I have been a client for over 30 years now and never once have they ever called me to see if I wanted to review my insurance policies or even suggest another policy to me. I now after all these years have my very first claim due to a leakage caused by my Condo building in the beginning of June 2020 and still have not heard anything about my claim and it is the end of August 2020. It was my understanding that State Farm was suppose to be one of the better Insurance Companies but obviously that is not true at all.

Kathy will send you the questions she needs answered 1 at a time in multiple emails. If you find this communication effective then this is the agency for you.I find multiple message with one question a waste of my time. I would not recommend working with anyone that does not understand the value of a well thought out email, rather than a stream of conscious.She is responsive. She is quick. But I would rather a slow well focused level of contact.

I was looking for a local State Farm office to transfer my policies and walked into this office and was greeted like an old friend. They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions and made sure my transfer went well. I am very happy to have found this office in walking distance of my home and will refer my roommate.
