Dawn is the State Farm Commercial, when you need her she is there! In one hour she had things taken care of. State Farm Team, Towing, repair shop, and rental car!!!! Customer Service is #1, her staff is trained to handle all your questions and needs. Excellent Agent and Agency!!!! My experience with this office was disgusting! She is listed on Ripoff Report for the same complaint that I have with her office. Very poor customer service and bad billing policies. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this specific office. State Farm as a whole should not be poorly represented by people who do not conduct business properly.
