Employees are NOT wearing masks yet they scream at us customers (vaccinated) to wear masks and they will refuse to service you if you dont wear a mask. Please explain this logic to me. Hypocrites

Prepare to meet rookies at night shift. They can spend over 6 hours to load 8 pallets. Also double check what they gonna load to the trailer. In my case I got a rookie guy who almost loaded me wrong scid without break it down. That skid consisted of 2 different loads and he did not check it before loading. Unprofessional loaders and rude people in the shipping office.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and thats coming from someone who works in a retail supercenter. No correct guidance was given on flight information, lack of communication from both the receptionists, broker, and customs supervisor. We drove 5 hours to Chicago to pick up our Cat that had been on an 11 hour flight. Flight was set to arrive at about 5PM, by the time we arrived at the TAS warehouse, the flight ended up being delayed another 4 hours. We waited patiently till 9PM, the flight was now set to land at 9:16PM. We enter the facility to find about 10-15 other patrons waiting for the same flight to land. It hits 9:16PM, come to find out it would be another 30 minutes. Eventually the plane is docked and the warehouse workers start unloading the plane. At about 10PM we are finally given a small pinch of information that the cats would be processed first then the dogs. Another couple hours go by of waiting, and by this time the facility is cramped with 50-60 patrons, with more outside waiting, watching their pets sit side by side in cages through the open dock door. All of the pets were out of food and water, sitting in their own feces/urine, crying to be let go. By midnight the crowd filling the reception lobby were beyond aggravated, the receptionist offered little info nor resolution on the status of the pets. Not long after midnight all of the dog owners were told that their precious pets would be sent back to Moscow on another 11 hour flight back after already enduring it once, lacking food or water and sitting in disgusting inhumane cages. In addition to sitting on pallets during this whole processing task that the receptionist told us they started at 10PM. Which they lied about, the actual processing didnt start till about 2AM, so all of those animals sat for another 4 hours in cramped cages being deprived. TAS is very lucky their fellow patrons and I didnt start rioting, your company is a disgrace to cargo transportation and customer service to the companies that do it right. The police were called that night after a patron attempted to give some of the cats water, she was then shoved out of the dock door by security and warehouse workers. The police showed up at about 2:30AM. Some of your patrons were lawyers and USDA representatives, who made sure that their presence was known. We finally left the facility by 3AM for another 5 hour trip back home, we were one of the lucky ones to get out by that time and lucky that your company didnt claim the life of our god damn pet. If I was in charge I would immediately reevaluate every single person staffed, receptionists all need to be fired as well as the customs supervisor and broker (Larissa) for feeding all patrons incorrect and lacking info on their beloved friends(pets). I would not recommend this company to anyone else even if it was the last one available, if I could I would give zero stars across all accounts.

If you can avoid this place then you should.Ladies at desk dont seem care if you are there unless you get in to their face and say I need help. Waiting is awfully long probably they dont care about your valued time. I was there 11 and constantly I heard them talking about lunch time. Oh yes lunch is important, but also your work ethic should be too. Whoever is in charge of this place should be fired and hire someone who can run this place efficiently like any other cargo compamy.
Great place to deliver unloaded fast no hassle the only rude people are the women that work in the counter they were talking bad about other employees and refuse to help waited until the Asian lady came over to help they refused and just sat there doing nothing talking great way to earn a check comoany should look into the people they pay just to sit there and gossip
Zero stars if possible. Would never reccomend. I called for some information on my flight to find out when I had to be there. I asked my question and the lady on the phone answered then started laughing at her co-workers and hung up. Flight was supposed to land at 4, then 5, then 9... then it landed and we were told they had to check ALL the animals first. They only checked the dogs for 3 hours. The dog owners were told to go home because they were sending the dogs back to Moscow. You literally can not send dogs back on an 11 hour flight without food and water. One lady tried giving the cats some water to help, but security shoved her away. The 4th hour of us waiting (it is 1am now), they FINALLY actually told us they were REALLY checking the cats with customs, to get some of the 40 people out of there. What they did today and last night was inhumane to the animals and grotesque. The police were called and so were the news, I was told by my fellow animal lovers (your patrons). People who trusted your company with their beloved animals called the police on you.

Training in the office is very bad. They claim they dont have time or patience to train. A lot of miscommunication in the office and warehouse. Overstaff that dont have anything to do get told to leave early or just wander around the office.

Terrible employees, just awful. One of the employees named Victor Perez was as rude as can be. He had absolutely no idea what was going on and didnt answer any of my questions. When I asked for a supervisor he just said that hes out of town and walked away. Never felt so disrespected before0 stars!!!!!
Always busy but they are organized
Pack a lunch, this place is horrifically slow. Staff is rude, and seem to not have a clue what is going on.Youre also gonna be required to wait in the gates area till your load is ready, then by your door while youre being loaded. Youll be here no.less than 6 hours.
