When I saw they were here the most, I thought they had to be good. He was very professional. He provided different options for my unit. He took time to explain the differences. I needed a window unit air conditioner installed, which is slightly outside of the scope and practice of most HVAC companies. Aircor obliged, though. Aircor came out to my business to maintain the A/C. Our old A/C guy moved out of IL and we needed to find a new company. Aircor did a fantastic job. Their service tech was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was running in tip top shape. We signed on for their year contract and will be using them again when it is time to clean and check the furnace for Winter. Am very happy with the service we received.

Our AC died over the weekend so I called Aircor and they came out within an hour to test the unit. We opted to purchase a new unit rather than repair the dinosaur we had. They came out, first thing, after the holiday and had the new unit up and running in a couple of hours. Were very pleased with their work.

They were quick, responsive and offered great service at a good price. They were even patient while I tried to do some quick price comparisons, and in the end they were offering the best price for the work. Aircor came to our house to repair a furnace under warranty. Bottom line - our furnace was working again within 8 hours of placing a call to Trane. The technician showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour appointment window and was very nice, polite and professional. Excellent service. However, they did not/could not provide an itemized breakdown of costs. I requested one, but was told they are only given the total cost. I dont know if this is a function of a warranty call or just the way Aircor does their invoices. And when its 20 degrees outside and your furnace doesnt work, you dont really have the choice to quabble about pricing. Wish they would change this invoicing system.

Excellent customer service! The staff here was very professional and knowledgeable. The technician they sent over at our place was efficient and friendly. Worst-case scenario: heating quits 1/30 when temp hit -23 outside. Aircor squeezed us in that night (1030P) and their crew quickly figured out why and got the heat back on while explaining what they did and how we can avoid similar issue in the future. Allied for air conditioning system unit quote as I have no working unit. Person who answered the phone confirmed they can not quote as it is out of their district even though their google info states they handle cook county. Surprised they would pass on such a large potential sale. Could have also suggested another option but was uninterested in my business.

On the coldest day in 2019, our furnace broke down. When we called AirCor we were told we were the last on the list since they were extremely busy. Javier, our tech, called hours before our appointment that he was available. He was very courteous and diagnosed the issue right away. Very professional, on-time, fixed the issue right away. AirCon responded right away with a request to install a humidifier! It was installed, tested up and running with no problems within 2 hours! Id recommend this company without hesitation! I hope not to have anymore issues with my heating and air conditioning, but if I do I know who I can count on!

Aircor showed up on time and fixed my leaking humidifier. They offered me to replace or service, and I choose servicing based on my budget, the solution was affordable. The technicians were friendly & professional and wore booties, over their shoes which was appreciated! They also helped answer questions about using the humidifier. Theyve installed my ac and furnace and charged extra $400 for extra warranty. . My ac and furnace broke down within 5 years.My furnace broke down last year and theyve refused to fix. Ive ended paying more money to get a new furnace with another company. Ive complained at the state attorneys office and they still work in on the case. This people dont have any clue about how to install anything correctly so furnace and air- conditioner break down very fast. Also they dont know how to wire because they dont have any certification for electrical work. DO NOT CALL THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS AND CLUELESS. Pay little more and get a better company.

We found our A/C unit was not doing anything when we turned it on. A friend recommended Javier and he was the one who came to our house to look at it. Aircor was recommended by my condo association as my AC was leaking and flooding my downstairs neighbor. Javier was able to come after normal business hours to give a quick, straightforward diagnosis and estimate. Both the service call to provide the estimate ($75 which was creditable toward service) and the estimate itself were lower than a few others I had received. The two technicians, Luis and (another) Javier, were able to come in the next day at a time I specified. They arrived on time, got the job done quickly (3.5 hours from an estimated 3 to 5), tested thoroughly, and were respectful of my space keeping doors closed and cleaning up afterwards. Although I would hope not to need their service again any time soon, I would gladly recommend to anyone else in need.

We were having problems with our AC, and we had a contracted service with another HVAC company. They gave us the run-around and we were stuck without AC during the hottest month of the year. After a personal recommendation for Aircor, they were able to make it out to our house the same day. It turned out that our furnace had broken down, and Aircor had a tech come out the next day to replace it.The tech noticed some of the coils were rusted, and he cleaned them for us after he installed the new furnace.After he was done with that. I asked if he could install an Ecobee that we had not had the chance to get installed. Our former service said that the unit was a dud, and I was planning on getting it warrantied, but I decided to see if Aircor could see if it was really broken. It was not... we were missing the wiring needed, and the unit has been working flawlessly.We are very happy with our new furnace and new thermostat. Aircor is prompt, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended! A++++

Aircor did a great job installing a new water heater for me in a fairly tight spot plus they stuck to the exact quoted price even though the installation took a bit longer than they were expecting. Later, they came back out for free when I thought I smelled gas to check for leaks. All three times they came to my apartment they were on time which I really appreciate!

We called on Friday to make an appointment to have a technician come and look at our furnace. They set up and appointment for the same day. Pablo came out told us our motor needed to be replaced and they could order the part and have it installed by Monday. I had an appointment window of 10am-12pm. Pablo was here not too long after 10 despite the snow fall we had this morning. He replaced our motor and bled our radiators. The radiators that werent heating up are now warming up. I am extremely satisfied with them and Pablo. We definitely will be setting up a service contract with them so they can come yearly.EDITWe had our pilot light go out on Tuesday morning and had a technician there in about an hour or two to look it over and turn it back on. Saul showed made sure everything was working properly and showed my father how to turn the pilot light back on. Early in the afternoon the pilot light went back out. Pablo came back to and made sure everything was installed and working properly. He even replaced the thermocouple (he replaced it when he replaced our motor) to be on the safe side. Well at 7 that same night the pilot light went back out and I texted Pablo and he said would be there at 9am on Wednesday. He came yesterday and looked at everything and it was all in order. He also went outside to look at our chimney cap. Well we have the wrong cap that isnt covered enough where a draft can come down the chimney and turn off the pilot light. He suggested we replace it with a more covered chimney cap. We will definitely be contacting them when the weather is warmer to get that replaced. This company is very easy to deal with and their technicians are great especially Pablo.

Our AC was broken and had to hire Aircors service to have it fixed immediately. Luckily they were quick to comply and sent their technician over. He managed to fix the outside fan which was the reason why the AC broke down. I am glad to have their service and would also recommend them.

I paid for the AC and Furnace is am stuck with one more visit.they were scheduled to come back and I was scheduled for 4-6 pm. I called at 5:30 to confirm the technician would arrive on time and was told yes. At 6:48 I called them and nobody knew where Javier was. He called at 6:50 mumbling about complications at the last site. He was 30 minutes away. So I had to reschedule.The person who answers the phone said she was remote and not with the technician. as though that excuses the fact that nobody had the courtesy to call me and let me know he was going to be ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES. late on a Friday night. She did not contact him to see where he was and he did not tell her that he was running one hour behind. Very disappointed.DO NOT RECOMMEND!
