He came out to assess and replace the unit, was very helpful, explained everything in detail and spent extra time running tests. Pricing was straight forward and cheaper than other estimates. Superb spring AC maintenance check! On time as usual with a call ahead prior. These guys were very friendly and conversant. They made several useful recommendations for consideration in addition to the maintenance/inspection performed. I like how they keep a detailed record of visits and equipment history electronically along with emailing receipts of work performed and recommended.

They can be counted on to do the job right, and even corrected errors that another company made with an AC installation on my sisters house. We were told that a tech would be here in the morning and unlike some other companies that weve worked with, the tech came early in the morning. He introduced himself and explained everything that was happening and what he was going to do. Even with having to go a pickup a new motor, the job was done quickly, thoroughly and professionally.

I needed an A/C repair on my outside unit and replacement. I had an estimate done for a complete A/C system replacement, since the system was 14 yrs old, and decided to have the entire system replaced. I was later on notified of time and date for the service and they came at the agreed time and installed my garage door with much professionalism. Our A/C went out mid-day on a Friday. The relay switch failed and back-fed into my thermostat killing it. Called Titan Heating & Air Conditioning and Jose came out earlier than promised and was able to quickly diagnose, repair, and provide meaningful recommendations. Great job and will only use them going forward as they are local, honest, and got the job complete without issue.

The technician sent to me was super great. He fixed my capacitor for my furnace system and also told me about the future stuff which need to be fixed. As soon as I called, he was there at my place in 25 mins. He explained all the issues with present furnace and gave valuable suggestions. He fixed only what needed to be fixed and the furnace is working great now. Recommended!!

Just terrible! If I could give this place no stars I would.The first red flag was when the guy quoted us a price for the job, only for him to quote something else when we called to schedule the job (our mistake for not getting a written quote). The second flag was when he didn’t show up at the confirmed appt time and stayed longer which inconvenienced our entire day. The third flag is him not being prepared and having the equipment we needed to finish the job! Last but not least, he left without turning our hot water back on and still haven’t sent us a receipt to a job that was 4 days ago!!!Just terrible!!!! Never again!!!

My furnace had an issue so I submitted a quote request to Titan Heating & Air Conditioning through their website. They got back to me the same day and informed me that they would have a person out ASAP. Johnny came out on time and was able to quickly diagnose my issue, got the heat back up and running. Great service, professional, and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

100% scammed by them. Took $200 for diagnoses and never returned. The main office never answered the phone after the $200 was received.
