Ive been with Karen for over 10 years during my time in Chicago. Shes been great at making sure my policy gets all the discounts I qualify for even without me asking! There was one time where I was involved in an accident and State Farm was great about making sure they backed me up! Im now moving out of state so I have to switch insurance agents, but will miss all the great service Ive gotten here in Chicago.
