My team and I have been working with Dwan & her office for the past year in order to assist tenants, within our new building, to secure professional liability insurance.For most of these tenants in our building, this is the first time they’re accessing this type of insurance product. My experiences in person with the staff are great each time I decide to visit the location! Usually Ill pay things online and continue throughout my day. However, I honestly enjoy seeing the staff is why I look forward to visit the office. Example Im giving everyone:Going to a barber or beauty shop when youre sad, looking and or feeling terrible at times, and or not having a wonderful day. When seeing a particular stylist, conversing in general while a fresh style is being applied to your hair, it WILL LIFT YOUR SPIRITS HIGH! Sometimes, u may forget about whats bad throughout that day depending on circumstances. That impression Dwan Johnson Bell staff leaves with me literally. Its no secret Im known as a difficult person within society! To the staff:Very prompt, Informative, professional when communicating with other customers Ive witnessed personally; within my few experiences waiting to be serviced. In addition, theyre quality within helping you is awesome I may add. Even when I misunderstood my billing statement, still theres a polite way to speak with people while remaining PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES TAKE NOTES!A lot of time within business itself, some staff members you witness will lack professionalism as youre visiting establishments and that annoys you!The office is a comfortable environment like going to a coffee shop with your laptop using the wifi, overall clean facility among the neighboring business nearby as it invites you to be relaxed for that moment, and the ladies look presentable, which great personality makes them more gorgeous. I enjoy every visit.

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and I love Dwan and her team.

This office was not help to me at all!! I spoke with Dwan only 1x in 5 months, i only had to deal with the receptionist who written errors on my paperwork. I had been waiting for 5 month to get a policy from this office and nothing came of it. I finally got a letter in the 5th month saying i was not issue insurance due to non payment. Impossible!! I had no policy and no bills, i never got a call from Dwan saying all is ready to go. UNPROFESSIONAL.

I goggled this office and saw the bad review and was hesitant about going, but this office is near my home. I went into the office and the young ladies there were very, very, helpful. Im glad I didnt allow this one review to cloud my decision.
