Horrible customer service, when I ordered the machine I specifically asked if I needed to refuel. No we take care of all that, you dont have to fill it up when you are done. Its all part of the priceCome to find out they will refuel it for the price of $8+ per gallon. Never recived a copy of the contract on delivery. I rented the machine for the weekend and had to call 4 times before they came to pick it up (I spoke with the same person all 4 times)..... sat in my driveway Almost 30 days and then the tried to charge me for having it so long. This riview is not for blue line rental as a company, only for the Haverhill location. They will never get business from me or my company again. Wich is a shame because we were looking for a new rental company to rent all our equip. Save yourself alot of trouble and just call sunbelt rentals.
