After an Apple update essentially paralyzed my imac and in spite of a bunch of bad advice from Apple customer service, Lapin recommended and implemented an entirely different upgrade, and my machine now runs beautifully.

Jett and his team are WORLD. CLASS. PERIOD.I brought my iMac in after I was unable to fix it myself. While Jett had my computer, I was continuously updated on the status by text and email. The repair took a little over 2 weeks only because they ran into an issue with a part they had ordered. Because of the delay, they offered to upgrade the part and install the OS to my machine at no additional cost. *MIND BLOWN*Y’all...my computer is so freaking fast now! It’s so nice to have a place that you can trust with your most sensitive electronics.

The team over at Lapin Systems is fantastic!I brought in my Macbook after a major coffee-spill emergency. I was able to get an appointment right away, and the team was able to walk me through the process and make me feel comfortable. The repair only took a couple of days and they were super communicative throughout so that I always knew the status of my device.They were also awesome enough to help me back up my files, which, to someone whos not very tech-savy is a LIFESAVER.

I have to commend the team at Lapin. They provide professional service and are extremely prompt with e-mail responses. I primarily worked with Jeff. Hes clearly a highly qualified technician and his customer service is equally great. Im glad that I havent needed Lapin up to now, as I mostly self-serve for Mac issues, but for hardware issues that are not user-serviceable, Ill definitely use them again.

Skip the trip to Apple and come straight here. Fast turnover and knowledgeable staff. Price is very reasonable compared to Apple. They were able to tell me what was wrong with my lab top and get it back to me the next day. Highly recommend them.

Dont waste time going to an Apple Store when you have Lapin available. Theyre able to answer any question and fix any issue with quick turnaround time. Really pleased with the work they did on my laptops hard drive. They recovered everything! Ill definitely be back with my next problem. Clean and neat facilities with a small and knowledgeable staff.

Took my computer in for a repair...check that, I took it in about ten times (lost track after a while) because it was never fixed properly. It was one problem after the other. Should have typed a review sooner. Now, my keyboard and audio does not work.Now, it is of course 90 days after, but these repairs should last longer. Id still be willing to work with them, if they can find a solution.

Highly recommended place. I came for 2 external hard drives I could not read anymore. They checked them both, and made me pay only for the one that was recoverable, and provided good advice for the other one. Definitely felt I could trust the guys.

I had a couple of Macs that needed some work done and drove into the city from northern Indiana. It was worth the time, effort, money and gas. When I got home and got everything set-up, the work Jett did met and exceeded my expectations! Great customer service as well. Will gladly come bring them more business in the future if the need arises.

Did they repair my computer? Yes. Was it a pleasant and professional experience? No. The let them eat cake attitude of Amanda left a lot to be desired, and a relatively simple fix that should have only taken a day took four. Too many excuses, too much patronizing attitude. And, frankly, too much money--which was their bottom line no matter what the inconvenience to the consumer. I prefer to deal with professionals who dont make excuses and at least pretend to make an effort and act like they appreciated my business. There are too many other authorized Apple dealers to tolerate anything other than a great experience. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I normally dont write reviews but I have to say I was amazed by the excellent service and expertise at Lapin Systems. Due to an unfortunate accident I brought my Macbook in with only about 1 day remaining on the warranty and Lapin didnt hesitate to assure me they would try their best to bill everything before Apple stopped the clock. And they followed through immediately, even though two repairs were needed. Now my Macbook is running like new and I didnt have to pay out-of-pocket at all. Thanks Lapin for all your help!

They were able to perform a miracle and bring my 2009 MacBook Pro back to life after I brought it to the Apple store and they couldn’t figure out how to help me. Quick, easy and affordable service. Couldn’t be more thankful!

Turnaround time was quick and they did a good job. My monitor had some water damage, and they were very honest and helpful on how I could deal with it.

Clear communication, great service - hard to beat. Got the problem with my MacBook Air (vintage according to apple standard) fixed within one day (screen needed to be replaced), after having wasted quite some time with the mac store close by. The only good hint they gave me at the Mac store was to give Lapin Systems a try. Next time I will go there straightaway.

Never post reviews; I had to make an exception for Lapin. When others (BestBuy, MicroCenter, Apple) refused to simply install RAM in a 18 Mac Mini, Lapin did not - and they treated me with respect. Would absolutely recommend these guys for anything Apple because they are hands down the best guys to trust with your products, and they most certainly will make you feel welcome.

A very polite and courteous young man informed me that he would not be able to repair my laptop as they only repair MACs. This would have been very useful info on their page. Not their fault just the limitations of Google.

Go elsewhere! Diagnostics should be free as it is pretty much everywhere else. They tried charging FIVE times as much as it cost me to get it fixed elsewhere. Total ripoff.
