So, today I call up to Cynthia office to have my son computer add to me personal article policy that I have at her office, I spoke to Christina Donald who was rude and very disrespectful. As a formal employee of this office, I was told to transfer my policies out of the office and she proceeded to hang up the phone. I am unsure of her motives behind this statement, however I was a customer of State Farm before I became an employee of this office and should be treated accordingly. This is truly a bad look for the office, if its acceptable speak to customer like this I definitely no longer want to do business with the company or this agent. Horrible Customer Service! I cant believe yelling at a customer is acceptable!In response to the owner: The post cant be fraudulent if Im an actual customer. Ive been a customer since before you inherited the book of business from Oliver Banks. Yes, I do work for another agents office but Im insured at YOUR office. Ive asked your staff to have you call me TWICE but instead of calling me youre calling my agent to try and threaten my job over a bad review. I am well within my right to leave a bad review if I am dissatisfied with the way I was treated as a Patron. This has nothing to do with the agent I work for so I dont understand why youre trying to pull her agency into this when YOUR staff was rude. Christina Donald raised her voice while speaking with me and told me if you dont like it why dont you move it to your own office to which I responded by saying that didnt make sense if the policy is already fully paid. I came in and signed the form with your service person. Even told her to make a copy of my license because i did not want anymore problems. I dont know who Danielle is but she was NOT in the office when I came in so how can you say that she is saying I came in rude? I recorded the initial part of my entrance and the office was dark and all desks were empty. Was Danielle hiding in the back? I dont believe your staff would have shared intimate details about your office if they truly felt like I was rude or unreasonable. Im not sure what your goal was by reaching out to my boss but even if she were to fire me today I would STILL be insured at your office and I am STILL unhappy as a patron of your Agency.

I have been a customer of this agency since 2015 when I purchased my home. Their professionalism and service are stellar! The contemporary decor and cleanliness creates a bright and welcoming ambiance. It is evident that customer service and appreciation are values for this agency. From the moment you cross the threshold of their door you are treated like family, and as a customer its the little things that count. I MADE A PAYMENT OF 447. TO SHELDONS RICE INSURANCE ON DECEMBER 11, IN THEIR AFTER HOUR ON DECEMBER 12, 2019 THEY CLAIM DIDNT RECEIVE IT. ON DECEMBER 13 THEY CASHED IT BUT NOT APPLIED TO STATEFARM. THE MONEYORDER WAS MADE TO STATEFARM BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO CASH IT. ON DECEMBER 16, A MEMBER FROM SHELDON RICE CALLED ASK ME FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT OR INSURANCE WOULD BE CANCELED. NO METION OF STOLEN PAYMENT, NO CONCERN, NO CALL BACK FROM THE OWNER JEFF MARGALUS OR SHELDON RICE AGENT. NOONE NO HOW MONEYORDER DISAPPEARED AND CASHED AS of DECEMBER 17, 2019. I AM NOW WITH CYNTHIA MEANS WHO HAS BEEN MORE HELPFUL AND CONCERNED ABOUT THIS . SHE HAS REACHED OUT TO MR SHELDON RICE THE FIRST DAY DECEMBER I TRANSFERRED OVER TO SEE IF SHE COULD HELP. AGAIN MR SHELDON RICE NOT AVAILABLE AND NO CONCERN CONCERNING STOLEN MONEY. I APPRECIATE CYNTHIA MEANS FOR HER STEPPING UP TO AN INCCIDENT THAT SHE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH.
