My visit to Toms office went smoothly. The purpose was to move my auto and home policies from another agency to State Farm. The transfer was done quickly and efficiently. No complaints. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Rose was the person that helped me with this though I met Tom and he was very personable.

As a longtime State Farm Insurance Client with Tom Kindt as my Insurance Agent I stopped at Toms office Friday to renew my policies and I was quite taken by how nice and friendly every one was to me, especially Rose who Ive only met once 5 or 6 years ago and who remembered my name. Something like that always makes one feel appreciated as a Client. Thank you.

I came out here on a recommendation from a co-worker and I wasnt disappointed. Liz was the person I spoke with initially and I transferred my home and auto policies to this office (Tom Kindt State Farm) after speaking with her and with the Office Manager, Rose. They were both very pleasant and helpful and the decision to transfer was easy. Thank you.

When youre happy with the services and/or products you receive from a business its good to acknowledge those who offer something outside the norm. That being said, the service I received at Toms insurance office was excellent and Im very pleased with my coverage and what Im paying for it.

I had a very nice insurance agency experience at Tom Kindts State Farm office as I took out a new life insurance policy and got some information regarding renters insurance. The agent that helped me with everything was Liz and she made the entire process pleasant and stress-free. Ill be back for the renters policy as soon as my new landlord signs my lease, probably next week.

I wish I would have read the reviews before dealing with this office! They are horrible & really left me in a bind!! I received a notice of cancellation 11/17 saying I would be canceled 12/27. I called & was told it was an error about paperwork & I would receive a letter to clear it up. Called back two weeks later to inform them I hadn’t received the letter, was concerned & they told me they were really backed up but to give it a couple more weeks - I was fine & was definitely not getting canceled. I noticed on 12/25 that my monthly payment wasn’t deducted on the 22nd like it normally is. Called to make sure it was a mistake 12/26 and nope!! No mistake, I was being canceled on 12/27. After spending hours trying to clear up the paperwork I gave up. I’m getting a new car tomorrow and I will take my business elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and do not deal with this office!

Loyal, accident free driver for 10 plus years and everything was amazing until someone rear ended my truck. Once the claim process started, I didnt see my truck for a month and had to pay for the rental. There was a minimum of 10 we will call you right back, without a call. Customer service is good, until they have to do something that you pay your hard earned money for. Typical one sided business. I am glad my accident occurred as I had to change to a more customer oriented office and no longer pay these clowns just for the State Farm name.

I stopped by with a friend a few weeks ago as she dropped off a payment and I returned last week to get renters insurance for myself as Im moving into a new place the first of the year. Its a very pleasant office and Im sure to return for auto insurance after I buy a car in a month or so.

If I pay 6 months ins they look in computer but after 1and half months if remove second car and 2 months if I pay ins tray me charge extras. Wrong mail 21 century and no update Daley computer, no internet?... Very funny

I am honestly not surprised to see all of the 1 star reviews. My story goes a little like this... I purchased a new vehicle and needed to get a policy in order to drive off the lot per dealer rules. So, after a nice long Saturday of haggling with the used car sales person all day I end up on the phone with State Farm call center, which lasted over an hour just to get a basic policy for the new vehicle. Moreover, after not only wasting my time but the girl is telling my policy will be 205$ per month. I ask, “is there any discounts? I’ve never had an accident or any tickets in over 4 years...” she says, “well we can apply the safe driver discount and send you a device to monitor your driving” it ended up saving me a measly 5$ a month. Great I say as I give her my card number over the phone, I just wanted to get out of dealership at that point. So, happy in my new car and realizing I got hosed on my monthly rate, I call the local agent during normal business hours and ask if there’s anything they can do to help me out on the monthly rate. They insist on that’s the best they can do, so I reach out to some of their competitors (Geico, Progressive, etc) and get some quotes for the exact same coverage and vehicle. Turns out to be over 70$ a month cheaper to go with any of competition. I was shocked at first and then reached out and sent over the competitors quote to my representative and asked if they could match. They came back with a quote 8$ higher then the competition. Now at this point I’m not only boiling with anger I’m astonished that these State Farm representatives who told me a week prior that 200$ a month was the best they can do, now all the sudden they drop their rate when I threaten to leave and they still are higher then the competition? With of level of service so low, that I could probably get better service at the DMV. Scratch that, I know I would get better service at the DMV because I have. After explaining to the representative how many policies myself and my family with them and the money we have spent with them for years they just didn’t care.TL;DRI’ve canceled, my family is canceling, we’re all switching to a insurance provider that provides competitive rates and good service. This specific State Farm agency does not have either of those. Not really sure why they are even in business...

This has to be the worse office that State Farm has. State Farm is bad on its own but when you call this office and they have no clue what they are doing by giving wrong rates and quotes, have no understanding on their discount policy by offering you programs and tell you it works one way and when I called them and told that they were incorrect the blaime their corparate office for not providing them the correct language to the programs and when i told them i was not interested in the Drive Safe program they jacked up the policy monthly amount. In one month i went from $168.00 to 232.00 and my son went from $116.00 to $198.00 and his is liability. When you call to talk to The one in charge Thomad Kindt you are never able to talk to him and have to talk to either a rep that dont speak proper english ir every other word is that they are sorry. The only reason i have one star on the review is because you cant leave a review without one. I would actually place if possible a negative 5 star. Not only will i leave this office but State Farm all together. Next complain will be to the BBB as well as NBC. Enough is Enough that we alow to have this monopoly big companies get away with screwing us.

Called three times to put my moms homeowners insurance in my name cause mom passed away, twice they said the computers were down, third day they said someone would call me back in thirty minutes, that was@9am its 11:30am, obviously the dont care over@State farm

I dont care about the customer and if you need help with something, they say that they cant do anything and you have to call the customer service there, only knowing how to drain your wallet
