Had to assist an elderly up the stairs due to elevator always being broken. Engineering does not fix the issue until a week or 2 sometimes longer. I have made multiple complaints about my unit issues and yet no one has came to fix the problem. It’s been a month now. They ignore requests but make sure they inform you RENT IS DUE! It’s all about money . They do not care for their residents.

Best decision is to run as far away as possible! This building is poorly managed. Elevator continuously breaks down! Management and maintenance team are unprofessional and argumentative when you call and make complaints regarding your unit. They only want your money. Do NOT move into this building.

Managers are unprofessional and the apartments have mold infestation. The units have no insulation and management are money hungry and will not address the issues professionally.

DISGUSTING! Mold, broken appliances cold winters and hot stuffy summers. RUN! Maintenance is unprofessional and sketchy!!!

Sorry Ass Management. Disrespectful Manager Mr. Washington, doesnt know how to talk to women especially my sister and hes a liar!!!
