We have used Four Seasons three times in the last month and I have been incredibly impressed. All three technicians called to let me know they were on the way, arrived when they said they would, were easy to communicate with and fixed our problems. They were cleanly, masked and respectful of our dog and young baby. I highly recommend them!

From the sales process through the installation, everything was explained clearly and my appointments were handled quickly and conveniently with my schedule. Communication before, during and after install was fantastic. Mario was very knowledgeable in the related Schaumburg codes and explained everything he did or was doing very clearly. Both installers were friendly and professional and unfortunately had to deal with my barking dog all day (without complaint). Our service man was friendly, polite, thoughtful and honest about everything especially when he told us we did not have to take out a perfectly good filter as it had at least six weeks left to go before needing replacement! We loved that honesty. He was training another young man and treated him so respectfully also.

I had furnace replaced after a routine maintenance that showed that it was on its last legs. It was over 20 yrs old. My technicians Bernard and Christopher came right in and got to work. They checked in with me frequently during the entire installation. They explained everything and gave me all supporting manuals. There was nothing for me to cleanup afterwards. The price I was quoted was unchanged at time of payment. Very Satisfied customer.

The gentleman who came today was on time and professional. He checked our furnace and made sure everything was cleaned and working properly. We also needed our humidifier pad replaced, which he took care of as well. We had our furnace and air conditioner installed in 2009 by Four Seasons and have been pleased with their service from the time of installation forward. We would highly recommend them!

I asked for a quote on their website for my HVAC system tune-up at 9:00pm one night, and they called me 5 mins later to give me the quote and set up an appointment!The tech arrived this morning in a timely manner. He wore a face mask and shoe coverings while inside the house. Once he was finished, he explained everything he did in great detail. Highly recommended!

I feel completely ripped off. My old furnace stopped blowing hot air and I called Four Seasons to come take a look. They said it would cost $1,700 to fix and because my furnace was 19 years old, it was at the end of its life so I mind as well replace it because it’s more cost effective. They took a look at my AC and said that was also at the end of its life and if I purchased both together then it would be more cost effective. Well $18k later (yep that’s right), I purchased the AC and 2 pipe furnace system and they only installed one pipe… I reached out asking why my furnace is only half installed and they said it they can’t install the second pipe… previously, they told me everything was included in the price. Full installation, everything is included. Jose at Four Seasons sold me a 2 pipe system, I paid for a 2 pipe system… where is my 2 pipe system!?! ALSO… Jose, NEVER offered me any rebates, didn’t give me any options on which furnace and AC I could buy, didn’t tell me he was selling me a UV air purifier, didn’t tell me how he planned to install the equipment, took advantage of me and upcharged. The metal work is terrible, I have air leaks coming out (see picture). I would not recommend buying from Four Seasons they are WAY too expensive. They just want to get their greedy hands your hard earned money and don’t act in the best interest of the customer. $18k for a furnace and AC that’s not installed correctly on a 2 bed condo that’s maybe 1,000 SF…

Start to finish I am happy with the service I received. Both the salesman an install crew called on time and were at my house as expected. Install took all day, cleaned up an removed any garbage / packaging from the equipment. New thermostat (Nest) is great, looking forward to having heat this winter and playing with all the bells and whistles.

Four Seasons gave us an excellent experience. We called because our AC unit abruptly stopped blowing cold air. John (VERY nice and professional) came out the same day, figured out the problem, and showed us everything, explaining exactly what had happened. Our 40-year-old furnaces heat exchanger had finally given up the ghost, and our 25-year-old AC was on its last legs (both were well past their expected service life, so we knew this day would come). From the time we made the first call to completion of the project took less than 36 hours.Next day, Donovan and Jeff showed up right on time with the new units. From before 10am to 9:30pm they worked right on through, completely replacing both furnace and AC, with new refrigerant lines, new gas line shutoff, new thermostat, even a liner for our chimney (required for our city and a good idea even if not required). They even handled the permits.The price was very reasonable for the work performed. D and J were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They left the area super clean. We are very happy with the whole experience and will definitely be using Four Seasons for our future HVAC needs.

The service rendered was cleaning all the ducts through out our home. And our technician (Dione) was extremely professional & knowledgeable. Whereas he explained everything he was doing but importantly why it needed to be done. My wife and I are very happy in the service we received from Four Seasons and would recommend them to all our family & friends.

Our AC compressor fried on a super hot day. We called at 7 in the morning and had a same day appointment for no additional charge. The service technician was prompt and explained that due to the age of the unit (16 years) that we were better off replacing it instead of trying to do a temporary fix. They had repaired it back in 2018. We feel we got a good price on the new unit with the installation being able to be done the same day in the afternoon. The installation technicians were courteous and didnt leave a mess behind. I cant say enough about how smooth every thing went. This is my go to heating and air conditioning company.

Eddy did a great job explaining not just how terribly dirty my outdoor AC unit was but also some details on the inner workings that were getting close the the the end of their useful life. I always appreciate people when they enjoy what they do and take the time to explain it a little bit. My AC unit was disgusting too and he told me I’m due up for an new one soon but didn’t try to pressure me too much to do it quite yet. He was honest and hard working and I think 4 seasons is a reputable company based on this and other experiences I’ve had in recent years since purchasing my first home in Burbank 5 years ago.

Heat was not working properly on a unit less than 3 years old. The technician Norbert quickly diagnosed the problem. A bird had gotten in the unit from the rooftop area . One removal and maintenance cleaning later all was well. Norbert expertly explained both the diagnostic process and the resolution. Nicely done.

I just wanted to have my furnace tuneup. I didnt know the difference in a boiler or a furnace. Fortunately the technician was able to handle both. He was quick and efficient.

My AC went completely out on a very hot day. I called Four Seasons in the early morning and they were able to schedule a same day visit to inspect and fix my AC. Once my AC was up and running I asked about duct and vent cleaning. They were able to quote a discounted price and schedule the cleaning for a time convenient to my schedule. Our air conditioner broke and Justin came to give us an estimate. He gave us a really good price and did everything he could so that we had it installed pretty fast. He also told us that we needed a bigger unit compared with what we had and that will help us save money on the electric bill. He was really professional and helpful. He was right, our electric bill this summer was much lower compared with the previous years. If you need help with air conditioner or heating Justin is your guy.

Update! Customer Service reached out me and offered 3 free additional years of maintenance visits, which I accepted. I really appreciated that they listened to my complaints and recommendations. I feel better as a customer and believe this a respectable company.The sales rep, customer service reps, and the techs were all great except for the first set of techs. The first set didnt install the furnace on cinder blocks like they were supposed to so the condensation ran down the furnace on to the basement floor. They also could not install the humidifier we paid for because the of an electric issue out of their scope. I spoke to a customer service rep and they scheduled another tech to come out the next day. He was professional and nice. He hooked the condensation pipe to the water line thats supposed to drain in the laundry drain sink, but due to gravity (furnace NOT on cinder blocks) it drained into a bucket that we had to empty twice daily for a week until our next fix the install appointment. Then a couple days later we noticed the cement pad from our old unit was on our back lawn. The first set of techs were supposed to take it. So I called customer service and told them. They scheduled another tech to come out the next day and pick it up. The tech came and picked it up. He was nice. He was upset the first set of techs did not take it. Then the last set of techs came and worked on the installation for over 6 hours. They were great! The even replaced the exhaust vent that was rusted and starting to make holes (think carbon monoxide) the first set of techs did not do! So that sums up my install. Very annoying!

I am so impressed with four seasons heating and cooling. As soon as they walked in the door they went to work to access what the problem was. Robert and Nicholas were able to diagnose and fix my AC issue that two other companies were unable to. Robert explained everything to me so it made sense. They were honest and up front about pricing and explained what my best options were. It was refreshing to work with people with common sense and simple solutions. I highly recommend Four Seasons.

Awesome company great tech! Within 24 hours my air conditioning was repaired and I was saved from the heat. Professional and courteous the tech arrived within the window and called when he was on his way. He wore booties in the house if you are worried about that and was even nice to my dog. Despite what I was warned the service was not extravagantly expensive.

Actually had two different teams for installation, as our home has two different systems. The first team replaced an air conditioner that was paired with an existing furnace. That installation was impressively quick; new AC was up and running by about 11 am after an arrival just before 8. Installer was polite, friendly and informative. The second team arrived after noon to replace an existing furnace and air conditioner. They ran into some “glitches”, among them darkness, as they didn’t complete their work until after 10 pm. We haven’t actually put the new equipment to the test, but are impressed with the apparent quality of the work. The second team was polite and respectful, and we appreciate that they made a point of carefully cleaning up after their work.

The install was great. Had to do much more work for good pricing, given I hire Four Seasons for all my HVAC needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed a new Air Handler and AC. I called Four Seasons out and agreed to work with them on June 10. I understand that they were busy at that time, a lot of people’s AC were going out. So the soonest they could come out and start the work was June 29. The salesperson said it would take 4-6 hours to complete everything. After 6 hours the crew was not completed with the Air Handler and still had not done the AC. They scheduled to come out again, most companies will have the same crew come out the next day, but not Four Seasons. The soonest they could send the crew out was July 6. The crew that came out on the July 6, started out by saying that they did not know how to install an air handler. The crew I originally had was able to come out on July 9, but were given the wrong equipment to install. I was so frustrated that I had them remove what little they did install and will be going with a more professional company. Four Seasons does not respect their client’s time. I had to adjust my schedule at work for 3 days for a project that was quoted to take 4-6 hours. Not only that but 30 days after agreeing to the service, they still were not able to complete the service. I emailed the salesperson letting them know my frustrations, there was little to no response. DO NOT GO WITH FOUR SEASON!!!!! It will be a waste of your time and money.

I have used Four Seasons for years and always had great service. Until now. Over the summer, my furnace started leaking water. The Four Seasons technician told me I had a frozen coil and refilled my air conditioner with freon. $724. I was told that I should consider replacing the air conditioner and given a $7000 ballpark price. The next day, a pompous salesman called me asking if I was ready to buy that air conditioner yet. How rude! Approximately one month later, the furnace leaked water again. I had a different company come out and determine that I had a clogged line and he cleaned the line and solved the problem. By the way, the air conditioner had plenty of freon and there was no evidence of a frozen coil. Very disappointed!

The best in the business! They are honest and professional. I got hustled by Blue twice so I called 4 seasons. They found several leaks, something Blue said I probably have. I had a whole new AC system installed and now I have powerful cooling. Trust these men and women! A++

Never call them. A guy came to my house and claimed I needed to pay 6,000 dollars to replace my unit. I was on a conference call and I stopped my call to call my neighbors. They only used 2000 dollars. I told that guy to f out! This is the worst company you can imagine. They pay a lot on advertising. All the costs go to the customers!!!!

The technician (Shawn) did an excellent job of installing my furnace and condensing unit. He worked alone and was very meticulous. He paid attention to details which lead to a flawless installation. He did an excellent job of staging the job site and put away his tools when done with them. He didn’t damage my floor moving the new furnace to basement. I gave him a clean space to work and he left it that way. I am a licensed mechanical engineer so I am speaking from experience gained sitting on job sites for months inspecting contractors work. Shawn is a technician you should be proud to have working for you.

I completely forgot about the appointment and was not prepared when the technician showed up. He was very understanding and waited for me to get situated. He then got right to work. He patiently explained what he was doing and what I needed to be aware of in keeping the equipment in top working order. One of the things I liked about the technician is he made me aware of things without the high pressure sales tactics my previous maintenance company employed, which is why I changed companies. I don’t want to invite someone into my home who then relentlessly sells me services I don’t need. The amount of anxiety I experienced due to the service technician upselling caused that company to lose a longtime customer. I have been using Four Seasons for a couple of years, and their technicians are polite and professional. I will definitely continue to use Four Seasons.

Absolutely the worst HVAC company out there.Bought a new ac and furnace from them.First off they do not offer next day installation and do not honor their guarantee that they beat any offer by $500.00 .I have another quote for the exact same ac and furnance and the best they could do was match the price?They were out at my house 9 times to insall the units correctly.This took over 4 weeks???I had to miss over 4 days of work ....They do not have qualified installers and technicians....Any other company out there has to be better equipped to handle this type of work.I do not know how they got this large??I wish I had never called them and belived in them..

He called prior to his arrival, came prepared with the required ladder needed to access the air conditioning unit, and more. He came inside to inspect the hearing system and confirmed my air filters were placed in there incorrectly and showed me the proper way to install. He also provided advice on my air ducts and the cleaning that needs to take place. He left me with a few flyers and suggestions as to how often to get this cleaned/tuned up. They installed my new furnace and AC unit 8 years and did a great job. I had them clean both units every year to keep the warranty in effect. A few months ago it stopped working properly... they determined it was very low on freon and had a leak. The entire system has a 10 year warranty so its covered, but they did require a substantial fee for the cost of the freon and die to find the leak. After discussing my concerns with management they did the right thing and covered most of the repair which included replacing the A coil where the leak occurred. I can appreciate how management worked with me to find a viable solution to my concerns and I consider Four Seasons to be an honorable company.

The electricians were very pleasant and professional. They could not actually find the problem but they did a thorough look to see what the possibilities could be. The electrician suggested I might need to upgrade my circuit breaker box. However he wanted to make sure there wasn’t a condenser problem in the air conditioner first so he suggested the AC guy come in and take a look.The AC tech that came out the next day said It was not the compressor. The AC tech was extremely professional, he double checked everything. He said he didn’t see the problem either! He told me I should use a lighter filter for the furnace not the real thick ones and see if that helps. He put me at ease. the technicians on both days were very good.Even though they came out two days I was charged only the $85 for the device call so I thought that was extremely nice and fair since the problem actually was not resolved.However, they put me at ease. I could still use the circuit breaker and not worry about a fire.The problem was: The AC circuit would trip after every heavy rain and we had five heavy rains in a row.No water was found in the circuit breaker box. My circuit breaker box is about 15 years old maybe a little older but it’s still operational all of the circuits are fine and even the AC Circuit works but it sparked the 3rd time I tried to reset it. That is why I called for service.

Tech Kyle was professional and performed a detailed maintenance on 2 furnaces within an hour. He was courteous, provided a summary of his findings and suggestions, and treated my home with respect I have used Four Seasons for many years and found them always professional, responsive and competent and therefore I will continue to use their services.

These guys were great. They are the third supplier I had come out in the past year and the first time I felt a technician looked at the issues and gave me a confident evaluation that both made sense and had a plan to remedy. Amazing experience with Four Seasons. Moved into a new house where we were unable to have the AC inspected, due to it being winter at the time. Was told that the AC was 22 years old and most likely not going to be in good shape. Spring rolled around and we tested the AC -- sure enough, it wasnt working. Called Four Seasons and they were able to come out 1 full business day later to inspect. Showed up right on time and after inspection, opted to install a new unit. Only a few hours later, the same day, they showed up with a brand new unit. Set up a small tent outside to work through the rain. The guys were extremely professional and helpful to explain everything to me. They were in and out in just a few hours. Everything works perfectly now. Thanks so much, Four Seasons!

Were very pleased with the technicians knowledge of the Lennox products.It took John just a matter of seconds to figure out the issue with our A/C and the problem was resolved within minutes.To think we were without the A/C for four weeks.Its great to work with a company that have well trained and knowledgeable technicians on staff.In my opinion this saves time, money and frustration.We have in the past used services from other companies. Even though the first pair of geniuses they sent out pretty much lied to me stating they didn’t have all the equipment they needed so I should reschedule for another day but the actual truth was that they just didn’t want to do the repair as it would have taken several hours to do the work and they just didn’t want to. We’ve been without air conditioning since 2009 and now that we finally have it things have been better. Gabriel was so nice and understanding I couldn’t have asked for a better installer. AC was making a strange and annoying sound. Miguel diagnosis was the unit needed to be throughly cleaned. Disassembled unit and completely cleaned out all debris, checked clearance of all parts. Sprayed all dirt that was clogging filters and reassembled unit. Unit had not operated this quietly since new. Outstanding job by Miguel. He is a credit to company. Very professional and explained clearly what he thought needed to be done.

They charged me $940 for the price for Mitco Dual Run Capacitor that is sold for $15 stand alone and AC Hard Start Kit that is average $35. The repair and installation cost was $85!! So really they priced up the parts beyond imagination. The repair person had no better response than asking me to make a decision soon either way and the customer service team could NOT address the issue of their pricing. This company certainly knows how to take advantage of global warming on a day when it feels like 97 degrees!! One star for showing up in the time frame they mentioned theyll show up.

From sales to installation the experience with Four Seasons has been a pleasant and painless one. Everbody from sales (Luis) to the technicians (Jeromine, Irving) were super nice and professional. I have had an ongoing issue with a Freon leak in one of my AC units. The technicians have been very thoughtful, attentive and responsive at every step of the way. We are getting near a solution and they make sure that the AC is working well in the interim. Great company. We have been using them for 15 years!

Called 8/21 and was able to get an appt same day. Technician Joe with Four Seasons was excellent. Arrived on time. Quick fix and my central a/c is working again. I will have Four Seasons perform maintenance on A/C and furnace in the future.

Gregory reviewed our client service file and He was very thoughtful to ask if we still wanted a air duct cleaning and worked with his office to offer us a savings on this service in the future. So last week 4 SEASONS came to repair my neighbors ac unit. The same day while on walk with my dog I found a 3x3 feet concrete slab across the street from my house. I went on my home monitoring and found out one of the workers took my neighbors concrete slab from under the repaired unit and DUMPED it in the forest preserve. I quickly called the 4 SEASONS spoke with manager and told him it was van numbered P810 and his worker dumped concrete plate across the street where I live, he answered I WILL SEE WHAT I CAN DO ABOUT IT and hung up. Its been a week amd the plate is still there. If you dont believe it come see. Intersection of Berteau and Pittsburgh in Chicago. I dont know how is their work but I know for sure that I you want to have construction garbage thrown around your neighborhood CALL THEM. FYI concrete recycling is free at every dumpyard.

We called because we were having a problem with our air conditioner turning on. Four Seasons came and assessed the problem the day we called. They were very polite and professional. Turns out we needed a new furnace installed. Patrick and his co-worker came out 5 days later and installed out new furnace. I would highly recommend their services!

The whole experience from sales to installation went smoothly. The installers I got were fantastic, and you can tell that they take pride in doing the job right. Made sure everything was perfect and running smoothly, provided me feedback on how some new features and maintenance.

Tech were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, they explained everything they were going to do and started right in. They worked and kept us informed of their progress. They cleaned up when they were done. We have used Four Seasons several times in the past and have always had great techs.

Easy to talk with an actual person with issues/appointments every time calling in. Prompt response to evaluate broken AC unit on two occasions. Fixed once and would give 5 stars for that appointment. Later suggested replacement on second appointment. Replacement completed within 48 hrs. Very professional. Only reason not 5 stars is ran behind scheduled 4-7 pm appointment for the install. Arrived ~7:30 pm, but to their credit still did the installation into the evening and didnt require a rescheduled.

Replaced both furnace and ac unit. Impressed by technician, Dennis. On time, professional, helpful. He did couple tests to ensure proper functioning of both systems and took time to explain everything in detail.
