TLDR: They ruined pair of suit pants and asked me to pay him to fix them.I dropped off some shirts and a pair of dress pants for dry cleaning. I was going to travel internationally for work and asked to have a stain removed from the seat of my suit pants. When I got home I found that the back pockets had been ripped. I was unable to reach him before my trip but when I returned he had fixed one side and asked me to pay to have the other side fixed, citing wear and tear. I wear suits for work and this was not a heavily worn suit and there were 2 separate rips. He refused to fix them yet acknowledged that he had damaged them.

I’d been using this dry cleaner for 15 years with excellent, but that all ended today when I went to pick up two suits that were altered. Not only were the alterations egregiously wrong (the pants were way too short, and the jacket sleeves way too long), but the owner had the audacity to say he’s never made a mistake and it was somehow MY fault that the measurements he took were wrong and that I would have to pay again if I wanted the alterations fixed - that’s plain robbery to make me pay twice for the same alterations! I had already decided to take my business elsewhere when the owner badmouthed me to my partner and several customers while I was in the dressing room changing back into my street clothes. I will never go back to this place again!!!

The woman who works here is so friendly and so accomodating. The service is quality -- the same-day or 1-day turnaround is a godsend! Very reasonably priced. My clothes come back very crisp and very clean.

Weird experience for me. The guy had a weird attitude. The quality of service was ok, they did leave the neck of my shirt stained. Customer service not so good for me.

Its quite obvious the man who runs the store hates his job. Not only did he incorrectly measure my pants twice on two different occasions (to be taken in), when I returned to pick them up hoping they would be fitted this third and final time they were ruined. They cut the fabric so everything they did could not be undone. He could not of cared less and is reimbursing by making a claim to the insurance company. The pants were brand new and I loved them, beyond disappointed with their laziness, lack of care and God AWFUL customer service.

Great and fast cleaning. Had a few pants sized that were perfectly done and reasonably priced.

The owner of the establishment was friendly. The clothing I dropped off came back clean and crisp. Definitely will be going back.

Not a fan. Were super late getting a suit back to me, where I had to patch work an outfit the day of a funeral. A lot of my shirts came back extremely itchy too.
