Evergreen Counseling is by far one of the most caring practices Ive heard of. Their secretary returns my phone calls very quickly and I can tell she values getting me the proper care I need. I was matched with a clinician that has helped me more than I could ever say. Even during the pandemic, they are there for me. My first session was before the pandemic, but my treatment moved seamlessly into video. I highly recommend them.

I am a colleague and a former employee at Evergreen Counseling and Psychological Associates and Im very familiar with the clinicians, office staff, and supervision there. This group operates with the highest level of professionalism, thoughtfulness and concern for the clients they see. All of the clinicians and staff are well trained have strong clinical skills, respect and caring for their clients and I have nothing but praise for the compassion and dedication they show every day. They work as a team to accommodate those who are in distress and they go above and beyond to assist individuals in finding proper referrals if they do not have a clinician that is best for a particular patient. This group of clinicians are the real deal and are the best at what they do and I highly recommend them.

Evergreen Counseling has a professional, yet welcoming approach to help make the initial first visit comfortable. The office is pleasant with beautiful flowers and artwork in the waiting room. My family and I have been seeing Michelle for well over a few years. She is kind, compassionate and open hearted which is well needed to build a therapeutic, and trusting relationship. She has a sincere and natural way of making you feel comfortable and safe to share your most difficult life issues. Her down to earth personality helps you feel comfortable and relaxed during your sessions. I cannot thank Michelle enough for how she has helped me through so many difficult situations in my life. I highly recommend Michelle and Evergreen Counseling.

I really cant imagine a mental health professional having a phone system that is so poor - they NEVER get the message. I called twice for an appointment - I was in crisis. No one ever called me back. 4 months later and either they still havent heard my message - or wrote it off.

Evergreen Counseling has been helping me and my daughter improve our relationship in so many ways. The space is comfortable and all the staff there is very welcoming. Weve always felt at ease when discussing some very personal issues. My daughter and I have been able to get thru some really difficult situations thanks to the staff here. We will continue to keep going to Evergreen Counseling and will forever be grateful for their guidance and friendship. I highly recommend this place.

Michele has helped me tremendously with my personal issues. She is very supportive, professional, and compassionate. She pays attention and she has a passion for her profession. She is wonderful and I’m Blessed to know her on a professional level.

Id leave negative stars if I could. I have bad depression and anxiety, and I was really hopeful when I could be seen the same day as inquiring. I was laughed at, mocked, and given no direction other then try anti-depressants. I left more upset then when I entered. Horrible establishment. The best part is the building was locked from the outside, and the floor the office is located on was completely torn apart from construction! So unprofessional!

They seriously need to upgrade their booking system. They are constantly getting appointments mixed up and leaving clients high and dry. I was canceled on 3 times in a row, and then told that I had missed an appointment. When I looked to see what appointment I had missed, it was she who got it wrong. She had scheduled an appointment 2 days after we just saw her. Ive been in the waiting room and witnessed other clients get stood up. Really flakey operation. Not cool for people who need dependable help.

Shocking that a counseling office does not return phone calls. I have written an email on their website, left messages twice and just tried again JUST to give them the benefit of the doubt. NO return call since my first email TWO WEEKS ago.

Make sure they know and have experience with the disorder. Martha Dirkin has no understanding of dementia or how it affects the brain. She told our well cared for, and well loved family member that she is experiencing elder abuse. This disorder is heartbreaking enough without some crackpot, without any authentic credentials, making it worse. Stay away from Evergrren if all the staff is this poorly trained.

I sent an email through the Evergreen website to try to get an appointment and never heard back. A few weeks later, I actually called and spoke with one of the therapists who was covering reception while the usual receptionist was out. She took my name and telephone number. She never asked if I was in crisis. I never received a call. I called and left a message several days later and still no call back. I don’t even know what to say about a mental health organization that is this disorganized. I needed help.

I need a better voice lot a life couch or something somebody that I can relate too because I wasn’t really satisfied of the counselor I had ok first off I’m taking to her she falling asleep on me as I’m taking very unprofessional Martha durkin didn’t reallly give me what I needed so perhaps I will be looking else where

Through counseling I have come to terms in helping me me deal with pain emotional and physical with also the help of hypnosis to helpRelax and help me meditate to help bring down my physical pain and release negative energyThe office and staff are very supportive cheerful atmosphere .
