Ive gotten my nails done in this salon a few other occasions and Ive noticed the people who work here in general are friendly and kind.They have great product and service. They were also welcoming and kind. Will definitely go back.

She takes extra time and really lets the color take. Great service, good price, very nice atmosphere.Very relaxing! Very efficient on time and attention to detail

Finest Nail has excellent customer service and they take their time and you don’t feel rushed. They don’t rush you in and out. You are paying for quality service there that you won’t receive at any other nail salon. I go out of my way to the grassfield area just to get quality service they provide

Ive been going here for almost a year now and Ive never had a bad experience. I mostly get shellac but sometimes fake fillers, and theyve always lasted at least two weeks.

Driven by a bunch and finally decided to stop in to treat myself and my mom for Mother’s Day. Got the deluxe spa pedicure with paraffin and a mani. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely come back.

Got the Volcano Pedi with Ms. Bui. She was amazing and if you go here you should definitely ask for her!

They messed up my nails at first but corrected the issue next day free of charge. My nails look pretty now. And they made sure a bunch of times when I came back that what was being done is what I wanted. I got a french mani & pedi.

It’s very expensive compared to anywhere else I get my nails done at a simple full set is $40 for a short length they don’t have conversations with the costomer or answer questions when there asked I feel like they are cheating me out of my money

Kimmy was very kind. I got a mani & pedi with gel polish (it came to $60) which I thought was reasonable. Kimmy was sweet, always making sure I was comfortable. 0/10 I do NOT recommend this place! This was my first time coming here and I got my nails done by the older gentleman. They did get me in as soon as I walked in the door and their prices are cheaper than most places. But the quality is not worth it! I had my nails redone twice and it still looks sloppy. There are bubbles and uneven polish on all of my nails, and they are cut unevenly. When redoing some of my nails, he only put one coat of polish on so you can see my nail underneath. Planning on taking the polish off and redoing everything myself. Definitely dont recommend!!

Left pretty disappointed. Most likely will not return, after just my second fill there. Tech argued with me over colors matching. They simply do not match at all and the design (VERY SIMPLE COMMON colors and glitter) I showed them is not at all what I left with.

Simple set of nails are too complicated for them. $30 individual lashes lasted less than 5 minutes! Lady can’t shape nails. Encapsulated nails look elementary.

I came here two weeks ago from out of state and got a gel manicure. It’s was great so thinking I found a new place to go to here in Virginia, I came back today to get the same service as two weeks ago and also a gel pedicure. THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE THE PRICE!! I told the lady who was a different lady that it was literally twice as much as just two weeks ago and she just nodded her head and ran my card! I will NEVER go back to them again! A regular mani pedi was $100 are you kidding me!? Never again!

Definitely not worth a $45 pedicure for a guy. 3 Stars because of Covid!

I love this nail salon. Its not just the quality of the manicures and pedicures they provide, but also the friendliness of their staff. I have been here twice now, and I plan on coming back regularly

I got my nails done here by an older woman and she gave me the wrong color and when I said something she just commented on how short my nails were and continued working.

If I could give a negative 3 stars I would. First I asked for a full set and she told me it would take too long and did a fill in instead. Second, I asked for a pedicure and was charged and extra $20.00 to take the polish off my toes. The results were subpar at best, wasted $125 for a simple fill and pedicure. I will never patronize this place again. Run away from this place..

Ive been getting my nails done for 10+ years. This was the worst nail job Ive ever had. They were also ridiculously priced I paid $50 for a fill! That my 6 year old son could have done a better job on. Its been 3 day, the gel polish... yes GEL that you pay extra for is chipped off. I have more on my skin then my fingers. I will NEVER be back.

It’s not even worth the money. Look normally I don’t give one star reviews but I actually wanna give them zero stars but this is me on my nicest day. My mom and I came in on Friday for our hands and feet done and the guy behind the counter did my full set and didn’t even know what casket nails/ballerina nails are i had to show him a picture and didn’t even do it right and he completely rushed on my feet. Unbelievable he’s lucky that he got a tip because I wouldn’t. Like I said they only get a one star and this is the nicest thing I can say if it was up to me they get a zero and I’m never coming back here again. They completely lost my business. I normally give them a shout out on my social media but this place is not even worth it. If you want your nails accurately done don’t go here 💯

Me and my wife got a pedicure and scrub and we enjoyed it immensely.

I will never go here again. I went to get a builders gel refill. The gel was put on too thick so when it was time to cure under the UV light, it burned my nail beds terribly. They rushed through my services, they cut my toenails weird during the pedicure (they didnt cut them straight at all), I had nail polish and gel on the sides of my fingers. It was sloppy and I felt like I was inconveniencing them. It was an awful experience.

They made me wait 30mins after 7pm just to tell me they can not accommodate me. Completely disrespectful af! I WILL NEVER RETURN!

It was Horrible! My white tip was uneven. I also had polish all on my fingers. I told them i was in happy and asked for a refund and the manager said Well Im the manager and Im not giving you back your money. You already got the manicure.. They make you pay before you get the paint so they can rush you over and not give you back your money. DONT GO HERE IYS TERRIBLE! My sister also got a full set here when visiting and all her nail broke off within the 2 weeks doing normal activities. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Poor quality, crooked and poorly shaped nails, extremely too thick, nails look unatural, yellowing already and seemed inexperienced.Its the first time Ive gotten my nails done in 3 years... I will never go here again. She argued with me about how high I wanted my tips being me thats not how people get them, they are so i credibly think k that i cant pick anything up, the shape is flat and straight out instead of a natural curvature of a natural nail, she did not file the underneath to get rid of the excess acrylic, and for the finishing, I wanted the buffing cream like Ive done for 15 years and at first she said they dont have it (when I could clearly see the pink buffing drill) and then when another employee said that she did have it, she argued with me that it doesnt stay shiny (absolutely not true-life is actually my favorite finish because of the length of time it keeps my nails shiny). She insisted on putting gel on the top of my acrylic and Ive never done it before so I agreed. I walked out with crooked shaped nails that I had to reshape once I got home. Additionally, less that 24 hours later, my nails are already starting to yellow. Never again.

What I learned from today was that, you better be happy with the first color of shellac nail you choose, if you go back unhappy with your color to get it changed, the whole vibe and attitude will change towards you. As of today I wont be going back. The looks and treatment I got from the older ladies (except for the one who changed my color) was very unpleasant. I was a loyal customer for a long time and thats the treatment I got .... I paid a total of 83 dollars all in one day... Smh

I was waiting for 30 mins to get a pedicure and nail polish change . A Caucasian woman came in and they provided her services before me . Never will I go to this shop again. This was my first and last time going there
