Great rates and good customer service

Found a new auto insurance agency last week and wanted to post this review to say how professional and customer service oriented they are. My agent was Betsy and she was great! Wanted to make sure I got the right coverage at the best price and I did!

I just moved to Albany Park from Orland Park, bought a car, and I needed to get auto insurance. Good coverage at a reasonable rate. Across the street from my new apartment (thats also across the street from the Kimball Brown Line station) I saw this insurance office with several big sign that said AUTO INSURANCE. I went in, talked with Betzy, and got my auto insurance. Just like that. Done.

Worst costumer service on the planet that dizzy spanish girl they have working there is the worst. Been a costumer for many years 3 cars and referred couple other people but i will be switching asap. She never helps and literally told me “F u” today. I switched cars so i had to get full coverage, with this i was told to come so they can take photos. I called before i came to make sure the time was right. She said yes come, once i made it after driving an hr this dummy kept me on hold for a while and refused to come outside ! Claiming it was too dark!!!! After she told me to drive there.. it was only 4;50 ish was still light outside.. the killer for me is the fact that she wouldnt even come outside and kept me on hold!!! Zero coatumer service when i told her boss she shouldnt be in costumer service she said F U it is not up to you.. unbelieveable !!!!!!! I will cancel this as soooon as i get coverage elsewhere DO NOT recommend!!!!! She always had a prob with something i have to always ask more than twice to get things done becUse she always forgets or never follows up !!!

These agents dont do their job. Wont even bother to help a 15 year customer. Ive never had an accident in those 15 years and now that I get hit they wont help me. Telling me why do I wanna call my insurance for? What the hell to you think? Im getting other insurance period.I had to call my insurance directly because these useless agents wouldnt.

Ive heard about this auto insurance agency from a couple of friends of mine so when my current policy was getting ready to expire I came over here to the check the place out. Glad I did.

They are crap, I paid for almost a year and it turns out that if I saw I had an accident, Ivan would not help me because the car was not mine ... if they know that, why dont they design it so they are not paying for free 😡

I had the pleasure of meeting Agent Bill and I can surely tell you that he is a person with his feet on the ground who is willing to help as much as he can.
