My husband and I were long time clients of Judith Gleason until the Covid pandemic hit. Despite all of the State Farm commercials promising money back and lower rates, Judith RAISED our rates. My husband and I had been laid of of work, we were barely driving our cars and we hadnt used one vehicle for almost 2 months. We were SHOCKED and APALLED to see that our monthly payment went up substantially despite being excellent clients with ZERO accident history. When we called to inquire about the price hike, her secretary had the audacity to tell me the reason behind it was their ESTIMATION at what our car parts would cost for replacement, should we ever be in an accident. This really made me upset. So I cancelled with Judith Gleason and called Progressive. They quoted me a much lower rate and followed thru with the same exact coverage. If Ms. Gleason wants your money, she will GET IT. And I am STILL waiting on money back that State Farm promised me due to the pandemic.

I have to Thank Judith Gleason and her Staff. Due to the recent 18 inches of snow on my roof, I began to get drops of water running out of my windows, a few hours later I had water running down three windows, and water spots appearing on my ceiling. Being a Saturday night now, I private messaged Judith on Facebook messenger. She answered me immediately, I explained what was happening and she informed me to contact the claims office immediately. I did that, filed a claim, got assigned a claim number and adjuster. All the while Judith would text me several times asking how the situation is and if I had started the claim process. The adjuster arrived Monday morning assessed the damage and issued me a check immediately. I am so grateful for the help and guidance Judith provided me. I have never had any problems with Judith.
