I went in for a simple coat because I am in the military. They did a FANTASTIC job!! I am VERY picky when it comes to my nails....they werent too thick and not too thin. The color reached across the entire nail and Kelly was very friendly and the owner seemed to enjoy his customers. The entire vibe of the business is light and fun. I love all of these locations!! By far my favorite places to get my nails done.

Although I was serviced in a timely manner I would still have to rate this a 0. I went in for a soak off & manicure. My nails were not soaked off they were popped off using a nail tip. My manicure looks horrible my polish is thick and clumpy. The edges are messy and my cuticles are dry. She rushed and as a result i sat under the dryer for 30 minutes & my nails still aren’t complete dry because of how thick the polish is. I am highly unsatisfied.

I was getting a pedicure on yesterday by Anna, and for some reason I ended up bleeding. Anna hasAlways been my go to person, never had a problem before this. But due to the fact, that they didn’t show any empathy. I will be reaching out to my attorney. Hopefully it don’t become infected . I will never come back here again! I have pictures of my feet prior to them doing it. There is no excuse no matter how many you try to come up with for this injury. The health department need to do more oversight over these type of establishments.

Although I was seen fairly quickly, she hardly even looked at my nails and rushed through the entire process. She was too busy listening to other peoples conversations and watching the door. You can still see the white tips on the sides of my nails from where the last salon did a great job. This nail polish is thick and doesnt even cover my whole nail. Im going to have to get them fixed somewhere else. I have no idea why someone would have suggested this place to me. Terrible.

I was a walk in for pedicure and was a little nervous after reading a few bad reviews. However the gentleman that greeted us was professional and notified us when our chairs were ready. I had Ricky as my technician and he was very polite and efficient. He was fast but meticulous. I was very happy with my experience at Anthony Vince!

Very disappointing experience. I had a set put on previously by Lisa which was great! I came on Saturday while I was in town for a fill and polish change and y’all....learn from me. It was BAD. This is AFTER I went and had it fixed. I went back in on Monday and was told they couldn’t fix it I had to come back Tuesday. These photos are after the “fix”.

Kim was very rude. I waited almost a hour for her an when seated she indirectly talks about my nails and how she doesnt do long length nails and brush me off and walk to the back. The first time at this place she did my nails and they were medium length and now she doesnt remember and tells Anthony rudely that she will not do my nails because theyre too long I would never come here again prices are too high for this type of customer service

The owners are very rude and do not care about you being happy with your nail service. They rush you as if you are on an assembly line. They care more about volume than quality customer service. If you let them know that you are not pleased they just say dont come back and dont care about correcting the problem . Please save your money and time. I will never go back for any service even if it was free! All they care about is your money!

Anthony Vinces gets super busy! Especially on Mothers Day. Post-pandemic masks are required. If you go later in the day or during peak hours, the fumes may be too much for some. If this is a concern, try going ealier in day when first open. Customers can use restroom. Nail stations for manicure have plastic shield, similar to whats been in other places of business like banks, post office, grocery stores. Three areas for waxing. New check-in at front using touch screen kiosks. Bring cash for tips. You cannot add tip to credit card purchases, youll be asked to use the ATM thats on site!Great place to treat yourself & take your friends and family; Men too! Clear polish, color, acrylic, gels, nail art, French manicure 💅 Massage chairs feel great with the rose & champagne, honey & milk, lemon zest, cucumber, or lavender. Some pedicure spa treatments have paraffin (wax) and hot towel for feet. Dont feel pressured. Ask for the service you want -basic or extras. Like any place, employees will try and push a sale. Large TVs to watch, converse, or relax. Be sure to check hours before you arrive. Enjoy!

This place is amazing. When I first walked in, I was blown away by the ambience and the owner greeted me by name. My nail tech Anna was very kind and she did a great job of replicating the nail design I requested!

My daughter went in several times great, went in today to have nails removed came home with bloodied broken nails.....the guy just ripped them off and now she is in so much pain and bleeding. Going to report to the board of cosmetology for unprofessionalism. Who in their right mind does that!

Absolutely loved the service. I received a Pedicure from Hony and she was just fabulous. Took her precious time and made me feel like she cared not only about me but her job as well. It was a nice vibe and atmosphere. Definitely will be going back.

I love this place! They always have so many people working theres hardly ever a wait and if/when we do have to wait its not for very long. I always go for Pedis, my personal opinion: Michelle is ok, I dont care much for Tina, Tammy is amazing! Sherry is amazing and Linda is so good, she takes her time and shes gentle.

My experience was good overall and I felt very relaxed and calm. Ricky did my feet and he did an amazing job and he cares about others needs and very patient, focused and took his time which I liked. He was also very nice too and Kevin did my nails and he also did a really great job and he was funny and also focused and patient and just good and everything turned out nicely.

I am very disappointed about my overall experience getting a pedicure with my mom today. My pedicure was fine and my technician was pleasant, however I am completely infuriated with how my mom was treated by her technician. She was rude the entire time and acted like she didnt want to be there. She tried to upsale my mom to a more expensive service and didnt like it when my mom didnt quite understand her and refused the upgrade. This was followed by her talking to another tech in her native language and in a tone that made it obvious she was talking about my mom. Her demeanor was foul and her appearance was disheveled and unclean. She was brisk and rough with her even though my mom declined having the extra scrubbing due to sensitive skin. The worst part was the SCALDING HOT TOWEL she wrapped on my moms leg. I saw the steam and said mom are you okay? Tell her its too hot! It happened with mine and my tech just aired it out til it cooled. My moms tech acted so offended ant burdened. She then abruptly spoke to her colleague again in her language this time in a tone that was undoubtedly angry and directed at my mom. After they finished she lead us to the foot drying table which was filthy . She immediately hit my mom up for payment in such a rude and unprofessional manner. I will never go to this spa again.

Very rude and evasive when questioned about their rewards program. I went on my birthday for a pedicure asked them as I am signed up as a rewards member how does it work. After the woman had someone translate what I asked I was told that the points add up to rewards and 10% off on your birthday. I said okay its my birthday presented my ID. Without looking at the ID was told oh you dont have enough points. I countered saying one you did not check my points nor did you mention that I needed points to get a discount on my birthday. The manager then walked over and said well you need a text and how long have I been coming here? I informed them never have I received a text she told me to check my email and walked away. I in turn told them dont worry about it and drove to Virginia Beach where Ill happily pay whatever price I was quoted as long as the customer service was professional... basically the rewards program is a scam

So I went in for a full set and pedicure..the lady barely rubbed my feet and didnt use anything but a pumice stone for the bottom. Spent 100 dollars, within 4 days my nails look like I need a fill in and went back because one of them the gel polish was coming off and she put the wrong color on there and was very rude. Wont be going back!!!

The place is beautiful but the nails looked awful. i just wanted simple pink nails and theyre so thick and the nailpolish has bubbles in it. waste of money.

Last night I received an all-star treatment from Lisa and Tammy. I was in a pinch for time and they were able to help me out. Very professional, clean setting And even though I was running late for my appointment, they were able to accommodate me and did not rush. My fill looks absolutely amazing just in time for Christmas! I will never go back here. I was rudely spoken to and i was given then wrong service even though i was asked several times what i wanted. The person rudely turned my chair off during my service and kept cutting my toe and putting her finger nailinto my cut. she seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all and was the worst experience i have ever had form a nail salon.

I’ve been doing business with the owners for more than 20 years!! They have always operated a very clean, relaxing, friendly establishment. The technicians are very kind and engaging and they work hard to make sure you’re satisfied. My 20 plus year following says it all. There is no other place I’d rather go to than them. I don’t care if they leave the state - I’d definitely follow. That’s how pleases I am and have ALWAYS been with their services!!

Do NOT waste your time or money!!!! I’ve gone to this place regularly for at least a year and each time it gets worst and worst!!!!! I decided to try out a new shop today, but they didn’t have the dark pick, to go with my white tips. So I settled for this shop, and it will most definitely be the last time. I always get pink and white on my nails, and it seems NOONE in the shop is able to do it. I’m never fully satisfied with my nails when I leave all the nails always look different than the other, too much white, or not enough, nails aren’t flat, some are. It always looks messy and rushed. But this is the absolute last time!!!!! Take your money elsewhere!!!!!!

That’s it. I’ve finally had the final straw. Last time I went, I waited for almost an hour, then when I was finally sat my technician’s phone went off and she disappeared for over 15 minutes. When she returned she seemed so angry I was a little afraid for her to proceed honestly. She rushed my service. It’s like we both couldn’t wait for this to be over... idk what happened. They used to be good about 4-5 years ago.. I’ve noticed every time I go, the technician is visibly annoyed when I just get a basic spa pedicure and not something that costs extra. Their color selection for regular nail polish vs gel is ridiculous.. I think they do it on purpose to up sell the gel. They just don’t care and it shows. Not brining my business here again...

I am disappointed and upset, most reviews were good but this is not one. This is painful and even after this happened the person was still no easier. That person very much deserves no pay or tip and should consider them self lucky that they did not receive something unpleasant from myself. Learn to be easy and more respectful woman.

I got a full set of acrylic with gel polish.. The place was very busy but they got me with a nail tech super fast. Due to the traffic, the tech did a rushed job on my hands. My nails look pretty until you see the imperfections. My shape was crooked on some of my nails. Additionally, my thumb and pinky were significantly shorter than the rest of my nails. I came in with my friend and they didn’t even try to sit us together... I couldn’t talk to her the whole time. My nails however still looked decent and I got complimented often. I just wish the tech had given more attention to detail.

I have a special woman that hasnt forgotten me when I wasnt able to come to VA because of the pandemic..her name is Tammy and she is very friendly and very very good at her job doing pedicures..I am diabetic and trust her always..she is excellent!! Lot of other workers and they are good also...very CDC approved..the person at the desk also remembered me and I hadnt been there for over a year..kuddos to all

This review is for anyone considering the Microblading service done in this spa by Mylo. I don’t typically go dropping $525 on a service without 1-Doing my research and 2- I REALLY want it. Mylo has an Instagram account and I thought she did great work. I was very excited to get this procedure done. I’ve been wanting to do it for a few years and finally took the plunge. Unfortunately, I’m pretty disappointed with the results, especially for the price I paid. According to Mylo, my eyes were not “symmetrical”, so she raised my right brow and removed a lot of my natural hair to make them “even”. This ended up being a big error on her part as you can clearly see that my right brow was done higher and thinner than the left. The pictures say it all. She took about 2.5 hours in the first appointment. She played music, made small talk and I felt like she took her time. After she was done I expressed my concerns about it not being done thick enough and the right being too high and she said we would address it at the touch appointment in 4-6 weeks. I thought ok at least this is fixable. I sent her a message in writing along with a photo that same day to reiterate what we discussed and let her know I was not pleased. The next couple of weeks sucked because I had to walk around with a nonexistent right brow while it was flaking off and I was trying to grow back the hair she shouldn’t have removed in the first place. Fast forward to 4 weeks later to the touch up appt. My hair has grown in a bit and the brows lightened up to the point that it looked like I had nothing done. I expressed my concern of feeling like I only had my eyebrows shaped/waxed and was really wanting to thicken them up. I mention again how my right brow was notably higher than the left. I can tell she is bothered by my remarks and she says this is why she does a touch up and that she doesn’t recommend thickening the ends. I tell her that’s what I want and that I have a photo of the look I wanted and proceed to show her the photo. She stated she couldn’t give me that look because those were natural brows. Ok?! The entire point of microblading is to give a full brow and a nice shape. She agreed to thicken the ends, but I can tell she was bothered. I asked her NOT to remove my natural hair again and she said she wouldn’t touch it. She then drew the brows making the right higher (AGAIN). She lets me look in the mirror and I pointed it out once more, but she doesn’t agree and brushes it off. I thought ok I’ve already mentioned it several times. I didn’t want to keep pushing it since she had the power to really mess up my brows and I could already tell she was annoyed. After she is done, she hands me the mirror and the brows did look a little thicker on the ends. Unfortunately, I noticed she did not fill in the gap between my natural hair and the raised brow she created OR raise the left brow to match the right SO now I’m left with a higher/ thinner right brow YET AGAIN. Honestly at this point if she is the “Professional” and she could not see the brows were NOT equal then I’m at a loss. Everyone around me agreed from Day 1 that my brows were not done symmetrical. Mylo clearly did not want to own up to her mistake of raising my right brow and removing my natural hair by claiming my eyes were not even. SHE MADE THE BROWS UNEVEN! She also had the opportunity to fix them. Do they look terrible? No, they don’t, but she didn’t do a good job either and definitely not for the price I paid of $525. Also, the second appointment felt rushed and uncomfortable since I could tell she was annoyed. She didn’t play any music, the phone kept ringing back to back in her room and she barely spoke. She was done in about 45 mins. I’m super disappointed, but just have to cut my loss at this point.

*UPDATE*I originally rated this salon 4 stars, but I am reducing that to 2 after my experience today. I have frequented this salon over the past year and most of my experiences have been positive and enjoyable for the most part. However, today (and once before - but I ignored it because it was minor) the lady doing my pedicure cut my cuticle, causing me to bleed. She insisted that she only cut open my middle toe, but my big toe was cut as well. She put antiseptic on the cut on my middle toe, which burned badly (but that is expected). She asked me to place my foot back in the water, but it made the burning much worse so I pulled my foot back out because I was in pain. Again, she insisted that I place it back in the water to finish my pedicure, but I asked her to please stop and to simply paint my toes so I could leave. I looked at my toenails and most of them were either uneven or entirely too short after the lady repeatedly filed them more and more trying to even them out. (I asked her to fix the shape and she insisted that my toes are entirely too crooked for me to have the shape I desired - but I have never had this issue prior at any other salon). After asking the lady to stop once more, another man and woman came over, with the second woman finishing my pedicure. I told her the water burned the open sore on my foot caused by the previous lady, so she simply polished my nails and did nothing more. She did attempt to reshape them again, but there was not much nail left to work with because they had been filed so short by that point. As the second woman finished the polishing and attempt at reshaping, she hit my toe with the sore on it and I was in pain to a point of tears. The burning had not subsided and the constant irritation from polishing and filing had made it worse. She apologized profusely for my less than expected experience and proceeded to escort me to the front. She then said that they would generously give me a discount for my bad experience and still charged me $30 ($9 less than what I should have paid for the service I requested) for the pedicure. She mentioned that it was not her fault that I asked her to not finish the pedicure, but I was in so much pain that I just wanted to leave. So, all I had completed was my cuticles cut back, some buffing on the bottom of my feet, and gel polish put on my nails. Surprisingly, even after all the cutting and filing, there is still dead skin around my nail beds... And my nails are still uneven.I am highly disappointed and I hope that others have a better customer service experience than I did. I left in tears and highly embarrassed because other patrons actually stopped me on my way through the parking lot to ask if I was alright. The most shameful part is that the other patrons seemed to care more than the salon employees themselves.

Joel was very personable with the services I requested during my visit. His attention to detail with my pedicure and gel polish was worth the wait time to be seen on a Saturday afternoon with a mass crowd.

This was the first time I visited Anthony Vince and my husband & I really enjoyed the service we received. I liked that we didnt have to wait a long time to get our pedicures, very professional and curious. We will be back. Thank you 😊

I made an appointment a week ago for today, Valentines Day with Shani. Every time I go, I make sure I request her. She makes sure you are comfy and also assist with picking colors if you need it. This time, my boyfriend helped. He said get something nude with a hint a peach. . WHAAAAALE, they had a whole bunch of that as you can see in my photo lol.I started off with a pedicure then transitioned to getting gel for my manicure. As I was waiting, Shani had the great idea of having my old polish getting soaked off to help with time.Unlike other locations and employees, Shani loves to spark conversation & make you actually feel welcomed.If you want to get in and out. . with the best service, make sure to book in advance & also book with Shani!PS: This location does not accept tips on the card. It must be in cash (there are signs around, so its no surprise). If interested, there is an ATM machine inside that only charges a dollar for services.

This nail spa has always had good sanitation practices even before the pandemic. While the pricing seems to have risen since earlier in the year, they are still worth it. The tech took wonderful care of my husband for his Fathers Day pedicure. The technician Hannah gave me the best pedicure I ever had there and Lisa did a beautiful set of acrylic nails that perfectly matched her hair colors 😊 I choose not to go to any other spa.

I’ve been here three times now and the service keeps getting worse. The last time I went the lady was working so fast during my pedi that she cut me a couple of times. She also filed/drilled my gel off without applying acetone first (is this a new thing?) and now my nails are paper thin. I was super tense when I left because of it all. I won’t go back.

I had a lady named Kathy. I asked for a little bit shorter then what I had and she cut them down to nubs..... I asked for square and she gave me round....I think she forgot that skin was attached to my nails because she cut and nicked me so many times that I had to be dramatic every time just so she would get the hint. I normally love this place but this was the worst experience I’ve had here. She was in such a rush, she never bothered to ask me if I liked the length or shape or color. She also left a big black speck and gold glitter in one of my nails. I will be sure to make sure Cynthia Or Tee is there before I go next time! 😡😡

I usually have a wonderful experience at this nail salon been going here for 4 years and have been a very loyal customer but today was not one of those days. The lady Lisa was extremely rude to me about the kind of nails I wanted and did not listen to my needs at all. Then after she roughly took my nails off to the point where I was in tears she literally waved me off to another nail artist. Then when I expressed my issues with the staff they laughed at me all i could do was leave. I don’t think i will be coming here again

Accidentally smudged my nail when sitting down to dry the polish and my nail lady yelled at me about using my phone when i didn’t even touch it then used her FINGER to rub the nail polish around then put a top coat of clear polish over it. my nail looks like play dough, never coming back

My mom, mother in law, and I absolutely love coming here. Their deluxe pedicure is my favorite service to get and worth every penny. The ladies here are lovely and do a durable and detail oriented job. Not worth going anywhere else!

I have been coming to Anthony Vince for over 6 years now, i am a loyal customer and very polite to all of the employees. Last night i came in for service and was not happy, i came back today to get my nail fixed and i was told i would have to pay full price again for service that i let them know beforehand that i was not satisfied with. The treatment i was received was very unfair and they have lost a very loyal customer.

When we stepped in to the studio, my BFF was stunned and couldnt believe shes getting her dream gel nail done! The result was so beautiful and we both love our nails (the staff was very friendly and funny to talk to. We had a great time getting our nails done and planning to come back when we visit Chesapeake in October!!!

I was charged $60 for a basic set of acrylic nails with just a clear top coat. When I asked for a explanation of why I was paying so much the big tall younger employee that’s always checking people in and don’t do nails tried to say we pay for length and shape! I’m like what since when do you get charged for a specific shape and all I did was get some square nails no coffin anything so still what was I charged for? So then Kevin which is the nail tech explained the sets start at $35 which this is new we all know set start at $25 but that was still fine...then you get charged by length so he say $40 $50 $60 lengths none of this is stated when you’re getting the service and they don’t have signs so they get to makeup prices as they go. I’ll just advise before you allow anyone to do anything ask what price is the service because baby they will rip you off!

Kelly is the sweetest, nicest, and most amazing nail person ever. She was so caring and considerate and did an amazing job. She helped me pick a wonderful color and the shape of my nails is stunning. I am so thankful for her.

Hony was friendly, observant, she asked questions because even though I’d be going there for years, she’s never had me as a client. I had a milk/honey pedi and a new gel manicure, her work was impeccable!

I would Not recommend this Place ! Vince rushed through what I wanted, filed my nails after polishing removing polish, I did Not like how thick of acrylic was applied, therefore I came Back and the older man receptionist who had glasses on told me that acrylic was supposed to be thick for long nails but I know For a fact it does not because I’ve done my nails before, seen other nail techs and there application is even and a good layer that does not look like a pair of fat almonds !!!! I was Told if I wanted The acrylic thinner I would Have to pay for the gel and to not complain !!! I was Told before do not come here but I tried To give them the benefit of the doubt ! So all I got Fixed was the nail polish that got removed when he filed over them, and the process was still rushed I have Nail polish on my hand and u can tell he did not fully allow them to dry !!!

Linh is THE BEST at what she does. Her ombrè pink and whites are amazing! Lisa (owner) and her husband are so very nice. Their business is very clean and inviting!

The staff is very rude! I had gotten a full set and 2 days later a nail popped off while I was working. He had me wait 2 hours for a 5 minute job to get it fixed. He had multiple people cut ahead of me and when I had asked him how long the wait was, he walked away and told me he didn’t know. Not even 10 minutes later, a white woman asked the same question, who had came after me, and he told her “For you, no more than 5 minutes.” Will never go there again.

The customer service in this salon is extremely poor! I have frequented this place over the years and every time I come back, I am reminded why I have found a permanent salon elsewhere. Linh did my nails today, and though the outcome of my nails were decent, the way I felt when I left was LESS than satisfied. She was very defensive whenever asked a question and the salon host (young guy who works the desk) basically jumped down my throat for asking if he could pass me a nail color ring. I didn’t believe it was that difficult of a task or request, since Linh was painting my nails and he was doing nothing but sitting in a chair on his phone. Very RUDE to say the least. Customer service should be top priority with any business.. and with this place it is not.

The person who helped me was Bebe and I rarely get my nails and toes done. She was fast and effective. During this pandemic, mask are required. For my pedicure, I got Milk and Honey

I have been a client from day 1. They are very professional and do awesome work. Their measures for Covid are very impressive and I am very comfortable going inside. I wont go anywhere else. Very nice people.

Tammy is fabulous. Most highly recommend, if you never had a man-pedi ger one now, your feet will thank you.

My experience was relaxing an the lady who did my feet really took her time.. My toes came out perfect older lady thin frame with bob hair cut..!
