They told me it would take a day for them to run a diagnostic on my laptop. It’s been 2 weeks, no one answers the phones, and the store is closed during business hours. I just want my laptop back…Update: I did get my laptop back. They were out of state for personal family reasons. They called me immediately and apologized profusely.

Dropped of computer for a simple hinge replacement- they wiped out all of our files. We brought it back for them to reinstall them- this was never completed.Called several times- no response. Stopped by many times - always closed. It took 3 months to get the computer back- minus the files they were never supposed to delete.

Took in an Ipad for a screen repair on a Friday. Sat with the gentleman who took the Ipad and showed that while the screen was cracked, everything functioned as expected (including fingerprint/home button), was promised the iPad would be ready Saturday evening. Came by Saturday evening, they had not started the repair (and the gentleman, Tony, behind the counter was absolutely rude to my wife and two young children). Came by Monday afternoon, the iPad still wasnt done being repaired. Got a call Monday evening that the iPad was ready for pickup. When we retrieved the Ipad, upon inspection we my wife noticed the Home button no longer worked with a fingerprint scan. Upon questioning, Tony was again extremely rude in indicating the fingerprint scan (home button) never worked, they had to replace and it still doesnt work.I cant recommend enough to stay away. Theyre rude and not priced any where close to attractively enough for the service they provide. If you want your tablet late, expensive, and in a worse condition than it was when you brought it in. Go for it. Otherwise, go ANYWHERE else.

I brought my laptop here 2.5 weeks ago for data recovery from water damage. First off, the man in the store wasnt wearing a mask, so I should have left immediately, which I regret not doing. I explained the problem and he seemed to understand and I went on my way. After 2 weeks, I called to check in on it since Id heard nothing. Their voicemail message is generic and doesnt say what business the phone number is for, which weirded me out, but I left a voicemail. I also emailed, but the email bounced. I did get a call back, but I was busy, and they didnt leave a voicemail. Ive called twice since then, left another voicemail, and emailed again, and nothing. Dont go here.

Fixed my dead MacBook Pro in two hours / same evening. Stayed open late to get it back to me. Very accommodating and got the job done where other options needed to order in parts taking 10-14 days.

These guys are great!! If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The display on my screen functioned but wasnt visible; I just needed the data off my phone so I could send it in but there was no way to operate it with a non-functional screen. The pluses: they were able to resolve my issue in a way that didnt cause me warranty issues; they stayed longer to finish it since I was going out of town; fast service; quality workmanship and organization of my data; friendly staff. VERY service oriented. The minuses: gave me a price and asked if I wanted my data back on a flash drive, I said yes. End of story and the implication was that was part of the price. I return 2 hours later to pick it up and he asks if I brought a flash drive or hed sell me one; I had one back at home, had this been mentioned I would have brought it. Second thing, I go to pay and they want to charge a 10% fee to use a credit card for a repair that was almost $100 - unheard of. No mention of cash only, no signs in the store, no terms on the work order receipt. Of course they conveniently have an ATM in the corner with a fee on it. This felt shady to me - so bring your cash. Lastly - the hours on their website are NOT what they work, so beware. All in all I would use them again for sure with the watch-outs I mentioned above.

Family referred this place to me. I gave a call and got an immediate answer. I walked in same day and had quick and friendly service. I would come back assuming my screen doesnt break again!

I am writing this review because they are not open at hours they have set up to be open for online. Understandable if you aren’t open at times but when customers make a trip to come in and are thwarted by a locked door and no sign explaining why, it leaves me skeptical towards my choice of technology repair shops. That being said, again sometimes you can’t help these things, but upon further reviewing of Zyvatech, I have found that this store not opening per usual hours is a common issue, one that leaves most customers waiting outside or wondering when they will get there product back. This also describes myself currently.

Walked in with a broken LCD screen, walked out with a non-original LCD screen installed, broken ear speaker and sensor, and the side volume/silent button not working. Yes, they fixed the original problem, but in the process also created 3 more problems. $160 dollars just to recover my data but in the end I had to buy a new phone. Bottom line: no matter what, GO TO THE OFFICIAL STORE.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR UPS PICKUP. Never opens on time, never opened at all on Monday (which they are suppose to be 10-7), on and off the phone with UPS all day and they had no answers besides waiting for them to open. I AM WARNING YOU TO NOT USE THEM AS A UPS ACCESS POINT, THEY ARE THE WORST WITH FOLLOWING THEIR STORE HOURS AND KEEPING COMMUNICATION.

Best price in town, and great customer service! Mo took great care of us, solving the issues my friend and I had with our phones and replaced my screen in an hour and a half. I also purchased a case to protect my new screen for only $15! As apposed to paying $50 at most other stores. I will definitely go back, and recommend going here for fast, friendly and reliable service!

Terrible customer service. They took my computer for over two weeks then stopped picking up my calls. I had to go to the store and demand my computer back. I would recommend you take your electronics to the closest competitor--this is a truly sketchy place.

Called to see if they had any iPhone 6S or better for a trade in with the new carrier. They told me they had a 6s and 7. I get there and they tell me they can have the phones into the store within 24 hours. The deal I was after expires today so a complete waste of my time. Hi Matt I also brought in an ipad mini 3 which they initially wanted $200 to fix. I told them I would pass because I can get a brand new black friday deal on the latest ipad for $250 at Target. They then came back with an offer of $125.Don’t waste your time.

Place seems to be scamy, their responses change every time. I asked if the data recovery was done, they said no, I said to stop since it didnt matter to me anymore. When I come in, they say that they didnt say they werent done and they actually said there was not data left.Cannot repair an issue adequately. I brought a computer, they blamed the hard drive and wanted to change it. I brought my other hard drive, they put it in. The computer started 2 times and died again with the same issue. When called in and asked them about the issue, they said they gave me a working computer. Im not an IT guy, but a computer that starts only twice and has the same issue again is not a working computer.Im glad that their computer guy has a second main job and meetings, but its disrespectful to the customers to ask them to come back the next day for a simple job to be done.

*highly recommend*I had an extremely broken screen on my iphone 6 and for whatever reason was accepting that I needed to get a new phone. My best friend directed me here for $50 &15 minutes to have a new screen put on without even having an appointment. They were extremely nice with great customer service. They also put on a tempered glass cover for just another $10. Definitely recommend and Ill be back for all other future needs.

Zyvatech became my place to go for all of my electronic needs for the past year. Owner and technician is knowledgeable and very pleasant. Minor issues were resolved quickly and fairly. Came to fix a Mac book. Said they could repair hardware (touchpad issue) and software when we got the work order. When we pick up the laptop they denied fixing the software. Still charged the full price. When asked about this they insisted on not fixing the software issue unless we pay more. Pretty unprofessional. Also lied about what they said (asked us to come on Friday to pick up. We showed up and the store is closed. When asked about this ‘Moo’ said he told us to come after 2:30 which he didn’t.).

Stopped by here to see about fixing a cracked screen of an older model phone. Besides being an affable man, the owner repaired my phone in half an hour flat for a reassuringly reasonable price.

Went to the store in Orlando with issue of Samsung Note 4 turning itself off. They replaced battery and cleaned connections then ran tests to make sure all was OK before I left, very reasonable cost and very pleasant efficient service. Would recommend.

This business agreed to replace the display on my iPhone 8. They offered a 30 day warranty and lowered the price of the repair if I paid cash. I asked for a receipt and was told the warranty would go through the computer system as it is tracked. Prior to the 30 day warranty, I called and notified the tech and manager to replace the screen (as this has happened before and other businesses stated somethings they get bad screens and replaced the screen at no cost) because the touch screen was unresponsive, although all of the other functions of the phone were working properly. They both refused and accused me of causing damage. Very unprofessional, their part was faulty, and they refuse to fix the screen at cost.

Rip off! Please dont go here. I dont review often unless I have been seriously cheated. I went here for a simple battery replacement. I should have listened to my gut and snatched my phone back before they could even touch it. (The price is way too good to be true and they didnt ask for any contact information when i dropped it off.) Anyhow, six months later (yesterday to be precise) my phone battery was burning up. I took it to a new (and trustworthy) place to take a look. Turns out they sold me a used battery. Please look elsewhere to repair your phone/computer.

I have been required to smile to pick up my package here. And thats after he spends 10 minutes rooting around for it, usually on the phone with someone else at the same time. On another occasion, he held my package in front of me and threatened to return it to UPS, why? Because I had called him out from the back room he was hiding in to come to the counter and, you know, do his job. Unprofessional, sexist, ridiculous place.

Unfortunately, I have to put my review back up because this company refused to adhere to our agreement. I walked into their store to pick up a UPS package. They had just given two packages to two white women. When I approached for my package they accused me of trying to steal my package. They called the cops on me. I gave an honest and bad review and they retaliated by reviewing my business negatively. (they also give fake negative reviews to their competition across the street, erepair) After negotiations with the UPS supervisor, we agreed to remove both of our reviews and go our separate ways. It looks like they never removed their review, so mine is going back up. Do not trust Zyvatech. Do not trust Alex Johnston. They are racists and scammers.

RIP OFF AND SCAMMERS!! Their replacement products are very cheap and flimsy and wont last. Seen their high ratings so I decided to give them a try the price was low so I thought I had a steal. My phone had a crack and was peeling because the glue was no longer keeping the screen attached. My phone work great till the next morning the whole LCD had started to fade and the top of my phone was burning up. I live four hours away from Chicago. I went back in less then a week, the older man was rude and started to accuse me of dropping my phone over night and said no place gives warranty not even the Apple Store which is a LIE! My boyfriend had walked in and heard how rude and loud he was getting with me and then he threatened to call the police on us. He said he has been in this business for 10 years plus and he knows what he is talking about. After all that I started to receive prank calls that were very disturbing and disgusting in which I have never received prank calls until then.

I went in with a Groupon and after they finished fixing my phone screen, charged me more. Immediately afterwards the touch ID stopped working, and they said that was another issue, even though it was fine when I took it in. My phone had constant issues, and the screen stopped working entirely a week after I got it fixed here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! went there to repair a cracked screen, the guy assured me it would be an easy fix and that it will be ready in two hours. FIVE HOURS LATER I return and the phone still isnt fixed and the battery is over heating and he is still attempting to put in the screen that he ordered (that was actually the wrong part, I find out after taking it to a different store) after waiting in the store for an hour, the guy tells me that he is not sure if the phone is broken or not. Finally, he hands me the phone with half the screen elevated and out of the original part of the phone, it is overheating and the buttons arent working. The next day I bring it back for him to fix it, he assures me he just needs to glue it and then everything will be perfect. After taking it in a second time and waiting for him to fix it (which he doesnt) THE SCREEN FALLS OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY. they refuse to give me any sort of refund after completely ruining my phone. If youre looking to be scammed, waste money, and for someone to break your phone completely, zyvatech is for you!

The are professional scam artists. I took my phone in to fix a cracked screen and had them order the part to fix it. They ordered a fake part made in India and glued the LCD into place and simply did not fix my phone. They ruined by battery by connecting wires incorrectly and he admitted he did so. They also broke my notification lighting. 1 day after having the phone repaired the screen came out of the phone. So I went back to the store to ask for a refund and he started laughing in my face and he admitted he messed the phone up they are disgusting people NEVER go here

EDIT: Had my MacBook Pro repaired here 2x and phone x1. Good work at good prices. Most of the time they offer quick service with good communication, but sometimes the opposite is true. However, If there are any issues on their end, they do a splendid job making it up to you. *A few months later my computer was exposed to water, again (2 computer repairs were for water exposure too). having had moved i called some places asking how much they would charge for repairing what these guys repaired as a price gauge on where i should go. About 4 places said that the repair (replacing a fried motherboard) would be too expensive and not worth doing, despite this place charging me ~250 to do it. I called and asked about the work done on my computer after hearing this, and they said they would call back but have not (1 week). I dont know whether they just had used mother board they hooked me up with, or they just dried my computer, it worked after drying and they charged me ~250 (because i ended up opening my computer, drying it, and it works minus the battery). So in the end, just be weary.

Dont buy used phones from them. My mint condition iphone failed in 2 months. I took it to the Apple Store and it had two serial numbers. They WILL sell you a faulty phone and not think twice about it.
