we don’t do full sets” (what??) I brushed it off bc I was excited to have my pedicure done anyway so I said it was fine. I picked my color and continued waiting. Another person comes in with a guest and is called before me so I left. I thought I would try a new place bc this one is closer to my work! I’ll go to the distance as usual!

I used to live down the street from this place, and would walk in about every 6 weeks for a pedicure. Sometimes there would be a short wait, but thats my fault for not making an appointment. I LOVED this place and I miss it very much, now that I dont live nearby anymore.

I have been here several times over the last few months for manicures and pedicures and always have a wonderful experience. A previous salon over-filed my nails when removing my no chip polish. Julie is so gentle with my nails and theyre getting stronger. I highly recommend this salon, I will no longer be going anywhere else!

Stopped in for the first time yesterday for a no chip manicure. They were fantastic. Super clean and a job very well done. They arent overly friendly or talkative, but they werent unfriendly. Just bring your headphones or something if you are used to chatting. :) The prices are very good. Check out their website for weekly specials. And bring cash for tips - they discouraged tipping on the card.

This place is lovely. Very organized and clean. The people are very nice and kind too. Usually when I go into a nail salon there is a very strong odor that gives me headaches but, this place has a very nice and delicate aroma. The only thing that is kind of annoying here, is that I couldnt really understand what the workers were saying.

I have been in that place just once. The girl did an excellent job, with my manicure and pedicure. The place is clean and very relaxing. There is no problem getting parking. The girls could be a little more friendly though, but overall I would recommend this place and for sure Im going back!

The services I received on 6.4.19 were terrible. The technician cut into my cuticle. No apologies were given. Now 10 days later I am headed to my doctor because of an infection.Update:I attempted to reach out to the manager to inform her of what happened but I have gotten no response back. I needed a 5 day course of antibiotic because of the infected cut.

I LOVE Smiley nails! I pass 3 other nail salons in Park Ridge on my way to Smiley. They consistently do an amazing job on my manicures and pedicures and are incredibly friendly!

Nadia was so rough with me as if she was mad or something she did a good job with my nails but not only did she over charge me for a mani pedi but she was not friendly at allshe seemed mad and upset when i told her i dint want her to file my nails it was so frustrating my first and my last never again talk about people who shoud not be in customer service

Ive been to Smiley Nail atleast 8-9 times because its around the corner and my first several experiences were great. I went three times in a row the last 2 months, each time hoping for a better experience, and left disappointed each time. Today, I went in for a pedi. Before we started, I kindly pointed to my heels and said Id like the bottom of my feet scrubbed. I told her that I was there two weeks prior and that they spent very little time scrubbing my feet/heels. My heels were the same when I left the last time, and I didnt say anything and just planned on saying something if it ever happened again.She barely scrubbed my feet today, again . Afterward, I said something and showed her how bad my heels still were. She didnt understand, so she waved over another lady who told her she needed to take care of my heels. Finally, she did and my heels are now much better. It was too much of a hassle and very expensive, $35 including tip, so I dont think I will be returning.

People are courteous and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend Smileys. Very clean.

Newly remodeled. Friendly management. Brand new massage chairs. I have been coming here since it opened (and live in Naperville now).

I have been to Smiley many times, but today was a disaster. Anna asked if I wanted my nails cut. Since they were long I said yes. Even after I said shex as cutting her hem too short, She continued to cut them so short that my finger tips are tender. They will grow, but the experience was much less enjoyable than I think a manicure should be.

I visited 1 hour before they close . Employe gave me manicure and pedicure. Actually it was very good. Since visitation 45 days my nails have been still beautiful nail polish on only grown. Good thing is my nails havent break it off while im doing my daily activities including work. My nails actually very breakable and thin. Ask them about shlock...not sure
