Horrible company. Customer service is extremely unhelpful! You will waste HOURS trying to get your answer and if you ask to speak to a supervisor they just push you around and not let you talk to one. I was pushed around to many departments, told to call other numbers, etc. They need mush better training and organization.

Zero should be an option as a rating. This is the worst of the worst. I had never had such a bad experience on a flight. First and the last time I would use frontier. The flight was delayed over five times due to things not going right and it had nothing to do with the weather. I purchased seat for my children and they had to be moved due to the flight not being balanced “ properly” and when I called to complain about the situation and for the other millions things that went wrong on the flight. The only thing they said was “well you arrived “so there’s nothing we can do about it. It’s company is a joke!!

Heard allot of horror stories on-line, was apprehensive about flying with them.Rolled the dice and happy to report had 0 issues. Staff was friendly, boarded on time and left on time.Staff was friendly, plane was clean. Arrived 15 min early. Hope return flight I just as smooth.Dont be afraid to fly Frontier.
Terrible, 715 flight delayed til 4 but we are supposed to get a $10 voucher for food. Oh by the way breakfast at Airport Burger King $22.33. Just great. We get to miss a whole day of Florida Sunshine. First and last time with Frontier. You get what you pay for!!!

I didn’t book my flight in my ticket and the people at the desk was just welling trying to charge someone 65 dollars for one carry on I didn’t have any. Money and the supervisor was like if you don’t have the money you going to miss you flight and I had to called someone just to get on which it was double of what the ticket cost

Worst airline I’ve ever had to deal with . Customer service is the worst . Website usage is the worst . Phone customer service takes years to get a hold of someone and that someone . Do not understand English nor do they speak the language correctly . Super confusing and stressful airline to deal with . With that said the attendants were nice but that’s from heart
