I used to love to go to this store. This time I could not have a good rate for it. The staff in store should informed customers when theres special store hours operation for holiday. They closed for the long weekend, for few days. I missed my important puck up, caused me to have emergency shopping for the important event. The staff should ask customers to pay attention to the special store hours, sometimes people might miss the notice posted.

Love this place. Prices are super fair.Brought in a book bag that other shops wouldn’t take to get repaired and these guys got the job done right.

I only wore this dress once as a MOH to a wedding and then the dress was taken to this location to be cleaned. Unfortunately, they ruined the dressed and you can obviously tell they tried to sew the bead work back on! They should be professionals, but I guess they are not! It looks like the beading probably got stuck to their machine and ripped from the dress, that they tried to sew it back on to make it look like the bead work came off by itself. I am pregnant so there was not much action taking place during the wedding to cause the dress to be in such conditions after 1 time wear. They did such a bad job with the sewing that you can tell it did not originally came with the dress. The dress is RUINED and my money was WASTED! BEWARE!!!! AVOID!!!!

First time visiting Xxpress Cleaners was positive! The turnaround time for a dry clean + press for five items was fairly quick. Staff was also pleasant and the store was clean!

This dry cleaning place is great and has reasonable prices! I just recently started going here because and they dry clean my white goose down comforter beautifully. They respect rules of Covid by practicing social distancing and wearing a mask which make me feel good about having my dry cleaning. There is fast and friendly service all the time and it really goes a long way.

It was my first time using their services. I asked for wash and fold and dry cleaning. The price is good compared to other places. I had a positive experience. When I came to pick up my clothes everything was perfect! Plus the aroma of the detergent they use is amazing.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Dry cleaning services was performed on 11 items and the Cleaners lost/stole one of my items and included someone elses blouse with my items. Spoke with the male manager who was very unprofessional and dismissive by continuously denying that I had another item missing even though I was charged for the item. Did not even offer or attempt to look for the item nor offer a refund until I went back the 2nd time hoping that they would have located the item. The cleaning service was refunded but the value of the item was not. I went back a 3rd time to check for the item and once again the same manager was very unprofessional and dismissive denying that I had another item and denying that they would make the mistake even though they had already made the mistake of putting someone elses blouse with my items. NOTE: Prior to this mishap a similar mistake happened with my spouses item in which the same manager was dismissive denying that the Cleaners had the item without even looking for the item. Fortunately the young lady who handled the order actually went to look for the item as it was misplaced in the wrong location. The Cleaners/Manager has an intentional disregard for customers clothing items. One time is a mistake but TWICE is theft.

My Birthday dress needed cleaning and several cleaners wouldnt clean it because of the silver piping. Xxpress did a fantastic job! My new cleaners!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lourdes and everyone at Xxpress Cleaners! After our wedding in October, I was not able to get around to taking my wedding dress to be preserved until about 5 months later. I had little hope about getting some of the stains from my spray tan out since I had waited so long. Xxpress Cleaners did an amazing job and was able to get the spray tan out and make my dress look brand new. Im so happy that I listened to those that had recommended her and I will continue to pass along her name to any bride that asks.

I had a great experience at this location I took 3 of my most expensive coats and they look like brand new. They where very professional and delicated with my coats. I am very happy with this place. Definitely will come back.

Dropped a suit off to be cleaned (Saturday the 3rd). I showed the worker a stain on sleeve at check in. When I picked up the suit, the same worker handed it to me without saying a word. I had to call the worker back because the stain had not been removed. The worker claimed he tried all the chemicals and it wouldnt come out. He returned to the back without further discussion. He wasnt even rude; he was indifferent.I immediately went to a second cleaner due to this indifference, as it appeared they did not give my suit the most basic attention and care. After a quick test, they were able to remove part of the stain. In the end, the second cleaner was able to remove the entire stain.Due to this experience, Archer Cleaners will now have my business.Please see pictures below.

First time here and my experience was excellent! Brought in a long dress to be cut shorter and bear paw boots to be cleaned. Dress was altered very well and my boots look great! I tried cleaning my boots before and kinda messed them up so I bought them in to see if they can be saved. They look almost new! Great prices too because I looked around the area before coming here. Highly recommend! Also noticed they have free coffee, thats really nice.

Excellent service. The new computer system helps get customers in and out of the cleaners in an efficient manner. I am also pleased with receiving a text when my clothing items are ready for pickup. It helps to know when the clothes are ready for pickup especially when youre out and about shopping in the area. The owner and his employees are friendly and again provide excellent service. Ive been going here for five years. They have never lost or misplaced one article of clothing. Not one spot ha been caused by their cleaning process. Clothes have always been ready when promised. Their new system is quick and easy. No more writing out slips. Your name is in the system. They key in your order and out pops your receipt. Maria is fantastic. She is very polite and friendly. She knows me when I come in, and has my pick up order ready to hand me almost before I get to the front desk. I highly recommend this cleaner!

Had a good experience with this cleaners. Though I didn’t love that they charge an extra dollar to use a credit card, the rate before that was reasonable. Item of clothing was clean and ready the very next day. Will definitely go back and am glad that this cleaners is in my new neighborhood.

I have always taken my rugs here, and they do a great job! the reason they are getting 4 stars is their timeliness. you need to make sure you tell them you absolutely need it by when they say they will be done, otherwise when you go pick it up they will tell you its not ready and will be ready in another 5 days.

First time getting my clothes dry cleaned here and Idefinitely will be back! I used to be a loyal customer to another cleaning company until their prices went way up. This please is pretty affordable, they got my clothes to me when they stated they would be done, and I love they fact that they have a special on the first Saturday of the month! Only downside is that they only accept cash, but there is an ATM inside the pace.

Ive been using their services for a while now, it’s a little out of my way but I am very satisfied with the service and alterations. Besides the staff being so friendly, theyre good at removing stains and I like how they press shirts and suits, everything comes out crisp! I trust them with my dry cleaning as there has never been an issue. I love that they offer same day service–at no extra charge and my clothes is always ready on time. This place is really coming up, Their prices are reasonable and I highly recommend them, if you go to any other cleaners you will get ripped off at 3 times the price!

So I dont usually trust anyone with my cloth because I had so much bad experience with dry cleaners that they ruined a shirt that I really loved.Xxpress Cleaners staff they REALLY know what theyre doing. I wanted to get the lent out of one of my favorite winter coats and they really did a GREAT job.Prices are really reasonable for the job that they do, I also love the customer appreciation day which is the first sat of every month.....keep it up xxpress cleaners.

I went to the cleaners on December 7th it was the first Saturday of the month so l was under the impression, that all clothes item was 2.79 a piece.. The clerk said yes.my bill was quite high but I was talking to a friend so I didnt pay much attention to it. So I was charged 12.99 for one dress and 5.99 for another.I tried to contact the store but they didnt answer the phone even though it said they opened at 7 a.m. too ask if they could pull those two items, because that was not the amount I was willing to pay... The owner or manager was very rude, and for me a good business person would have given me the benefit of the doubt and clean my items for either $2.79 a piece or give me my things back. Also the sale sign is posted outside the store,only instead of the inside as well so that you can see again what is 279 and what is not... That voicemail also boasts that they are the cheapest in the city which again is not true..... So basically Im saying is beware of a good deal because theres always a underlying message, . So I would never do business with this cleanest again! On 31st and Halsted, I rather pay more to get good customer service than the sale and get a horrible manager like he was, even walked away for me while I was still talking..

I went there with my wifes fur coat which has a wine stain on it and i asked if it possible to get it done at the same day coz we were going to dinner and she loves that coat . When i told the guy at the front who turns to be the owner he happily accept it and made a joke about that they had to do a great job on that coat otherwise the dinner will be ruined very friendly and professional at the same time and i was expecting to pay a ton of money for it since i asked for special fast service but surprisingly the price was so reasonable even below some other places regular rate . I went back picked the coat on time very clean smells really nice even my wife was happy about it ( lucky me :) ) . I definitely will be a regular there . Thanks from me and my wife :) .

I would give them a 0 if I could. They claim to “clean” UGG boots only to receive them a shade darker. You could even tell they had shoved them into a dryer! Terrible service. Do not come here, especially if you want to get your UGGs cleaned.

My dad brought a 100% wool pants to the cleaners for dry clean. After he picked it up from them, he tried it at home, and the pair of pants had shrunk both length and width-wise. On the inside, the liner fabric was very wrinkly and embarrassing to look at. It looked as though it was put into a washing machine, and the cleaners did not bother to steam the inside fabric to make it look nice. He brought it back to the cleaners and told them the situation that it no longer fits him because the pants had clearly shrunk. The owner said he will have a “redo” of the pants to try to get it fixed. Days later at the cleaners, the pants still did not fit and were clearly damaged. The owner claimed no responsibility for damaging the pair of pants and said “it was not done there.” Logically speaking, the worker(s) must have done something to the pair of pants to make them physically shrink. Otherwise, the pair of pants would not be ill-fitted.It is clear that the responsibility ultimately lie with this business when the before and after cleaning fit do not match up. I highly do not recommend giving business to business owners who do not provide professional services nor take responsibility for damaging consumers’ products.Nagi Soliman is the owner of the cleaner and he doesnt have the gut to own up to anything or take responsibility. He told his employee to tell me his name is Sam. LMAO what a joke.You and your store will be getting a legal letter from us. We are sueing you and see you at court.Nagi, first of all you are a liar. You told me that you were only in business for five years not ten. If you understand how wool works then the pant shouldnt be shrunk two sizes down. We took pictures of the garment and if you think that how it should be treated than you will have NO customer.Second, Trying to work doesnt mean you take full responsibility to address the issue that the garment was damaged.If you really want to settle this in a low key you should just take full responsibility in the first place.Did I mentioned that my father is a regular customer of theirs for many years and that is how you treat your long term customer? WORST CLEANERS EVER.I dropped of a brand new jacket from which I just removed the tags. When I picked it up from them it had dark stains on the it. I showed the woman the stains and asked how come when I dropped off the jacket didnt have any dark stains on it and now it does. She said to leave the jacket and they will remove the stains. I came back after a couple of days to pick up the jacket and the stains were still there. She said they can not remove them. Told her that they ruined my brand new jacket. She did not care, didnt apologize, didnt refund the money.
