From the first time I contacted them until today 9/26/2020 completing an installment of a new central air unit and a furnace at my residence, this company has completely exceeded my expectations. Jon and his team (Nate and George) were amazing from beginning to end. Jon quoted me a price over the phone and when they came out to assess my boiler needs the price didn’t change, no upcharging. I was given a window of time for install day, they showed up right on time, no waiting around. The install was difficult, had to get the new boiler under a built deck, through a crawl space, they made it look easy. My husband stayed down with them the entire time and they never made him feel like he was in the way, answered all his questions and were personable and nice throughout. At the end of install, Jon found an issue with two of our vents. Again, instead of pressuring or trying to up-sell, he simply said he’d send a quote, which he promptly did. It’s extremely reasonable and we’re definitely calling them in to fix the minor vent repairs. We are overall very pleased with Jon and his team and wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.

I cannot express in mere words how grateful I am to Jon and his Tech for their work on my 2-flat air conditioning repairs. They saved my sanity while considering the impact to my wallet! The rehab contractor made a mess of the A/C install by placing the units on the roof without prepping them for use and the wiring was incomplete!! Thermostats were not even hooked up and wiring to the units was all wrong! Chatham Comfort assessed the issues from the panel to the thermostat to the units and step by step explained and fixed each problem they encountered - and they were numerous. Jon explained what should have been done and what he was going to do to fix it BEFORE he did the work. He also gave me options to consider based on risk and cost. Chatham Comfort is nothing short of a blessing. I placed a 5p call, on the Saturday between Christmas and New Years Day; to say that my boiler has made its transition. John inspected the boiler, confirmed that a new 295,000 BTU model is needed; and got the guys, Nate and George, in to drain, disassemble, and remove the 25 year old boiler.In spite of the holiday season logistical challenges (distributors inventory availability and the ability to deliver new order on New Years Eve) our new unit is now professionally and courteously installed within 2 working days. The team will come back out tomorrow to change a radiator valve and install the thermostat.UPDATE:My radiator required more than a valve change. John located a radiator, got it prepped and installed. The old radiator was removed expertly.Would definitely recommend Chatham Comfort to everyone.

Chatham Comfort Controls did an excellent job installing new furnaces and ductwork in my 3 unit building. The work was done on time and to the specifications of the contract. I would be happy to have them do any other work on my building in the future.

It would be a good idea to check with other servicers before hiring CCC. My fiancee was able to find a Google Guaranteed company that charged us $180 less to install a circuit board to our furnace than what CCC charges. The owner Jon came into my home and was pretty arrogant while offering me useless sarcastic remarks regarding the last HVAC Techs error. Even calling him a Handyman as a professional myself, I viewed his disposition as unproductive and distractive. Also, Jon did not properly reinstall the board or thermostat how he found it after disconnecting for diagnosis. Two stars for this company for early arrival and wearing shoe covers.

Shortly after, he scheduled an appointment for him and his team to come out on the following Tuesday at 9 am. They arrived at about 8:50 am ready to work! He told me when he would come to install my brand new furnace.He was there just as he had said with 2 other courteous and tidy installers. They tore out and installed my furnace and finished the job the same day.I dont usually write reviews but this time I wanted to let others know that there are outstanding business people in our neighborhood. We were having problems with our furnance on the coldest day of 2014. Chatham Comfort Control was recommended to come out an look at the furnance. Jon the owner came out he was very knowledge and professional. I told him I would call him later in the year to replace the furnance. I called him in Sepetember to get an estmiate on a furnance, air conditioner,water heater and humidfier. I received 3 estimate and chose Climate Comfort Control. Jon and his staff came out in October and completed all the work in a very professional manner. There was no clean up left for me, everything was removed.
