It was good to meet Loc and then Desiree after I explained that I was looking for a life insurance policy that I was comfortable with. Their expertise guided me thru the process and I got exactly what I was looking for. Very efficient and easy to deal with.

So I wound up here on Grand Ave. thanks to a recommendation from a friend of mine, Frank, who said that in terms of customer service and coverage you cant do better than Locs office. Well, I got an auto policy and a property policy so it turns out that Frank was right. I was treated very well and I left knowing that I got the coverage I wanted at a good price.

I cant imagine getting a better deal on insurance or better customer service than at Locs agency.

They mean well but can never get my policy right. Great at taking their payment though...

Heres an agency (State Farm) and an agent (Loc Vo) that know how to take care of their customers. They know the answers and return phone calls and give you good coverage at a good rate.

They do not help at all. And when you are trying to figure an issue out they start laughing through the phone instead of trying to find a solution for you

Upon moving into my new place, I was required to gain renters insurance. I have never done so in the past. There were definitely questions about coverage, deductibles, and most of all, staying within my budget!In requesting multiple quotes from different agencies, I received a quote from Loc Vos office. It contained adequate coverage and was definitely within reason. Im happy to now belong to the State Farm family, especially member of Loc Vos and staff!I will be looking into getting all my insurance needs fulfilled through this office! I wasnt getting the service that I expected with the claim department so I called Locs office for some assistance. After speaking with Veronica a couple of hours later my claim issue was resolved. Now thats customer service!
