The staff was amazing! It was my first time at this location and I was a little nervous as trying to pick a new nail salon can go from good to horror story quick. Icon Nail is my new spot! My technician was amazing and we kept an amazing conversation throughout my whole service. Ms. Rose who did my eyebrows was so sweet and my eyebrows were honestly perfection. I really love the staff and I will definitely be returning as they’re my new go to nail salon.

Great atmosphere and customer service. Everyone was friendly and one of the nail technicians was extremely funny. It was an entertaining experience. Plus, my nails came out fabulous—my nail shape was touched up and Ms Rose made them look SOO much better than the last salon I visited and she even gave me a mini hand massage after finishing my nails!! No one has ever gave me a hand massage after a fill in, how can I ever go anywhere else again after that?! Lol! Plus they have all the new fancy powders to go over the gel and I was able to get special effects on my nails, really cool! I will be going here from now on.

My aunt has brought us here for years whenever we come into town. The staff is always consistently amazing. They make sure everything is perfect and they are polite and professional. Recently I saw David for my pedicure and I couldn’t be happier! I am a new mom so I was definitely overdue and I feel like I have new baby feet. My nail color looks amazing, my feet have never felt softer, and my feet are the prettiest they have ever been. David’s massage skills for the feet and the legs were the best and he made sure to check in on the pressure and everything. I felt like a princess the entire time I was here. The manager I believe remembers me even though I probably come two or three times a year. I wish I could have them in my hometown. Thanks David for the incredible service!

Icon Nail Spa is a family run business where each of the technicians are excellent - perfectionism appears to be a family trait. If you come here, youll leave with nails you love. You can expect superb customer service, highly skilled nail technicians, and unbeatable pricing. **TIP** Please do yourself a favor and call to schedule an appointment before you arrive - dont just randomly walk in unless its a weekday. They do great work, so they book up. I saw several negative reviews complaining about wait times for weekend walk-ins - thats ridiculous entitlement. Dont be like them, call ahead. Icon Nail Spa is a local gem - I cant give a high enough recommendation!

Highly recommended. We made an appointment and they took us back right on time. The options for pedicures is amazing. They did such amazing work on my feet. Normally when I leave somewhere I still have caluses. Not today. My feet are smooth. Went with four friends and every technician was outstanding. Very clean and professional, but also friendly. Can not beat the prices for the job well done. Definitely have found my new spot.

I came in on a Saturday with my daughter. I’ve been going to the same shop for 5 years but their customer service is going down hill so I decided to try somewhere new. I really just needed to get a nail fixed and change my polish and my daughter needed a fill-in. The shop opened at 9:30. We got there maybe 9:38. We were told it would be about a 30 minute wait. No problem we sit down to wait. Another customer comes in she’s told there will be a wait. The guy came back over 2 times and reiterated the wait time. The last he came he said an hour. He didn’t address anyone else he came to us specifically. I felt at that point they didn’t want our business so we left. So needless to say I will not try to return.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I have been twice (serviced by two different nail techs) and I’m not very happy. I love the shape of my nails, but that’s it. They do not take their time to do a quality job unless you are one of their “regulars”. I went in for an appointment yesterday and was rushed because another “favorite customer” came in. I understand catering to the people that have supported your business for years, but you should also make your new customers feel welcome. I also don’t like the fact that they leave such a large gap between the acrylic, the nail polish, and your cuticles. My nails look a week old and I got them done yesterday. They also don’t use cuticle oil or any type of moisturizer on your hands so unless you have some in your purse your hands will be dry. While my nails were drying the nail tech started on her “favorite” customer and started telling her about a lady that complained about not receiving the same customer service (as the favorite). If a customer complains you should take that into consideration; not talk about them to your other customers in your place of business. She also told her that a mutual friend of theirs is too picky when she gets her nails done. This was very unprofessional and I was sitting there wishing that I had been a little more picky before I gave them my hard earned money. To be honest the nail tech barely spoke or looked at my nails while she did them. I actually know how to do my own nails, but decided to treat myself because I’ve been under a lot of stress lately. Now I’m just annoyed that I spent my money and I will be removing the polish and redoing it myself. In conclusion, I will not be back or referring anyone that I know. I paid $23 for a fill in that looks a mess.

I made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure. They were pretty busy when I got there, so I did have to wait a few minutes past my appointment time, but they were welcoming when I walked in and apologetic that I had to wait a bit. My nail technician was Hong, and she did a great job and was very nice! I didn’t feel like she rushed at all. I will be going back there!

Although the salon was clean and the staff was friendly, I didnt feel as though the customer service was great. Halfway through my nail tech said she had to stop and do another customers eyebrows so I waited about 15 minutes. But what about me? Im a customer too. Overall I just didnt feel like my time mattered.

Great little place next to Harris teether. The lady who did my mani and pedi did and exceptional job and didnt push me into getting more services done than I had asked for. She really took her time in making sure my nails looked great and was the sweetest lady Ive ever met. Their prices were a bit expensive though so thats why I gave them 4 stars.

I took my fiancé here after it was recommended to me by my barber (Vintage Barber Co.) The staff was so friendly and treated us like we had been coming there for a long time! Not only did they do a phenomenal job on our pedicures and my fiancés shellac manicure, they were very professional. Very affordable too!!

Im issuing a STATE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT this establishment is racist. I have been going to them just to further review the poor and unfair service they give to African Americans. My most recent visit was on 12/20/2018 and I watched with amazement the shear disregard they have for AA customers. I mean they were so engaged with the Caucasian customers to the point they were plugging in their phones, walking them to their chairs, holding their purses, putting lotion on their hands w/massage. They were taking precious minutes to comfort them. So now its a AA turn (me) ..the owner broke my own 8.00 polish, was rude, very condescending, and my nails werent even polished to the end. Wait and he charged me 15.00 for a acrylic fill-in. PLEASE ALL WOMEN NO MATTER RACE BOYCOTT THIS FRANCHISE. Its time for a change I will be returning to get video footage!!!

The worst experience that I’ve ever had at a nail salon if I could give minus zero I would . First I came in at 10:00 and there was literally one other customer that appeared to be a family member in there with three other technicians. It took a few min to acknowledge me . A pregnant Asian technician looked at me after 15 min asked are you ready I said yes, very rudely placed my hands in a bowl of polish remover, then began cleaning her station with same gloves she was using to complete my service. Message to Yellow people, you are no better than Black people our money spends just like anyone else’s. Black people we need to band together and take our business and money back into our communities because we are not appreciated anywhere ! They take our money and treat us like trash .
