Very bad customer service at the desk!! lot of wait to check in the luggages beside i was in business class

They were so awful. I arrived in Italy, missing my connecting flight because my initial flight was delayed. They would not help at all. They said I had to buy a new ticket for a high price. I found that most any other airline around, particularly the smaller and cheaper ones had much, much better customer service both in booking and on the flight. Do yourself a favor and do not book a flight with this company.

They changed my flights even a few days before departure, basically messing up my whole trip. There is no way to change flight or modify information on the website except calling them...

TERRIBLE SO BAD!!! I had to change the flight from Chicago to Tirana to a flight from Chicago to Podgorica. After talking to one lady who was very helpful she told me that they have system error and I need to call again and that she will leave a note that i called and I requested a change to flight to Podgorica. After half an hour I called again and spoke to another lady who told me that I have to pay penalty to change the ticket. I made it very clear that i need to fly to Podogrica not to Tirana anymore. I gave her all of my info and she sent me the email. I received the email and I thought everything was good. When I checked the email, the ticket was still to fly to Tirana just a different day. After calling and spending hours on the phone with customer service they basically told me that i have to buy a new ticket and pay another penalty of 300. She will not accept her mistake and pretty much told me Dont waist my time pay or hang up.

Never use Alitalia unless you dont bring luggage. If you do bring luggage they average about 10 lost bags per flight. Unless you want to put odds like that against you just find another line.

Realy unreliable lost mu baggage twice no phone number to contact .just avoid them .Pay little bit more and have way better exp. with ather companies.

Alitalia has the worst customer service. I lost a bag and they are unwilling to help or answer any questions about the lost baggage. Extremely rude especially at Chicago O’Hare Airport. Do not fly this airline.

Stay away from these scammers, worst airline ever!!!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT fly Alitalia. Impossible to contact about lost luggage issue. Spend the extra 100/200 dollars just to avoid them and you will avoid a headache.
