Agent Tina Martinez on 03/22/21 gave me a great quote which I was truly interested in purchasing however there was a small underwriting problem she told me to hold on and NEVER RETURNED TO THE PHONE!! I gave her a follow up call on 03/23/21 and I was told that she was working with a client and she would return my call within the hour which she never did.I called headquarters and was taken care of. GREAT RATES BAD LOCAL SERVICE

So happy we switched to GEICO! Rocio was so helpful in helping my husband and I make the switch after being with progressive for years. We felt like after being such loyal customers to progressive for so long and always paying on time it was not worth the amount we were being charged for their car insurance policies. We always paid in full every six months and our policy rates were constantly going up and not down. Once we switched to Geico with the help of Rocio our price rates decreased drastically for the exact same full coverage insurance for two vehicles and we could not be happier!

You don’t know how bad your insurance is until you are in an accident. I paid Geico high rates for years and when I was in an accident nothing was covered. They fixed the body of the car with a cheap paint job but not well. The side was smashed in. There are now electrical problems that weren’t there before the accident and I broke my hand in the accident and that’s not covered either, however I paid premiums for full coverage. They are essentially a middle man and the premiums are high for less coverage. When I had good insurance. They covered me and went after the other drivers insurance or the other driver. Not Geico so even though I had insurance it is still costing me medical bills and now I have to get the electrical problems fixed on my own. I have dropped them and I have full coverage for less than I was paying them.
