A young man did my nails and Im not sure what kind of powder they use for acrylic nails but it COMPLETELY RUINED my natural nails. I have been getting acrylics for years and have never had any acrylics rip my ENTIRE NAIL off. I also feel the nail tech put too thick of a layer on my nail and that could be why they will not budge. Ive been soaking them for hours in acetone and they are either stuck or I am forced to just rip them completely off along with my natural nail. (sorry for being so graphic) I was really impressed with their prices but Im thinking Id rather spend a few extra dollars for safer products and a nail tech who is a little more careful with my nails . Would not recommend unfortunately.

Not being from here, I was thrilled when I found Lucy. She was like a breathe of fresh air. I’ve been going to the shop exclusively since I started. Never went anywhere else even if I did not like something I chucked it up but still remained a loyal customer. I don’t complain much and kinda dislike when people aren’t given chances, so I feel that my review is warranted.On two separate occasions I allowed a young man to do my nails. Again, never had any issues so I didn’t mind. I prefer Lucy but I can understand how that can be so I’m not too picky. The first time the job was ok but I had a lot of lifting that I normally don’t have and I broke a nail. When he repaired the nail it bleed underneath and he just put the new nail on top which caused the blood to pool around my cuticle. Next time I went back I was ushered to him again with two broken nails. My last fill was done by the older man who does a good job too, and I have no broken nails just one that’s lifting a little. So I went in today to get a fill. The shop was not full just one lady in the chair that Lucy was tending to. We said greetings and I was asked what I was getting. I said a fill and was told to have a seat with the younger man. I politely declined stating that I did not like the way he did my nails and asked if I could wait for Lucy since there was no one else other the two. I was told that if he messes up they will not charge me or will discount. Which would be acceptable but I had already had two bad experiences with this guy. I politely declined and walked out disappointed. I offered to come back or schedule with someone other than him and was still pushed towards him. Customer service is granting the customers wishes, after all it is our money that pays your bills. Reviews and word of mouth can hurt your future business. I’m saddened because I now have to find another nail technician. Or... not wear them at all. In reading the other reviews he seems to be mentioned as well.

Lucy is awesome! She can also do your lashes well too. They also have the best prices in the area.If one of the other techs messes up, then just go back, and they will gladly fix it.I often see customers trying to take advantage of Lucy’s kindness which is frustrating, and that is my only complaint. She is so kind that she apologizes and tries to help the best way she can.

First time. I got my nails done by an older gentleman who was quiet and did my nails beautifully. Coffin cut, smooth edges and a simple neutral colorSecond time a younger fellow who when I asked if something was suppose to burn.i mean burn to where you have to move your hands to make it better. He said yes. I have gotten nails done multiple times and it never did . The design I chose and the design I got were very different. none the less I paid without a complaint. I will admit they are cute just not what I asked for .They are extremely accommodating and were very polite . So give them a chance, just ask for Lucy or the older gentleman whose name I will get soon . They have been wonderful.

Would not recommend, they did a poor job on my nails and left my under nail covered in polish and leftover gel.

We were walk ins for pedicures. It was me and my 9 year old daughter. We were greeted immediately and taken to our chairs. The man who was taking care of my 9 year old was awesome. He had her laughing and smiling the whole time. We have beautiful toes, and they were great. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

This is a great place! I stopped in for facial waxing. There were stations for manis, spa chairs for pedis. Lots of nail polish! The doors are not automatic. There seems to be enough room to get a regular size w/c to the back where the pedis and waxes are. There is one station in front that looked like it was facing the correct direction so a w/c of larger size could pull up in the right direction. The only complaint I have is that the chair I sat on had wheels and I didnt know it. The woman said she had it, but it was scary, and I should have looked first. The woman who waited on me was very nice. She only did the waxing where I wanted, not creating more need. She was upset that others were doing that. (Me too!) She also charged half what I pay in other shops and did a fantastic job!

Very nice and clean nail salon. Super friendly staff and very helpful. I don’t often get pedicures or manicures, so needless to say I had some questions. Daniel helped me choose the best pedicure treatment and was amazingggg to say the least. Very personable and he did a great job on my pedicure. I will definitely be going back!

So bad. They were training a new girl and she had no idea what she was doing. I just got a regular manicure. I had to ask her to trim my cuticles and ask for the massage that she forgot. She applied the coats WAY too thick and it immediately smudged after I left from pressure. They also charged me $20 and never mentioned that this girl was new. She told me it was her fourth day and she was 15. Never going back there. I don’t blame the girl, but the management. If someone is training it should be discounted or something. NO ONE supervised her either so I had to reassure her constantly. Total mess.

Great first time experience! Daniel was wonderful! He was quiet but that’s how I like it during my pedicures so I can enjoy my massage which was amazing!

Went in for first time today for a lip wax. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Great service, good price and excellent job. Also, the wax had a nice coffee aroma 😉.

1 Q nails has the worst customer service ever. The owners (husband and wife) have terrible attitudes without correction. Today was my final time spending my money in this nail salon.

Ive been going here for years and here recently they have starting getting over on people. They over charge and havent been doing good on my nails or feet. All my nails was a different shape and when i went back to have them fixed the husband gave me a hard time but they fixed them after making me sit there for hours. I pay for the mood polish so after they got done filing them she didnt polish the tip back so needless to say when they change color you can really notice. I pay to much money on my nails and feet to keep having them messed up! Only gave them one star bc i have to but NO STARS FOR THEM!!!

I got my eye brows done here and the lady did wonderful on my eyebrows, I let her know how I like it usually (I moved and this is closer to the one I usually go to) and I was impressed. I then came back with one of my girl friends to do a pedi date, I was glad they had the color I was looking for;however, the pedicure I paid 40$ for was not worth it. The nail police only adds onto the experience. The pedicure was done halfway. I work as a server and am on my feet often, they did not do a good job with them. I would only come back for eyebrow service.

The lady who did my eyebrows has no sense of the decade we live in. She waxed my eyebrows extremely thin. I used to have beautiful shaped eyebrows and she made then into little lines the way everyone liked them back in the late 90s early 2000s. I should have never trusted that place especially since she had tiny eyebrows too. Ughh I had to seek out an expensive 30 dollar eyebrow kit so I can cover up the damage. Never go back here ever again.

I have been to these ppl 5 times. & The first experience was the mom was doing my nails but as soon as someone came in she knew she threw me off on the husband. Without saying anything. The husband did a good job so I didnt complain. The next few visit i had was with the young boy Im guessing the son. He was ruff on my hands like jerking my hand and the son even gave me a price of 40 for a reg pedi with gel polish. So I told him no Ill just do reg polish. He goes And and get the gel polish & I said no I dont want to pay 40. & the mother said 22 with gel polish. I said ok. I picked the color and wanted to add another color & the young man got an attitude. The mother says he say you didnt want gel. I told her he told me it was 40 I told him no, now you saying 22. Im confused. you cant even see the glitter on my toe even though had a ugly experience I go back the same day because i broke my nail I set with the farther this time because I refused to go to the son. He asked me who did my nails I said your son. He started fixing all my nails & talking to the son in his language. I felt very uncomfortable. And once it was over I paid my 5 dollars off my card and asked for my receipt he says for 5 dollars I said yes. Its my $$$ if I want a receipt for .50 its my option. Will not be returning to these ppl. I pay for a relaxing comfortable experience. I cant get that here. Miss that black lady who worked in there. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

This was the absolute worst place I have ever been to. Idk how they got any stars.. must have been the people that work there to rate their own spot.. but the owner did my nails and constantly cut my cuticles with the drill and the file. He pinched my fingertips too hard while holding my hand in place and my nails were extremely lumpy and were all out of shape. 2 nails were very crooked and the pain was so bad I couldnt even let him finish my nails. I kept telling him it hurt and to please be more gentle but I couldnt take anymore.I paid $31 and left beyond unsatisfied.
