I stopped in to Games R Us to browse, and was happy to find several games at great prices. The selection of games, especially older games, was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helped us find some cords for our older consoles as well.

I highly recommend coming here. They fixed my phone 5 times. Yes indeed was careless but they get it done in no time. Customer Service is excellent.

I got my Lap Top fixed here screen was cracked 😢. And the older guy was so nice and sweet to me. I will always come here and recommend anyone to come here and get any electronic’s fixed. Prices was reasonable 😂 he made me a happy camper 😝

Not a bad little shop. Reasonable selection of games for different systems. Prices for games were mostly pretty fair with a couple particularly cheap or a bit overpriced. Really wonky hardware prices. Of course theres a hardware shortage right now, but its still weird to see a Switch Lite going for $50 over MSRP and a used base 2DS for $129. At the same time, they had used GBA systems (original & SP models) for $69.99 across the board. I picked up a couple games I thought were good deals, but I dont think Ill go back.

Never been here before but I needed a HDMI port repair on a PS4 Pro, they repaired it in a timely manner..(4 days)Runs like new.. Great job!!! Definitely coming back to do business with them!!

Came in about 2 weeks ago to get a replacement disc drive repair on my xbox one console. Were able to fix it with no problems and since then the console has been working like new. The only thing I would say is if they could be a bit more direct with updates on the repair but other then that would do business with them again with console issues.

Bought a used Nintendo switch and some games for it. I was there for a while while they charged the console to show me it worked perfectly and when they found out that the joycons did not work, they provided me a brand new pair at no additional cost. They were very friendly and helpful through the entire process, and as a resale shop Id recommend them.

I have never been in their store before. And I went in so they could fix my son’s XBox One S. The HDMI port has a chip that was broken on the inside and they were reasonable for the price compared to sending the XBox back to Microsoft. They offered to allow me to do a down payment instead of paying in full when I took them the Xbox and they notified me that the game system would be ready within 3 to 5 days. I got the system back in 3 days and it came with a 30day warranty as long as you have the receipt. I would recommend for fixing game systems.

The neighborhood has always felt a little rough around the edges for me and my first visit there was completely by chance - but when I walked in they were friendly, and relaxed, and had a ton of games (A TON) at prices that were reasonable. Store is really clean and has games for old systems and new, which is a big plus for me. I really dug it. I feel safe when I go there, and I feel welcomed, which isnt always the case at other places.Highly recommend you visit!

It was hours before we needed to “shelter in place” for weeks on end and were desperate for a Nintendo Switch to keep us entertained. Drove out to the suburbs, called about 50-60 Targets, Best Buys, Walmarts, etc., and everybody was sold out. I found Games R Us on Google and gave them a ring — they had one left, and told me they’d hold it for the 45 minute drive we needed to take. We arrived on time (thank goodness) and they had it for us! In the mere five minutes it took to check out, multiple people had called asking about our Nintendo Switch, but it was ours! Victory! Thank you, Games R Us, for saving us from the ultimate quarantined boredom.

I absolutely love them, In the beginning when they first opened we had a misunderstanding that they promptly cleared up. They are always friendly yet professional. I’ve brought games, phones an Apple lab top and Apple Watch and everything works fine still plus many accessories. If I ever had a problem with a product they either fixed or exchanged it with little or no cost. I do recommend them highly. They even fix phone screens.

Although they didn’t have an overly large stock of vintage Sega Genesis games to choose from, they had games that are not always easy to come by and that’s what sets these little shops that sell vintage games apart from others. Small stock of games but a valuable stock for the avid collector. Really enjoyed the experience and the courtesy shown today. Should be like this in all places. Thanks guys, keep up the good work

I had an issue with a broken fan in the PS4, and I took it here to get it replaced. They were respectful and very understanding. They updated me on the repairing process. I was very pleased with the result. They replaced the fan, and fixed other minor issues with the PS4. They did all of this in a reasonable and amazing price. I would recommend these guys if you need your gaming console repaired.

I travelled from the Northside on a whim hoping to get my PS4 fixed (New hard drive/BlueLight of death). I was completely at a loss with my iPhone XS Max. I tried for days to fix the problem to no avail. They do realize they are in prime location for tourists and people ARE going to take pictures regardless of the sign, right? I wasnt particularly impressed with GAMES R US; the thing that caught my eye and made me want to check it out was the big Totoro in the doorway. So cute.

A very nice retro store with a wide selection of products and nice staff. They provided me with games for my ps2 which is nice considering the low number of retro stores now. In addition we had 30 minute conversation while I was going through there stock. They even stated they could help me find a products which they didnt have which is always a plus when looking for very specific classic games.

The store is kinda small but it is packed with games. If youre looking for games in the current and last generation of consoles, you might wanna check this out. The retro game selection is pretty small though. I also felt as if prices for games hadnt been adjusted in awhile. Some games are even way over priced. The cashier seemed open to seeing if prices were actually cheaper though.

Took my ps4 here to see if they could repair it, the problem was that the hdmi was loose or broken and it didnt show image and they were charging me 80 dollars just to fix, couldnt even negotiate a fair price
